Thankful for these reviews. Helping my neice car shop and we'll avoid this place like it's a plague. But how you handle these scumbags are by doing all of the following: 1) Contact the Ohio Attorney General to file a complaint since you were sold a lemon. 2) Head to the Justice Center Clerk of Courts to file a small claim because you were sold a lemon. Small claims is about $300 to file. 3) Show up for the small claims court date with your evidence, keep calm and win your case!

They judged me about my paycheck stubs. They told me my documents were fake and I told them they could call and verify my employment. He then said would my bank statements match my pay and I told him yes. He still proceeded to tell me my stubs looked fake and would not process my credit application. It s giving as a black women, he doesn t believe I made this much money. When Jay Honda (a real dealership accepted them but asked for 7k down) and another dealership accepted them but again down payment was out of my budget. I came here specifically for the $499 down and they have failed a single mother of 4 boys and lost a sell! Smh

Cheap price of course, horrible cars . Had my car less than a year ! My engine light never came off!! After putting on a lot of work! Found out tht I have a junk yard engine! The amount of money to fix the car is wayyy more than what the car is worth.. ALSO financing was a horrible decision because the car still has to be paid off even though it s not being used and they garnish wages they don t tell u tht about gateway solutions.

Bought 2013 Chevy Cruze. The 1st day, low oil pressure stop engine. Towed to their shop to be fixed. Um, 4 days later, received call. It's fixed, come pick up your car. I picked it up. ( Cleveland Ohio)From Denison, I jumped on 90. Oil pressure low, stop engine. Barely made it to 117. Engine seized up. This went on for 4 months. Never this done. So disgusted.

I ve only had this car for a month and I had to take it back twice. I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze. They just had my car for a week so I had to Lyft back and forth to and from work for a week spent a little over $200 on Lyft..JUST FOR ME TO GET MY CAR BACK AND ITS DOING THE SAME-THING.. It will not accelerate.I m on the freeway during rush hour in the middle lane and my car stop accelerating and start going slower I had to find a way to get over so I can pull over on the freeway almost caused so many accidents. I literally sent it back to them because of the acceleration and they gave it back to me with the same problem and I ve only had it for less then 24 hours after they quote on quote fixed it ..NOW I GOTTA PUT UP A FIGHT AND MAKE CALLS SO MY CAR CAN GET FIXED

Great dealership, visited with my fiancee after we had applied online. The salesperson was very informative and helped us every step to get into the vehicle we wanted. They where even able to lowered the payments to help better fit our budget. The process was fairly quick and painless compared to other car buying experiences. If your looking for a affordable vehicle I would call, visit or apply online

I bought a 2002 Audi A4 from this lot and I absolutely love it! It drives great and looks even better than it drives. After I purchased the vehicle there was a check engine light that came on but considering how old the car is was to be expected, so I talked to the owner and he ordered the part right away. During the next week the owners mechanic put on a new fuel regulator and only charged me for the part which would've cost a fortune if I would've went anywhere else but ended up being only $40. I read all the terrible reviews but people have to understand you are buying a used vehicle so of course there is going to be issues regardless where or who you buy a car from. I would recommend buying a vehicle from this lot to my friends any day of the week because you can get a great deal on a used car.

Please do not buy from city wide at any location I bought a 2007 Nissan Murano and before my 45 day tag expired my engine locked up and the car won t run! I got an oil change and brand new tires the same day I got the car and was back on the bus two weeks later with a car note and going to take a hit to my credit ! They offered no help or assistance just wanted the next payment! Nicole is a scam artist she ll act like your friend but they aren t good people ! They re selling lemons and have been for a long time

I went to buy a car I left my purse in the car I was test driving came back to retrieve my purse and when the gentleman gave me my purse it was open and my money and my bank card was missing . They were very rude about it and very unprofessional. I will be making a police report. Please do not deal with these people. And the guy that works there they said supposedly found my purse in the car is a know criminal.

Do not buy from here. These people will scam you. They are ruthless. I am only 15 years old and I bought my first car from there. They sold me a car that they had pieced back together. I did not find out they did this till several months after. It appeared to be a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. But what they did not tell me is that they put a 2009 sonata engine in to make it look like it was a 2006. These two engines are very similar. Also, one other thing they replaced without me knowing is the transmission. They were idiots and put a 4 cylinder transmission in a 6 cylinder car. This caused other parts of the car to go bad resulting in many repairs. I had to put a brand new transmission into the car. It's not cheap. What we realized Mo, the owner, does is he takes parts from his junkyard and puts them into other cars. After several thousand dollars in repairs, I have now made my car into drivable condition. These people do not care who you are, they will scam you. Please, save yourself the time and money and do NOT buy a car from here.

Me and my boyfriend Dante went to find a car to change our lives. So excited we had saved 1500 for a down payment. After waiting HOURS we finally found a Dodge caliber we thought was nice. We took it on the highway... no problems. The next day lights came on it sounds horrible. They straight wired the cooling fan. I asked ebony why they had such horrible reviews and she downplayed it. We have put thousands into a car we've had less than a year. We are currently working with a lawyer to see about suing.

