My family has used Ben's OVER 30 years. Always get quality service for our vehicles. Family-oriented and always great customer service. Work is always professional and on point, even our NEW vehicles come back looking like they've never been damaged. From my parents to my kids, we will always use Ben's!

I commute an hour to and from work everyday and had an issue with my car as I was pulling into the parking garage on a Monday (of course!). I found raving reviews for Ben's and I thought I'd give it a shot. The service was excellent and they even communicated with my hometown mechanic since some parts needing replaced were under warranty. When I went to pick up my car, one of the mechanics came out and explained to me what had been going on with my car. If I ever find myself needing a mechanic or someone trustworthy to take a look at my vehicle, I will definitely be giving Ben's a call!

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. First class, quality craftsmanship that only comes from generations of experience. Straight shooting professionals with a community conscientiousness; a fabulous combination. If you've experienced the BS of other shops, come here and you'll never have to go through that again. I did over 20 years ago and you can't pay me to go somewhere else.

Honest, trustworthy and affordable. Can't ask for much more in the automobile industry. Ben does a great job and he wants to please his customers. If you're unhappy with results, he'll do what he can to make it right.

I don't recommend anyone going here, unless you know exactly what your car needs. I had two small scratches, or abrasions. One was on the top of my trunk, the other was on the rear quarter panel, right above the rear tire. I had no dents or dings, I just wanted some touch up paint. I was told by the owner I would have to get the whole quarter panel painted, which would be $800.00 dollars. He explained that he would have to take off stuff to paint it, which would be A lot of work he said. I said ok. I get my car back and the scratches are gone, but it does not look like fresh paint. He told me he didn't paint the trunk, he said he wet sand it and polished it. I ask did he paint the quarter panel he said yes, but it still have small scratches, and cloudy spot, which was always there when I bought the car. Long story short I paid 800$ for wet sand and polished. I didn't know how deep the scratches were that's my fault. He beat me out of 400$ bucks aleast.

Very professional service provided. It is very refreshing to find someone in the auto repair business where you don't feel like you need a shower after dealing with them. I have used this shop 2 times in the last 15 months and very pleased with the service both times

Really nice people running this shop, excellent workmanship, very fair prices - Ben's is my new go-to mechanic. They replaced my broken windshield and then went above and beyond and washed all the winter salt and grime off my car! Thanks, you guys.

I called for an estimate. I described the services I was seeking. A guy answered the phone, mumbled something and hung up on me. I wasn't being rude. I called back to see if he hung up on me accidentally and got voice mail. I'd previously tried to call and got VMon those occasions as well

I just picked up my car and it is in first class shape. I have all by body work done at Ben's for the last 25 years, the management, office staff and technicians are consistently superior. Thanks Ben Jr.

This family-run business treated me well: They were polite and courteous, they were very clear in what the cost would be, they were accomodating in scheduling, and they did a fine job on my car. I recommend them without reservation.

Out of business, phone disconnected. AAA tow driver left my car unlocked in an empty parking lot and dropped the key in their night box.
