Always a great experience when I have my car repaired here! Stephanie is always so diligent in giving updates on the process and she is very knowledgeable and kind! They do great body work and will make sure everything is fixed and clean before you pick up your car. I highly recommend!

Carstar did a wonderful cosmetic job on my car. Also, they did a great job cleaning the glass from the interior from my smashed windshield. The steady updates via text were also appreciated. They helped me manage my rent-a-car reservation.

My car was rear ended and the bumper was damn near falling off. Picked up my car today and it looks brand new, process to get it was pretty quick too. Definitely would recommend CarStar IGear to anyone.

My car was involved in an accident resulting in almost 20,000 worth of damages. So glad that I decided to get my car serviced here through statefarm.JJ was super helpful in updating me throughout the process and even assisting me with returning the rental vehicle once my vehicle was done being repaired. My car looks as good as news appreciate all the hard work and going above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! This is my second time coming to this repair shop because they did such a great job the first time and an amazing job the second time as well! I am now a customer for life, can't even think of going to another shop because of the quality of the repair from this shop!

Back in July of 2023, we experienced a once in a lifetime hail storm. (At least for me.) My wife and I were in the garage witnessing the storm. I told my wife our vehicles are toast. I was correct. Dings everywhere. I said our vehicles are never going to be the same. Even though my Ram is only a 2021, I was thinking about trading it in. Called my insurance company and they recommended Car Star. Since it is close to the house I gave them a try. One of my better decisions of my life. From the first phone call to the last hand shake with JJ, the people I dealt with were professional, caring and just down to Earth good people. They worked with my insurance company for the best results to make my wife and me happy. The end result for both my wife's Jeep and my Ram were nothing short of outstanding! Thank you Car Star. In my opinion you are the best in the business. Yes, we are keeping both our vehicles for a while longer. So where do I start totally excited to get my car right in for repairs they got it right in body work was good the problem was when I got the car back all my dash board was lit up as a Xmas tree mind u when it went in not one light was they said oh it had 40 something codes that it s throwing ok not true my car was at Subaru less than 3 months prior not one code was was thrown and they have the audacity to say oh it came in with all the lights on if that was the case I wouldn t be making an issue my issue is they are not taking accountability for there mess up weather a part was taken off reckless when doing body work and that causes a sensor to go off admit that !!!so now I have to take the car to Subaru to have it diagnosed and I can t wait for them to say something was taken off reckless which caused the sensors to go off long story short if u don t care about eating additional cost at there recklessness and the company not taking accountability for returning a car with new issues that weren t there prior and for them to return a car lit up when nothing was lit up is where I m having an issue. Definitely not a trustworthy company save your money pick another company to do ur repairs for sure!!!!!u may be eating additional cost because they want to be not trusthworthy and Liars!!!!!!!!!

Hey there! I just wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Carstar and the staff for the incredible job they did with my car due to an a car accident, also for dealing with me and my 1000 calls, their patience was truly commendable. These past couple of weeks have been rough without a car, but it was totally worth the wait. My car looks brand new now, and they even cleaned it for me! I can't thank you enough for the hard work and dedication you put into making my car shine. You guys are seriously rockstars! Thank you again, Carstar, for your amazing service. Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I brought my car in for a bumper repair and boy was this the best experience. I was treated like a celebrity. The building was nice and clean with beautiful furniture. The staff was very efficient and welcoming. I was prepared to be there for a while like most shops and before I could even get comfortable my car was ready. I know where my car will be going for any future repairs. I am 100% satisfied.
