Would highly recommend. They ve done 2 repairs for me. They do excellent work and kept me informed every step of the way. Got my car back in a reasonable time (first time it was in 2 days, second time ~1.5 weeks) and their timing estimates were exact. Seamless customer service, and they gave my car back detailed it inside and out both times.

Very professional. Took great care of my vehicle while doing repairs! Was very informative during the entire process so I knew what to expect. Kept in communication with me and was very fast & personable! Would definitely recommend & use them again if needed!

My son dropped his Kia off for body repairs and his suv was broken into I n the larking lot and his steering column was mangled and inside was trashed. David suggested that my son brought the suv there in that condition which he hadn t.I reached out to corporate and Kaleb helped greatly to resolve the bad situation and I am now satisfied.

I took a my Jeep here after an accident and explained that it wouldn t be paid by insurance but by a person. The man I spoke to informed me he didn t want to take the vehicle. I asked how much for an estimate he replied $50 but I don t even want it here it ll be mine in 30 days he said. I then told him we got it towed here already why not take a look. He then started to explain that he wasn t trying to push a stereotype but and then I told him not to talk to me anymore and left. Paid for a tow again and now my car is fixed 3 weeks laters and back on the road. I ll never recommend this place to anyone. And I hope that guy gets fired. I only expect you to do what you re paid to do. Nothing more or less. Thanks for nothing.

A good job on the back because they had to put in a new bumper, obviously they painted the entire bumper with exact paint and the only thing is that at the front they had to correct a slight dent and they painted half of the bumper, I think that to make it look nice they should have painted the entire thingService: PaintingService: Painting

In the last six months my van has needed body work twice. Crash Champions did the work both times. This place is terrific! The quality of workmanship is excellent and I swear the vehicle looks better than it did before the crash. I highly recommend them!

They are so professional, well organized and very informative on each step in process to repair. Not just my car but any car. Our 2019 Volkswagen was involved in a hit-and-run parked outside of our house and once they got it quoted, they were so professional and handled our car with so much care definitely would recommend them anytime and if there is any more damage to any of our cars, I would definitely go there and get the work done.

Crash Champions truly lived up to their namesake. My vehicle hit a retread tire blowout on the interstate in the early hours on a Monday morning. I dropped off my vehicle (that had previous front end work done on it) on Tuesday morning. I had my vehicle back and I m even better condition than it was prior to the accident. I didn t know that was possible but it s true. I went through my insurance so I only had to pay my deductible however Denise walked me through a THOROUGH inspection/assessment process and told me I d have it back good as new Friday. I honestly didn t believe it but I didn t care because I had a rental car for the time being. I got my vehicle back and had only used a quarter tank of gas in the rental. The whole Crash Champion team were kind, respectful, truthful, and effective. If you need ANY body work done minor or major I implore you to only use Crash Champions. Crash Campions does excellent work. They fixed my car even before their target date. The customer service personnel was professional and helpful. I was very pleased with the work, my car looked new after the work was done. I had taken my car to Crash Campions twice and both times I was not disappointed.

They really cut corners and are really slow to complete the work my paint wasn't right and my door wasn't fixed right, they didn't fix the steering column they just snapped it together and it doesn't stay snapped. Jeff said he would fix everything and been calling and never get a call back wow.

Wish I could give 0 stars! DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT send ur car here. I sent my car here for an estimate 3 weeks ago. They finally looked at it a week ago. Only bcus I went to see what the hold up was. I get there they automatically want me to signed this waiver giving them permission to do the work needed on my vehicle. I refused and let them know that I'm not signing anything until I get an estimate of wat exactly needs to be done. These ppl went ahead without my permission sent my insurance company an bogus estimate of things that needed done as far as tires, rims, a scratch on the bumper that wasnt there before.mostly not pertaining to wat was filed under my claim to be done. I got the estimate from my insurance company and immediately expressed my concern about this. I told my insurance company I don't trust this place and want my vehicle towed to a place that's certified to work on BMW bcus this place didn't want to fix the main issue that was cause during the accident that left fluids leaking from my BMW. They just wanted to repair the scratches and dents that they specialize in I found out. Instead they told me they were a 1 stop shop which was a lie. They couldn't diagnose why my check engine light was on so they decided to forget that problem and remove my bumper and begin to work on it without my permission. when I called to let them know I'm sending a tow truck to remove my vehicle. They then stated to me my vehicle wasn't ready bcus my bumper was being painted. I ask how and why without my permission. He stated I signed a consent for repairs and he had an email with my consent. I said we'll I'll need to see that immediately becus I never signed or approved anything. I immediately leave work go to the shop only to see my BMW disassembled. They state to me they are sorry they have a email with someone name similar to mine giving them permission to complete work. I am devastated at this point! I feel bcus I'm a women they completely tried to walk all over me. The guy kept saying jus let us continue to do the work. I refuse I trust nothing about this company at this point. He tells well we won't have ur bumper done until the middle of next week after 330pm 3 weeks without my vehicle. Now another week! I notified my insurance company immediately! This company is a complete fraud/Scam! I will get justice behind this and I won't stop until I receive justice. They saw I was a young black women handling my situation alone and tried to take advantage of me. What they didn't know was I recorder every encounter I had with these ppl. I recorded my vehicle before it was towed to them so the condition wud be noted just in case things like extra scratches and dents turn up as it did upon my arrival. They never expected me to pull up but I did, and took pictures of the new damage applied to the front bumper that wasn't there initially. This place scams the insurance companies out of thousands of dollars and expects every consumer to go along with there scam. Not I!! I lawered up and also contacted the Ohio attorney General. I want this place completely shut down. I believe they prey on insurance companies and young women in particular whom they think don't know any better.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Someone attempted to steal my car early on a Saturday morning. Dino at Crash Champions was reassuring and helpful. He walked me through covering the broken window and assured me they could fix it. He contacted me several times in the process and answered my calls promptly and kindly. A really great experience!!!

My car was hit by another and needed a new bumper. This company went above and beyond to make sure I did not get an after market bumper, even when the insurance company did not want to cover an authentic bumper. They repaired my car quickly and efficiently. I was able to pickup and leave the rental car at their facility. Their staff is phenomenal. The best part is, of course, my car looks beautiful and looks brand new again! Thank you thank you! Hopefully I don t ever need to come back, but if I do ever need body work again, I ll definitely be coming here.Service: Body & Trim

I had to use them to fix a car that was broken into and vandalized while I was in town, so I was two hours away. I wish they had a local shop because I would 100% use them again. Good work and excellent communication throughout the entire process.

My insurance sent me here after thieves attempted to steal my car. A window was broken and the column peeled.The shop completed my repairs by the time my rental car expired and I would have had to pay for it out of pocket.The car was fixed very well and was cleaned inside and out.The staff was friendly and very responsive to my questions and requests for information.Overall an excellent experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I was in an accident and they got my car fixed super quickly!!! It looked better then when I first bought it! They promised it by February 7 and it was done by the end of January!!! I m super happy with my experience with them
