PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!! And do your research on the BBB before making a decision This shop is TERRIBLE!!!! when I say TERRIBLE his attitude is bad his communication sucks and a complete ripoff he charged me $750 for absolutely nothing starting off I gave him a $300 deposit just to have my car in a worst condition then it was just for him to proceed and tell me he will take my car if I don t pay $450 .need I say more he has a thousand excuses why he is delayed on everything his first excuse was he got into a car accident to his reasoning for ignoring me for almost a week to the next excuse being how it was difficult to get whatever parts he needed to never show a receipt of the parts or a breakdown of labor after having my car for a MONTH AND 3 weeks i left countless voicemails and text messages to still be ignored I told him I wanted to come a get my car and Instantly got a response for him to tell me i still have a balance of $450 I will post before and after pics I am a business owner myself I would never treat any customer or client this way I am not here to put any bad comments I am here to tell the truth and save other people MONEY,TIME,and HEADACHE

Yesterday, I had an unfortunate experience where my catalytic converter was stolen, and I was in dire need of a quick fix. I reached out to this mechanic shop, not expecting much given the urgency of my situation. To my astonishment, Johnny was not only sympathetic to my plight but also managed to fit me in for a same-day replacement. The level of service I received was beyond commendable. Johnny was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and ensuring that the new catalytic converter was installed perfectly. The professionalism, speed, and efficiency displayed by the entire team were second to none. I am thoroughly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction and highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Brand S Auto provided exceptional service for my vehicle needs. John demonstrated expertise during my visit, handling both brake servicing and an oil change efficiently. Worst experience at an automotive shop I have ever had my vehicle was stolen But that's after it had sat at the shop for a month without being worked on I told the man I was coming to pick it up, he then informed me I needed an appointment before I can pick it up next thing you know 1 hour before I was scheduled to pick up the van it was stolen, If you're looking for good communication and honest work don't go to this shop.

Possibly the most honest repair shop I've ever dealt with. Warned me a head of time, the repair that was needed on my frame had a chance of not working because of how much rust was involved. Made a new section of frame for me and saved my truck. John is a miracle worker. I'd give 6 or 7 stars if I could.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP !!! I took a 2011 Chevy Colorado here for frame repair and not only did they not do the repairs needed they also had my truck for months . Made several calls to him and nothing but excuse after excuse . Finally receive a call stating truck is ready and my bill is $1800 dollars . I pick the truck up and from the minute I drive off I can tell something wasn't right . Sure enough I take it to two other shops to find out he literally did nothing . In the photos you can clearly see the torsion bar is bent which he claims he replaced. He used a $5 dollar can of undercoat spray on the frame and from what we found that's all he did . Save your time and money and find a reputable shop because that he is not .

I've taken my 02 Dodge Dakota there twice now for work. First time was to have the frame welded, second was for the drive transfer. Not only did they do both jobs in a timely manner the cost was almost half of anyone else who quoted me and he welded both sides. Highly recommend Johnny over at Brand S Auto! The one photo is of how high my bed was lifted and hitting my truck

I came here for an oil change and John immediately started on my car. He got it done faster and cheaper than any other place I ve gone to. Better customer service as well. Will be coming back for anything automotive!

I was referred by another auto body shop to Brand S Auto and was thrilled with the outcome. Johnny was able to repair the rust on my inner rocker panels to give my 14 year old work van 5+ more years of life.

Reliable, professional and a tinkering box for good deals.Dropped in ford escape 06 for wheel well change for the right side, then I had it back in less than 4 days. Also I had a good deal that suited my budget. Photos speak for itslef.Thanks Jay

After suddenly realizing I had major rust/rot in my 10 year old truck frame; my first thought was to get rid of her. But Johnny worked his magic, and now I can confidently drive knowing that s 1less thing to worry about! I took it in days before Christmas and he worked through the holidays to hook me up!! Don t waste your time looking around take it to Johnny!!

Kept my car for 2 months. My rocker panels were hung incorrectly. Metal left extending into wheelwell. Somehow my car speakers were blown. My doors were all scratched up. All for the overcharged price of $2900! My car doors no longer lock. there is over spray inside my car. The front fenders do not line up with the doors. I would not send my worst enemy there!!

