I've been coming here for years!! Great little gem in Cleveland!! Always fair pricing and respectful to the fact I'm a woman and know nothing about cars!! I never feel I've been taken advantage of on price and ALWAYS get my car back same day!! I rate them a A+ for car repairs!

This shop is one of the most honest shops located on the Westside of Cleveland. They have excellent customer service and they care about people. I am a single mom of two, and some mechanics like to over charge women. This shop is completely the opposite. It doesn t matter because of your gender, they are fair and have great prices. Also I love the cat!!! Thanks for still having honest and great service.

My dad referred me to D & K and have used them ever since. Fair and honest. Will show you the part they removed from the vehicle. The shops is no frills, but the work is always done well.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!It is SO HARD to find HONEST & GREAT mechanics today, and NONE can compare in MY opinion to Doug & Tim up at D&K!!! ALWAYS FAITHFUL, GOOD, SOLID, RELIABLE work, & A-MAZ-ING prices that CANNOT be beat! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for ANY type of vehicle work or maintenance you need done!

My dad referred me to this place years ago. I'm still a customer in 2018 and will continue going. They are honest and fair priced. I love these guys! I miss Ken ,RIP.

I always come here when I can t figure something that is wrong with my car when I have tried everything. Now look , you ain t gonna get a fancy waiting room, with your coffee and little water bottles, it s not like that, they work on cars plain and simple. They don t charge $80 an hour for just touching your car. Be prepared to have someone drive with you so you can drop your car off! So just today one example, I had a bunch of weird noises and rattles going on. They found it was the two rubber pieces that hold the muffler up that were shot, they replaced those and also there was a loose axle nut on the front left side, they fixed that, so the time it took to find where the noises were coming from and to fix it only cost me $38 , WOW totally coming back! Also they have a cute cat that they rescued 15 years ago named Peggy, she was born with 3 legs poor thing!
