My family and I have been coming here for decades. They always do exactly what needs to be done (no upselling/gouging), and I've never heard of a place that does everything right the first time at such good prices.

Breaks were sounding horrible and a friend recommended I go here. They got me in pretty quick and fixed what needed to be fixed without trying to add extra things on top. I spoke with Jose and he was so nice and everything was done in a reasonable time. Fair prices as well!! Will definitely be coming back.

Staff is friendly and responsive. Came in due to an unknown issue that was causing my tire to lock up. They fixed my car same day and actually were able to give a price under the quote which was a nice surprise. Fair price, fast labor, good service.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Jose got me out of a jam. I hit that pothole on 90 right before the Lorain exit towards the end of the businessday. I'm not around here so I got off the freeway and check Google Maps right away. Circle had some good reviews so I stopped in and asked Jose if you could help me out. I had busted a shock and needed a set of shocks anyways. He also did my left front bearing. Had me ready to go by end of the business day the next day. My brother normally works on my car so I know what a good deal is. It would have made no sense to have my car towed to my brothers cuz it wouldn't have saved me any money. Jose's prices are fair. Fairer than most

DO NOT COME AND GET AN ECHECK HERE. WASTE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME.I'm more mad that the ohio-echeck website even allows this business to do echeck services. Went in to get my e-check done early in the morning, dude that was there by the name Jose didn't even care to acknowledge me. I said I'm here to get my echeck done. He said he had too much work to get out, I should come another time. I asked for a time that would work best for him (low key being sarcastic if you know what i mean), he said "I don't know, call before you are on your way. I'll let you know how busy we are" absolute joke of an establishment.Also, this location is so sketchy and just overall in a gettho area. Would not recommend staying near this area for longer than 15mins or risk getting mugged.WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTService: Vehicle Inspection

Awesome experience. They performed a highly detailed, same-day 60 point inspection on a short bus I was considering purchasing. Their report saved me thousands of dollars of repairs. Circle Automotive (Jose) was fantastic! I ran over a sheet of crumpled metal on the freeway and it partially damaged the underside of my car. After a quick call to Jose less than an hour later, I brought my car in to be put on a lift and looked at.Jose (or his team) reattached the broken cover under my car and sent me back on my way shortly after, and was extremely kind to not charge me. Next time I have an auto issue, I will return here, and I recommend this auto shop for someone looking for a reputable mechanic!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would suggest Circle Automotive to anyone needing repairs or their car serviced. They diagnose the problem and fix it without adding extra unneeded things like Conrads or Firestone would do to you.
