Took my car here last summer to get repaired. They took care of the service really fast.The only issue I ve had is the engine splash shield is hanging off. They didn t properly fix it but everything else was fixed perfectly.

Stopped in to get an estimate. Larry was super helpful and kept things easy. With friendly service like this I d bring my vehicle here for everything!!! I ll leave another review after the work is completed!!!

I ve had GEICO for 8 years and this was my 1st claim ever. I brought my 2009 Subaru Impreza in to either fix or replace the front drivers side fender that was damaged while I was away from vehicle.It s hard to find the words to briefly explain my experience with this place. From the first moment I dropped off my car after picking them through the GEICO app, I knew I had made a mistake. Sal, called me to explain what the estimate would be and I asked are you going to repair the dents in the front fender? and he gave me the run around about needing to talk with the GEICO adjuster. Later, he called again and that s when the double talk and the abusiveness started.He said there s rust in the bottom of the front fender and we can t repair that. I said it s dented there and the fender should be replaced. He said we re not going to do that. It s not financially cost effective.I have full coverage through GEICO and they wouldn t replace the fender. Also the wheel well liner is the wrong part and doesn t fit correctly. I gave them 2 stars for at least replacing the shields under the front end.,Two things are going to happen, I will cancel my GEICO policy. They are great until you actually need to use the insurance. And even if I can get GEICO to pay for these corrections, I ll never go back here again. Ironically, there is a lifetime guarantee on the work, except how do you guarantee something that isn t done right?Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The guy who helped me kept me very well informed and helped me communicate with my insurance company. Hopefully I won't be needing them again but if I do I'll surely return to this shop.

Worst experience you can have. They said they would be able to repair my car it was from a stolen car. They usually don't take them given they can't do mechanical work but it was only body work left. The canceled the order never told me or insurance. So i was paying a rental car for a month as nothing was being done. Turns out i had to find a new shop to do the repairs. This is absolutely unacceptable. Never use this repair shop.

The people at service King are the best. They fixed my mini cooper from collision damage and it new again.If I could rate them more than 5, I would give them a 10. They are top of the service industry. I'd say great so far. First time using them and great service so far. Told me every step so far and communication is fast . When there an update you get notified email or text fast. It's an insurance claim and so far service is what you would expect to have. We will see how it ends when there done. If anything changes I'll edit.

Staff is very friendly. They give you regular updates about repair progress through messages to your phone. They are cheaper compared to others. The only thing that I did not like that they extended the repair time twice for my car (maybe due to shortage of body parts supply due to COVID). Otherwise I will recommend them to other customers.

My experience with master Jeremy was very pleasant. Jeremy made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle at all times. Unfortunately my vehicle had to be listed as totaled and the rental car was due to be turned in on the 22nd of June where as I would have been without a car for three days. I was in a difficult situation but master Jeremy offered to pick up the tab for next three days therefore I did not have to turn it in until 6/25 and I purchased another car on 6/27. Thanks master Jeremy and Service King. You are the best. I highly recommend Service King. They are very professional and compassionate.

Service King is absolutely dedicated to customer service. I was rear ended and I had important time sensitive materials in the trunk, so they moved up my service a week early so that I could access the documents in my trunk. The process was very simple and the staff at the front desk and on the phone were very helpful. The trunk repair is flawless and closes better than when I bought the vehicle.

Service King did a wonderful job on my collision repair. My contact person was Billy and he kept great communication. They used text messages for updates which was helpful since I work during the day-but were available when I called. Billy provided a great experience in a not so great situation (car accident). There was a slight hiccup with the first service representative that I was dealing with, he didn't take care of business the way he should of (Didn't order parts needed for my repair). Once I started dealing with the General Manager he got the ball rolling, my vehicle was in & out in several days as he promised. All in all I'm satisfied with the way the repair center GM handled things and most of all I'm satisfied with the repair !!!

