Would love to give this business negative stars, but I couldn't post without giving it at least one.Awful experience. Took my minivan in for a windshield replacement and, upon picking the vehicle up, noticed a significant dent in the passenger side A-pillar. Was told that dent was there when I dropped the car off. It was not.I was then asked where I parked my car (in a spot right next to the building), who else drives my car, and that they would "check the security footage."While my van is not in perfect condition, I am very aware of where any imperfections are. And, until this past week, this was definitely not one of them. It is so obvious to me that the damage occurred when the windshield replacement was done.Their resolution? Some money off the new windshield and complete denial of any wrongdoing on their part.I am disgusted and disappointed. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Super Affordable, honest, quick, super knowledgeable. They repaired the front car window and even recalibrated the window motor. I would definitely recommend their business

Absolutely a win and a blessing when I found this company. After an awful burglary that included a messy and dangerous broken window, I wasn t sure where to get my SUV serviced. I needed the right tint to match my 4 door. Not only did the owner take my call in the wee hours of the morning but the window was repaired within twelve hours of the crime! The men were courteous, knowledgeable and kind. They deservedly come highly recommended!

They don t know how to rescreen screens!Went to pick some screens up, they were full of holes along the sides. One of them was even slit entirely down one side. When I came back a second time, they were a little better, but there were still a bunch of little holes along the sides. No offer to redo them properly, no discount for having to come back for them a second time. Totally unprofessional. If I wanted the screens done badly, I could ve done them myself for free!

Unbelievably fantastic and fast service! I called early morning after learning my son's car, which he was driving across the country to return to school, was broken into. The next leg of his trip was through zero degree temperatures, so it was imperative the window get replaced (rather than taped) if at all possible. Jerry and Flip(?) somehow managed to hunt down, secure, and then install the new window literally within a couple of hours. And for less $$ than some other companies quoted who couldn't even do the job for a week. My son and his friend are back on the road thanks to these responsive and kind guys. Couldn't appreciate their service more! Outstanding response to a stressful situation. THANK YOU, Comet Glass!

Driver window was broken out. Comet was a Great experience from a very dark situation. Only giving 2 starts because my power lock no longer works. I'm unable to lock and unlock all of my doors from the driver side.

Amazing people! Broken window on our car and we re from out of state, leaving the next day. They couldn t get the window in time but he taped up the window securely for us, free of charge, on the same morning we called. Great, helpful people! Definitely recommend!

Excellent service! Contacted them on a Wednesday at 3:00 pm and they had the window I needed for my back passage side were able to install it on Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m., where other places it would have taken a week before they could complete the service. The gentlemen said it would take about an hour and a half complete the service and that is what it took. I called other places and the prices were over a $150 more. There prices were great and very professional. I recommend this company to anyone! FIVE STARS for me. I don t usually write reviews, but had to write one for them.

Went to comet glass for a windshield for my girlfriends car and not only did they give me a great deal, but their customer service was great but too. They made special arrangements for us to drop off the car the day before our appointment due to our work schedule. The process was smooth and painless, and I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Very professional, they kept me in the loop with what was happening throughout. They even refilled my low tire, kept and transfered my service sticker!! Above and beyond, attention to detail. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Comet glass came in very clutch. Provided me with same day installation for my broken driver door window when every other place I called quoted me at least $100 more and could not install until later in the week. THANK YOU COMET

Reasonable prices, no nonsense work, excellent quality. Perfect combination. They even vacuumed the glass I broke out of the back of my car! Closes at 5 but the boss offered to stay until 6 for me to pick up my car. Loved it

Horrible experience. Comet Glass timely came out to look at the project to replace a glass panel on the front door of a rental property. The technician promised a quote within a few days. After not hearing back for a week, I called to check on the status of the quote. I was promised a call back or I could expect the quote via email within a day or two. Neither occurred. I followed up four times over the next few weeks. Same thing each time - a promise of a call back or the quote. Again, never received either. A total waste of time and energy. I don't like writing negative reviews, but this one is well deserved.

Excellent work on my car windshield. Price was lower than Safelite. This is a drop off shop only as there isn't a sitting area for customers. Rated it a 4 instead of 5 because I had to stand around a bit before someone acknowledged I was there. I would use them again and refer friends.

They came out the same day to take a look at our broken window. The tech (joe) put up plexiglass and really secured it so the kids wouldn t get injuries with broken glass while we waited for the window to be ordered! Window came and the guys installed it within 1/2 hour! I hope I never have to fix another broken window but if I did I would 100% call them again. They made the experience absolutely seamless and painless!

We discovered on a Saturday morning that our driver's side window was smashed in a hotel parking lot by a burglar. Comet glass was open at the time, and as luck had it, they had the needed glass in stock, and they were able to install it almost immediately. After just over two hours after discovering the window was broken, it was fixed, and we were on our way. Lucky, yes, but we appreciate their willingness to get our vehicle fixed so quickly.

The employee that came and replaced a broken window was both professional and courteous. The owner also was great and quoted a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

So far so good. Very pleasant family business. Just dropped my car off to get another new window in another car! Sheesh! But a good price to replace the broken window after some creep broke it. Will be ready tomorrow.

Needed a front windshield for the company truck. Comet was courteous and the price was great! Made an appointment and they had it done quick! Very satisfied...you will be too! The do EVERYTHING with glass!

Nice folks took care of a huge chip in my windshield. Stayed a few minutes late to accommodate my schedule, too. Very reasonable price compared to franchise stores offering same service.

These guys go above and beyond the call of duty to help you out i have used them twice in a span of 6 months . They came to my job both times to fix my windows.Don made sure that every piece of glass was cleaned up.These guys are fast , reliable, friendly and most importantly affordable.. i am definitely a customer for life.

The entire staff at Comet Glass are wonderful; they are professional and have fantastic precision in cutting mirror. I love their work and plan on contining to do business with them. I highly recommended Comet Glass to those looking for a great and affordable place to have glass or mirror cut.