I was on my way to Lake Erie for walleye one early morning, putting the boat in, my winch handle broke. Brand S was the only place I saw to open at 8am, in a half hour drive. Johnny opened promptly at 8am, moved a few cars, whipped up the grinder and welder, welded the handle back to the winch, and I was on the lake by 9am. Johnny made a great day for me out of what could have been one of those frustrating days! He wouldn't let me pay him, because he was able to fix it so quickly! What a great mechanic, welder and I appreciate Johnny's thoughtfulness! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Johnny did an amazing job on our CR-V. We re an active family with several kids so it s difficult being down a car. I had a relatively short notice trip for work where we could be down a car and he was able to squeeze us in!You used to be able to hear my husband s car coming several houses away, now he pulls in silently. Johnny was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. The job was finished quickly and affordably. He also offered some really helpful advice on car maintenance and when some things may be due. We ll definitely come back when we need future work done!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

They performed front end work as I broke down in front of shop. They took great care of my vehicle right away with great work and price. They spent time explaining details what needed at a great price and timely manner . After that they did fitting and electrical work on my headlight making a comfortable experience as they explain their work and offered a great deal - thank you guys !Services: Transmission, General repairs & modifications

What can I say, Johnny at Brand S is a great guy and took care of the frame on my 2002 Tacoma as if it was his own. These trucks can pretty much run forever, but their weak point is poor frames from the factory. If you have an older truck or car with a bad frame that you enjoy driving and plan to keep, don't hesitate to take it to Johnny to get it looked at. I already have a couple other projects that I'll be calling him for in the near future. And also, if you're a dog lover, you'll be in for a treat for who greets you when you walk in the shop. Thanks John!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TWICE!I used them twice to fix the rear driver and passenger side wheel wells�of my Escape, and I had a terrible experience both times. They sweet-talk you to get your business, then they just do whatever they want. They tell you that they will call to give you an update, but never do. You always have to be the one calling them and making back and forth trips in order to know what is going on with your car. The least a serious business could do after spending over a thousand dollars on each repair and $2,700 for both, is to give you a call and give you an update. Almost no rational person would spend that much money to repair such an old rusted car like mine, but it is a stick shift Escape (quite rare) and I just love the car.My second time dealing with them, I scheduled the repair a week in advance to make it fit my schedule smoothly, with a cash deposit of $300 for the part. They were supposed to order it immediately but did not do so until the day I came to drop off the car, and it delayed the repair time. They got mad and increased the labor price to 900 (we had a signed agreement for 800) after I went there to complain because they did not call me as they said they would, and nobody could tell me what was going on with my car. I gladly paid for it because my peace and tranquility are worth more than that to me. If their�word and reputation are worth only a hundred bucks, so be it.

I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado that had a rotted out frame. It literally looked like a rust bomb went off under my truck.I was about to junk it almost 6 months after I just paid it off.I decided on a whim to give these guys a call to see if anything at all could be done.Johnny took a look and I thought it would cost me well into the thousands to repair this truck and not be worth it.14 ft of rotted out framing on both driver and passenger side of the truck needed restored along with cross members.I couldn't believe the estimate Johnny gave me. It was such a good price, I had his shop mechanic Mike rebuild the front end of my truck.I will be going to these guys as much as I can. I would recommend these guys to anyone I know needing body or mechanical repair.Thanks to Johnny and Mike. I probably got another 3 to 5 years out of my truck.

I went to Brand S Auto for a second opinion, and the service I received was exceptional. John and Cody were able to quickly figure out the problem with my vehicle, and contact me in a prompt manner. The staff is very friendly and eager to answer any and all questions/concerns, as well as leave you with a high quality vehicle after they complete your service!

Johnny and Mike delivered what they promised. I thought our 2007 Kia Sportage was headed for the junk yard. Johnny said they could repair the under carriage support without a problem. And they did. And with a very reasonable price. Even Frank at Drellishak s said they did a great job and went above and beyond with sand blasting, priming, etc. I highly recommend Brand S for any major repairs that you need done to your vehicle.

Called ahead trying to figure out if I'd feel comfortable and I was! The guy was very nice and knowledgeable.Came in they had the sweetest pup and I will definitely be back and them work on my car again

I was in need of a mechanic to look at my 2007 equinox had the radiator replaced and for some reason it was leaking fluid the owner John came to my house and looked at my vehicle for me no charge and found out the person who replaced my radiator didn t properly connect the clamp which caused my car to leak transmission fluid. He took the time out of his day on his off time to come to my residence and look at my car. I completely recommend this shop to anyone. And their prices are fair.

They Fixed the frame of my truck when others told me i had no choice but to just junk it. Took a couple of weeks but the owner was very responsive..and i was always informed and updated.
