I never write reviews on places but I just had to say how grateful I am for this place. I had a reservation for a U-Haul trailer across the street on a Sunday. My hitch was put on my crv originally for use of a bike rack. This was my first time towing a trailer. When I got there I could not get the trailer because I did not have the lights connection set up. The very helpful U-Haul rep was able to sell me the part and send me across the street to Bobby s towing to get it hooked up. Bobby s was so helpful and courteous! The hookup did not happen smoothing but the team was determined to make sure I hand it working that they were able to figure a solution. I am so glad and will use them again!

Went to Bobby's towing and they saved me from getting scammed from other people because I didn't need a tire after all it was just a valve stem they are quick reliable and awesome

Excellent service and affordable prices. I had a flat tire that needed replaced and they sent someone to me to fill it up so I could drive it into the shop. Couldn't recommend them enough for that.

Bobby's towing saved me more than once! Everything from towing from an accident, to breaking down n the highway. Minimal time waiting for a tow, professional & kind service! Great company & will use them in the future in needed.

Junked my old faithful 17 yr. old car today. Spoke with Bobby and had everything set up within minutes. This was hard for me; my car had symbolic and sentimental value and, quite frankly, it was hard to say goodbye. Joshua (the driver) was timely, professional, and kind. He explained everything to me and allowed me to watch him load the vehicle onto the flatbed. The price was fair and the experience was seamless. Thank you for making a difficult decision easy. I have already passed his info onto family and friends and will keep him in mind for future auto/towing needs.

My car broke down which is never a good experience-and I called Bobby's towing for help. They were very courteous and responded quickly. They also kept me up to date on how close the truck was. This was the best experience I ve had with a tow truck company to date. He gave me his business card and from there I have become a customer. I would recommend bobby's towing to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. The best customer service and reasonable prices. My go to auto/towing shop from now on!!!

The old bait and switch. I called them to buy my junk car. I gave them all the details and answered all of their questions. They offered $500. I thought fair enough. I rearranged my schedule and lined things up for them to show up and lowball me with $300. Nothing on my end changed. The car was as originally explained. It runs and drives, no missing parts, original cat, clean and clear title. It has a rusted K frame that was disclosed as the reason for junking. I have the phone call recorded. Apparently, they "misunderstood". What exactly, I don't know, so, no deal, and I sent them away. That's not an honest deal. Beware.

Bobby is awesome! He's super fast, reliable, has more than fair prices and offers and he's also just up the street from us in Tremont so he really comes in clutch any time we're having car trouble. Great guy and neighbor, would 1000% recommend to anyone.

I am beyond pleased with this business!! Bobby himself came and towed my little Betty the beater! He was so fast with his response time and pick up time! Very friendly and professional! GREAT PRICING!!! If I could give this business a million stars, I would! Thank you Bobby!!!!

Bobby's towing was referred to me by a coworker for hauling a junk vehicle. Bobby was professional and courteous from the onset. He quoted a payout and time for pick up and stuck to both. When he arrived at my home for the haul he noticed another vehicle that had fresh damage and advised me that he had the parts I needed. He followed up with me and was more than reasonable with his pricing. He was a one stop shop that was perfectly timed as both our family vehicles had become disabled within a two week time-frame. I cannot express how helpful he was, and unlike so many other auto shops that look to take advantage of women, Bobby made suggestions that saved me money but didn't undercut quality. This is my new go to place for car service. Period!!!!Service: Local hauling

My car had been stuck in the drive way for three days and Bobby s was the only towing place that would come and pull me out. I was told by 2 other companies they couldn t get me out without damage.I had been waiting on another company to get my car out for more then 24 hours. I called Bobby s and he was here within 20 minutes, and it took him about 20 minutes to pull me out that included shoveling attachment and salting. I ve never had a better experience with a company they have amazing customer service , this company should be everyone s first choice! - Keya

Hes a Super nice guy!! One of the best prices you'll find around, I've researched. I will for sure use him again and recommend him to everyone. My serpentine belt blew on the highway he was available with In the hour. I've had other shop try to charge me not only for the tow but also to hook it up. He charges a flat rate. Hes upfront with the price and doesnt try to gouge you with prices. I was so thankful to have found him because I don't have a lot of money. Not only that but he had to maneuver the car into our driveway with a car in the way in the street. It took an extra 5 or 10 minutes and he didn't ask for more money or just drop it in the street like most other tow guys would do.I highly recommend him to use.You won't have to go threw the head ache of finding someone reasonable priced, reliable and fast.

Caught a flat tire on my way to work! Every company I called was being rude and couldn t get to me within hours! I called Bobby s Towing and he came within a hour and towed my truck safely to the repair shop. Very responsible pricing also! I m quite pleased.

Can't recommend enough! Bobby went above and beyond to tow an old van out my garage. Managed the super tight driveway space no sweat. Also important, didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way and even gave me some tips to make sure I don't get ripped off in the future. Thank you Bobby!

Had this company out to junk an old car. The driver was AWESOME. Polite, efficient, friendly. Can go on. We have a tight driveway and he was great. Took his time to get back there and then was fully aware of how close he was to fences and houses. The person on the phone told us an hour and they were here in way less. OUTSTANDING!Highly recommend.

I located BOBBY S TOWING AND ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE through a quick google search , made the call and within a few minutes I was greeted by a concerned , knowledgeable professional who diagnosed my mechanical issue , carefully loaded my vehicle on his tow truck and provided a safe tow to the mechanic for repairs. I was impressed by the level of courtesy & professionalism, and all at a competitive rate. I now have BOBBY S in my contact list and they will be the first one I call when stranded , and , or in need of assistance on the streets of Cleveland. Thanks again!!!

Terrible service. First off i waited 2 days for someone to proceed with the process of selling my car. Secondly the driver was notified to call before coming and did not. Then called me and told me he was there with my car and how long would I be. After me telling him it would be at least 30 minutes he told me he didn't care because he s paid by the hour. Once I made it there he was gone and wouldnt answer soI called the office and the person who answered said sorry our tow guy just left that location and hung up. This is the wors ever experience ive ever had with a tow company they were very rude and racially profiled me. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if possible I would have it shutdown.

I highly recommend Bobby's Towing. My daughter was stuck on the shoreway in a tough place on the median with two blown tires. They rescued her and replaced the tires at their shop. They also fixed the fender with no charge. Very caring and courteous as though it happened to one of their own family members. Can't thank them enough!

Bobby was incredible! He came to our house when my wipers quit on the side of the highway. He took my vehicle to his shop overnight. I was able to pick it up the next day!!! What a blessing!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am the daughter of the review from aeronut2 below. As you can see in the picture, I was in a really scary spot on the Shoreway during rush hour with two blown tires. They got me out of there quickly and safely & got new tires on in no time. They made a bad evening a lot easier!!

Came and picked up my stolen car right from the impound and paid all fees! Then came to a separate location and towed another one in less than 2 hours gave me cash money!! Quick easy and nice. The only one who answered on a Sunday and came instantly

Bobby's towing was so incredibly helpful with not only getting my SUV out of a ditch, but also going above and beyond to help me get my car back up and running. I would highly recommend them to friends, family, or anyone finding themselves in need of car help. Genuinely great guys.

I called Bobby s Towing when my car s gear shift locked and I was unable to put it in drive. Bobby came within 20 minutes and fixed my gear shift enough so I could drive my car home. Excellent service. I highly recommend Bobby s Towing!

There s no question if you ever need anything you should call Bobby s for car problems or any problems at that . That man would literally give you the shirt of his back . He truly helped me out starting my truck for me and really looking out and charged me nothing . True example of an amazing person and business owner !!!!