The staff goes above and beyond at Service King. My truck was hit twice in six months, and they did an amazing job on the repairs. They are timely, they stay in contact, and let you know if there are any delays. They also dealt easily with my insurance company. This place was a legit NIGHTMARE. I wasn t able to get ahold of them for information on my vehicle for longer than a week - was told my car was almost ready - then was told my car was totaled out. They paid for my rental for a week after my insurance was up - giving me two whopping days to shop for a car. Disgusted. I can t believe State Farm referred me to them.

Very Disappointed. Once Excellent Service has decline to lip service only. Chris at Service King did not follow up on the basics. Side door molding has glue visibly squeezed in it too hold molding after not being fixed properly the first time by Service King. I voiced my concerns and he wrote nothing, then I had to remind him of what I said. (Be professional and write it down) Then Laughably he stated to me, that my Rear suspension light coincidentally happen after I was hit in the rear at a light BUT it's not related to the accident. Finally before pulling out of the parking lot, I had to go back in because he failed to give me a diagnostic of my car, when I hear him talking about the car and me behind the desk with a peer. I drive an Audi A8, if you have a premium vehicle or even a decent one, find you a better repair shop than this ...Save yourself from "I wish I know beforehand" THIS IS YOUR WARNING! Go somewhere else! All these Rave reviews are most likely family and friends. Even the Review before mines show that they didn't get it right the first time. Your gamble...

My front and rear bumpers were replaced/repaired by them earlier this month. Chris B. was very professional, and the service was prompt. I had to go out of town the day that my vehicle was supposed to be ready, but they were able to have it done a day early. My car looks brand new (just about, lol). I normally would have gotten any collision repair at Mayfield Collision, but now that I moved to the West Side, I had to rely on my insurance's recommended repair shops. I am happy to say that any future work (cross my fingers there won't be!) will be done here. Thanks again!

After getting into an accident and them having my car for three weeks I finally received my car with the body work done good but once I got my car back it had multiple engine codes and engine lights on along with a service light on And the transmission was malfunctioning, and slipping. I drove my car immediately after the accident from the scene back to my house. And then the following day I drove my car from my house to the service king the location off of puratis in Cleveland. With no issues at all the car drove perfectly fine, they are claiming no responsibility for my transmission when clearly it was in working condition prior to me delivering the car to them. I would not recommend the shop to anybody. They seem to have good body work and painting skills but their mechanical abilities are far from beyond existent. Not happy with my experience now I am trying to figure out what is wrong with my transmission and claim them responsible. I give this company a strong one star review.

Good service, good work. Had to leave car over night again when I first tried to pick it up because wasn't happy with results. They were professional about it and the car was much better the next day.

Sad display of inexperience. District manager has got to go. He has caused everyone to quit. Even the painter of 20 years could not deal with the poor management at the DISTRICT level. You dont manage by condemnation, criticism and speaking to your most talented people in a condescending manner. Wow. I see why your so close to bankruptcy. Cant steal from Peter to pay Paul forever.

Don t waste your time or money. They give you the run around, they ve had my girlfriends car for almost a month and just keep telling her it s going to be done tomorrow and the next day and the next day. They promised to deliver it to her and didn t. They ve given the we have to test drive it still excuse about 4 days in a row. It was supposed to be picked up Monday the 3rd , today is Friday and it s still not ready. That s despite them telling us it ll be a week when it was dropped off, Monday the third was given to her after them already having it over 2 weeks. This place is trash. Less than 2 weeks of purchasing a 2017 vehicle I was side swiped by a dump truck ! Now it looks like new even with some nicer features, price a service dept. was fantastic !

I was recently in a head-on collision I took my van to the Service King on Puritas and I dealt with Chris B he explained everything to me step-by-step and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process I received my vehicle back in a timely fashion I was impressed by the quality of work my dad also took a look at it who is very talented on mechanical but especially paint work and he said it was a good job he was actually impressed so I would highly recommend this shop to all my friends for future work

I've had body damage repaired by them about 5 times. When you get your car back you can't tell there ever was any damage. It all blended in perfectly.
