I had stopped in to Best Buy Tire at the recommendation of my Fleet Supervisor..to check on tire prices for my vehicle. "Ted" was the gentleman who waited on me. He was very very knowledgeable about the tires my vehicle needed. I explained to him I was just "item shopping"..and that was not a problem. He gave me a written quote..on the back of a business card..and told me if and when I needed tires..to call him 1 or 2 business days..& he would have them ready. Not sure as of yet if I will be doing business with him..and Best Buy Tire. Thank you. Respectfully Glenn

My sister recommended this place to me and I'm glad she did. Fast friendly service with suggestions for future repairs with no pressure. I got 4 new tires and the ride is so smooth and quite. Will definitely recommend to others.

I have gotten my tires here and have dealt with then for 6 years and haven t had a problem UNTIL I sat there 4 hours do that they can give me an estimate of two thousand dollars !!!! Supposedly because my control arms and that it would take 14 hours !!!!! I even had them write it down . Turn out the reason my car had been shaky was when I brakes or slowdown had been my brakes the whole time !!!!! Not my control arms . So be careful always get a second third even fourth or fifth oponion if you need more than tires

Bought the vogue tires ($1600.00). . guy that mounted them brought car back all oily inside and he never balanced the tires at all. . Heading out on a trip and the car started shaking like crazy, l had to take the car home, then l took it to the dealership to have the problem diagnosed ($149.00) that's when I found out about the tires not being balanced . I called Best Buy to inform them of the problem the salesperson was indifferent to my situation. . No I didn't get reimbursed. . DON'T GO THERE!!!

I was recommended to come here for tires and the salesman that assisted me was Art I was able to drop off my truck and pick it back up within a reasonable amount of time even thou we were in a middle of a snow storm, he just kept asking me what price did I give you like 3X s luckily I had the card with the price he quoted me cause I felt it would ve been a different price without it and dealing with customers don t conduct business with a mouth full of food!!!!

Overall, wonderful experience! I needed new tires last minute and Mike was able to get me in very quickly and helped to make my decision on which tires to go with. After getting my car back, it rides very smooth. Very thankful for such a positive experience!

I wish I could give less than 1 star from the experience I just had. My wife and I travelled from Mentor, OH area. This place provided excellent service in the past. This time it was sub par. Before the sales representative got my money, he was nice. When I came back because my car was shaking on the freeway because they didn t put my hub rings on with my new rims, it seemed like he had an attitude. So I ended up having to go elsewhere and spend more money for something this place should have done proper the first time. It was later discovered that one of my new rims was also chipped. I would not recommend this place to anyone from the experience I just received. Additionally, I gave the guy who was working on my car a tip. I guess my tip should have been to put everything in the box with my new rims on my car!

I walked in for a alignment when they were real busy but they still took my car for a alignment $125 and replaced one of my tires $105 because it was bald from my car needing a alignment.Took a few hours but got the job done.I was happy.

Had some work done a few weeks ago Mechanix missed a serious problem let Mike and staff know about it Mike fixed and installed a k-frame on my car no charge there a great bunch of guys there my whole family has cars fixed there thanks Big Mike and Happy Holidays to you all.

Don't come here if you need anything fixed... you tell them one thing and they do another. Came here and asked exactly for a 4 wheel alignment..Waited 2 hours and they came back saying i need this and that then charged me for an inspection. If all I wanted was an inspection I could of went elsewhere and got it for free. Never coming here again. I also seen other customers coming back for messed up work they've did. Be cautious

I had high hopes for this place. I had front-end work done, and my car seems to drive well. Since I just got the car, I'll update this review if that changes. Unfortunately, they have poor communication and undesirable work practices in prioritizing their workload. I was given an estimate, only to feel ambushed with a higher price when it came time to pay the bill. I was not notified that the cost was going to increase to allow me the choice to proceed with the work or explore other options. Secondly, the salesman did not share information about the warranty of the parts and labor, nor did he provide me with the option of purchasing better parts with a better warranty. Lastly, I was told since the parts came in so late in the day that, they did start the job but would do it the next day. I called the next day to check to see when in they would be done repairing my car and was told they were not going to work on it because they had other 3-4 hours jobs they wanted to complete first. It clearly did not matter that my car was there first, and I had to be inconvenienced for another day without my car.5/30/23This is an update to my review. I am changing my review from a 2 star to a 5 star. A manager reached out to talk discuss my concerns. I talked to Doug, who was very helpful in resolving my concerns and working on putting better practices in place to benefit all customers. I appreciate the prompt attention and management's acknowledgment of my concerns. The fact they actually reached out and had a discussion with me shows they not only care about their work but the customer as well. I will definitely come back and recommend this place.

I had a slow leak in my passenger back tire. I walked in around 2:30 and was walking out after 3:00. My tire had a nail or screw in it. They patched my tire for $27.00 and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the service.

This is one of the friendliest, most honest businesses in Northeast Ohio. I was in a bind with dangerously low tire pressure having driven all around the city attempting to find an air machine but all were Out of Order. I stopped in and asked how much it would be to fill my tires up or if I needed to pay for a service and they waived it off, one of the owners immediately got me in to fill my tires up and only requested that I keep them in mind during my next service or repair. My hat's off to this type of community approach to business.

