Windy was amazing!!! She helped me so much on getting my car, I recommend working with her if you decide to purchase a car from here. I got a Nissan Maxima and she did everything in her power to make things affordable for me. I'm highly appreciative! Ask for windy !

I had a amazing experience at Cleveland auto nation. Windy, one of the sales reps; went above & beyond to get me into the car I wanted at a great rate. She is very diligent & persistent. Great at her job. Top tier car, experience, & staff ! Would recommend to anyone I know.

I got a 2012 Ford Taurus from here with zero issues! Wendy (Saleswomen) did everything in her power to get me out of there with a title and fair payments. I truly have zero complaints about my experience there. Ask for Wendy and thank me later!

Don't ever buy at car her I had a car for 60 days they nver cleaned it or gave it a oil change I got the oil change tried to get my title to get plates for it but been giving me the run around and now my transmission is gone then wen I called the lady she she they just make the cars good enough to sell so I'm currently about to have a lawsuit filed on them

We purchased 2 trucks to add to our company fleet from Cleveland Auto Nation. The place is very clean inside and out and the owner and employees are honest and easy to work with. I dealt with Windy for all the paperwork and she made it fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a car/truck that they have on their lot.

Hey there , it's me again, "Mr. Tell it like it is". I have never trusted a Used Car Salesman. So when I recently found myself in need of a new, (to me) work vehicle. I'm a Tradesman, meaning I handle anything construction related.Cleveland Auto Nation is conveniently located to my home, on W. 117th just south of Lorain. So I would drive past the dealership several times a day and when I noticed a new vehicle on the lot which was EXACTLY what I was shopping for I waited until they closed to take a closer look, (remember that I don't trust used car dealers) so I wouldn't be swarmed by salesman. Because I instantly fell in love with the truck I stopped Monday morning and went inside to get some more details. I promise I'll get to the main point very soon, lol!!Well, much to my surprise and delight, I was NOT swarmed by salesman and I never felt anything close to being pressured to buy anything! In fact, my experience was the opposite of pressure! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and allowed me to take the keys to any vehicle that I wished to see all by myself. That made me feel at ease, and allowed me to take my time inspecting the inventory. When I had made the decision to make a purchase I found that their financing was cheaper than a loan from my bank. The entire time from my decision to buy the truck until I drove it off of the lot was roughly 3 hours. That included the running of my credit report, obtaining insurance and getting the cash for my down payment. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience!!So I probably could have saved time and space on this review by simply saying....."Cleveland Auto Nation has changed my mind about Used Car Salesman, they're not ALL crooks"!!! You can mention my name when you go, but it won't get you anything extra because everyone gets treated the same!!! I recommend CAN to anyone looking for a new (to you) vehicle!!!!

I came to Cleveland Auto Nation very discouraged and felt defeated. When I got the news that I was approved I was so shocked and happy! I thought it would be clinically impossible with my credit and with also trying a few other places that recently denied me. Windy, Nikki, & Neil took very good care of me and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Went to purchase Chevy Express G2500 cargo van for my plumbing business. After searching around for quite some time we decided to go through Cleveland Auto Nation. The service provided by Gary during the buying process was exceptional. I had to change appointments a couple times due to work constraints and it never became an issue. They were very helpful in meeting my needs and the vehicle I purchased was well priced. So far, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am positive that the service moving forward will also be exceptional.

Neil the owner is a theiv not only does he rob his customers but I also heard that he robs his mom wow disgusting I came here for an oil change and a few days later my motor blew and they have been ignoring me ever since he scammed many people

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I would NOT recommend y this place top my worst enemy. We bought our car 8/10/23. We were so excited and the car was beautiful. We haven t even made our first car payment yet and already had issues with the car.There were some issues that they weren t responsible for, however, I only asked them to fix what was broken when we bought the car. After having it towed to Auto Nation, it remained there for 2 weeks. They would never call us with updates, we would always have to call them. Finally after being told to pick up our car, we pulled up to locked gates. After that, we went the next morning to pick it up and were told we owed $680 for the repairs made. I had to drive 45 minutes home in this car with my 2 year old and asked to make sure the car was safe to drive. They told me YES! IT WAS SAFE TO DRIVE AND LET ME GO!!!!! So, I did. And guess what? My car was smoking, WOULD NOT ACCELERATE, AND WAS DRIVING WAAAAAAY WORSE THAN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE FOR ALLOWING ME TO DRIVE AN UNSAFE CAR OFF THE LOT AS WELL AS LYING ABOUT MAKING REPAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want quality cars and quality service then this is the right place to come. Windy is highly knowledgeable of the inventory in stock and she is extremely pleasant to work with. Windy was very honest and up front about everything but she made sure that you don t leave the building without a vehicle