Great service. Mike is awesome!! Thanks for everything!!! Made my first time buying a car so easy. Everyone else was telling me 2500 to 5k down for a car. Got a 2016 Ford Fiesta for 1000 down. Very happy with my car.

They sell lemons flat out! Owner is douchey came off like a know it all when I was explaining 3 very noticeable issues with the vehicle to a female salesman that needed immediate attention. I checked out they SUV before, during and after my test drive and it should not have be in That condition if it was being sold. That being said take a experienced Auto mechanic with you if you plan on buying there. I didn't I can go elsewhere and find a vehicle.

They sell lemon cars I bought a H3 hummer and within 60 days my engine goes out. Yes I bought an extended warranty but it is not worth nothing. The job cost about $4,000 the warranty only cover $1,200. They are very rude. I would not recommend nobody to go to thier car lot a bunch of scams. I came across more people who care broke down.

Bought a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon here. The staff was very friendly. very pleased with the car and affordable price. Would recommend going here, just know what you want and know what to look for with self inspection and get a good feel when you take a test drive, and you should get what you put into it.

I am ashamed of myself for allowing myself to purchase a car from this fraudulent dealership. I purchased a 2004 Infiniti fx35 (my dream car) The car doors would not lock? Front driverside headlight totally out! leather seats were spray painted black which eventually wore off are all issues I had with the car BEFORE it left the car lot. The owner said he would get those things fixed NEVER DID! less than 30 days after purchase engine light comes on... cadallic converter!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!

I had a great experience when I bought my used Audi A8. The staff at Citywide auto Mark took the time to understand my needs, they work with my budget, and they also make sure that I had everything that I needed to complete the transaction in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend dealing with the staff at Citywide Automart specifically because of their selection. I will send all my family and friends to Citywide Automart very soon. Thank you once again Citywide Walmart.

Great cars for great price! Its used cars people so understand that you WILL have to do some maintenance on a used car but otherwise I buy all my cars from here and also send family and friends when they needs theirs.

I'm a single mother of six i have a 16 year old son that has mold fungus on his lungs. I came to citywide auto to buy a reliable Transpation for my6 kids mind you my son see a lung doctor every to weeks .so i buy the van as soon as i get on the free way to drive home the engine check light i called the lady eboney an told her that it came on she advised me to take it to auto zone i did took it to their shop on Denison they put a piece on i was on my way soon as i get back on the freeway the engine check light came right back on i called eboney again she told me to take it back i did the shop told me my transmission need to be rebuilt so i called back I've been getting the run around now they not putting me in another car or fixing it or refunding my money i will never ever buy anything from this lot they sell lemon car and getting away with it it has to be something done about this asap now how will i get my son back and fourth to his appointments now

I purchased a car from these crooks in Dec 30th of 2021 in February 2022 got stranded in the middle of a snow storm car wouldn t start from that point forward my 45 day had not even expired yet Don t waist your time with these bums there cars are trash

They put fake prices on their craigslist ads. They spam up craigslist with dozens of listings and put the down payment into the price field to mess up the search results. Extremely annoying when you're trying to shop for cars!

Got a truck from there last week and it s broke down within a week truck drove good then check engine light came on then stopped on the freeway I went back up there to give them details on what happened to my truck they insisted that I did something to my own car they wouldn t offer to fix it or nothing so I m going to get me lawyer because it is a such thing as a Ohio lemon law and get my freaking money back.

I been coming here for years what ever problem they took care of it. I was recently had a 2006 Chevy hhr from here. It ended up totalled out and they been trying to put me in another car. I must say they have A1 service

I only give 1 star because it wont let me comment with give at least 1 do not go there my ex gave them $1500.00 down and made payment arrangements on a decent trailblazer she drove it and i went with her and everything was fine.she had a problem with her license and had to leave it there until she got it fixed.when her license was straightened out she called to let them know that she would be coming to get it they said there was a problem with the transmission and they cant sell it to her.that she would have to pick another vehicle she said she didn't want one she wanted reimbursed.they told her they would give her a check.when she got there they took an hour to tell her they dont have anymore checks.they were waiting for some too be sent from the bank.all i know if they dont get her money they will probably be on "SNAPPED".

Terrible car lot I bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber the car literally broke Down 6 times In 2 months with very expensive repairs I just gave the car back because the engine blew the owner MOE he is a Sell Out I would Not recommend Nobody to this Lot they wouldn t give me none of my money back the repo my car after it was sitting in the shop for 2weeks made me pay $600 to get it back that same day the wheel fall off and I had my 2 yr old daughter with me that day I called him he kept hanging up they are not professional and if I could I would of took him to court

Be careful especially women my mother in law brought a vehicle from that place and a week later it broke down stated to overheat and didn't have any oil in it . I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all.