We have all of our commercial fleet vehicles serviced here. They have been a trusted partner in our maintenance program. Every few months we receive solicitations from other companies though their level of service and pricing does not measure up to what Best Buy Tire provides.

Don't want to be "that customer" and write a bad review, but after being out of almost $2400 and my vehicle still won't pass the emissions test, they don't deserve a good review from me. My fiance initially took the car in to Dan because it wouldn't start, told them to fix everything that was wrong (which was $1900), got it back and IMMEDIATELY started having issues with it not turning over. I took it back just to be told that it would be an addtl $384 to repair something else; 3 months later I still can't pass the E check and the dashboard is lit up with all sorts of other lights. A bunch of fun artists. The only good thing I can say was I didn't have to wait long to get my car back, but I guess I wouldn't have to since it was barely serviced in the first place

I'm new to Cleveland. I went here for a flat tire. OMG they were fast, super nice, so honest and didn't charge me. I was so impressed by this business and the workers. Believe me if you have tire issues or need new tires they've got them at the best prices and best service! I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!

I went up there to get sensors, mount and balance and the balance was all off I had to come there 4 Days don't reset my sensorsBad experience, I had to take it somewhere else to set my sensors and my balance and they fix in 45 min NOT 5 HRS!

These guys are awesome. We come here for our personal cars, work vehicles, and trailers. The staff is well informed on the what you'll need and the service is great. Because they are so good, they get very busy! If you are going to walk in, come early!

All have attitudes and terrible customer service skills. Called the day before was told they ordered my tire and it would be there in an hour I get off and head over but they re busy. So I leave come back the next morning they re just as busy so I ask to buy the tire after getting attitude yet again. Come to find out they never even ordered my tire, they wasted my time and are extremely rude.

My most recent experience was worth negative stars. I have been a loyal customer for years. I called ahead of time to ensure the wait wouldnt be long and was mislead. I waited 2 hours for a oil change. While waiting Art Dean and the person who changed my oil spoke to me in the most disrespectful way and thought it was comical. To add insult to injury they didn't put down protective mats down and got huge oil footprints on the mats in my brand new car. I will no longer patronize them.

The old adage is "You get what you pay for." But every once in a while you will come across "You get more than you expected." Best Buy Tire is one of those places. They provided me Quality service at an outstanding price. They stand behind their work. They let me know what to keep an eye on in the future without sales pressure to do it right now. This is one of the few places that sell quality instead of making customers pay for fancy commercials and a sales and marketing department. Automotive service is a hard thing to put your name behind in respect to reviews. But I would refer them to anyone. A+

I had my wife take a car to this place to get an alignment done while I stayed at the shop and she called me and said they will not do it for her that the car needs wheel bearing so I left the shop to see what is bad because I literally just put new wheel bearing on the car before she took it there. They say things are bad when they are not bad to get more money out of people. Very crooked shop!!

The wait today for a wheel alignment which led to my purchasing two new tires becauseThe belts on mine were broken was over 3 hours!This is incredibly long. If they couldnt do it in a timely manner I should have been told.Plus, these tires have only 8000 miles on them. "We see a lot of this from the chuck holes, etc...... Wow. Promised 15 minutes and its been 40 minutes to put two tires on.I returned December 3rd 2018 to have my tires checked, wheels balanced and oil changed. My battery and brakes were also checked. Very quick, efficient and thorough service for a great price!

This place was great! Called at 8 am to see if I could get in the same day, (Saturday) they got me in within the same hour! Spent maybe 20 minutes at the shop. Friendly staff! Great service! And cheap tires!

Services offered are standard for a repair shop, "as-expected"..nothing extraordinary, so I'm at least giving one star. I wanted to find a shop that would be my "go-to" for regular tire service/emergencies. I tried to make things work with this store, to no avail. The "reception" staff could use a lesson in basic customer service. You get the feeling that the "receptionist" (older african american, male) at the desk would rather be anywhere other than working here. Borderline rude, very condescending. Since reception is the first impression of the business, the Best Buy experience for me was very off-putting. This particular time, It took over an hour to get a simple 'TIRE REPAIR". I thought tires were their specialty.After waiting for over a half hour (my car had not even been touched), I overheard a staff member mention how busy they were. It would have been nice to know this upfront. I could have come back another time or gone elsewhere.The most infuriating point of all, at least 2 people came in AFTER me and their service was expedited. I am a repeat customer, and the tires currently on my vehicle were actually purchased at Best Buy. But I guess you have to be a friend of the owner/staff to get in and out quickly. A guy who came in after me, asked for a staff member by name and after a friendly little chat about mutual acquaintances, was able to get an OIL CHANGE and was on his way. Even HE expressed surprise that he received service so fast.I would not recommend this shop to a friend or family member. This was my fourth and unfortunately my LAST time having any of my vehicles serviced by Best Buy. My advice to others, if you choose to patronize this business, be sure to ask how busy they are, unless you have unlimited time to wait.
