I'm very impressed and happy to have visit this location, I have a Tesla model Y that needed a windshield replacement, and as I'm sure all Tesla owners panic when it comes to replacing parts on their vehicles, However, this replacement was a breeze. All original parts .Courtney was able to help me with no hesitation, and she knew exactly what needed to be done for the car to be pristine again. The installation took one day. Everybody in the office was very polite and helpful. And I also got 2 T-shirt For me and my mom with their company logo. I definitely recommend this location for anything. Tesla related.

Worked with Courtney to repair my Tesla and she was absolutely amazing. I had to go through Turo for repair and Axelrod was the only shop that would work with me. Courtney quarterbacked the whole transaction and made the process easy for me. Courtney also went out of her way to make her self available so I could pick up my car at a time that works for me. Courtney has made this experience 10/10 for me and because of Courtney I will use Axelrod in the future.

My precious Subaru Crosstrek got rear ended two weeks ago. I selected axelrod because of the ratings and because they were Subaru certified. I love my Subaru so much and only trust people with experience with them. Axelrod was able to get my Subaru repaired within two weeks. They made her look good as new. Rick was really nice and helpful. They have a lifetime warranty on the parts which gives a consumer peace of mind. Thank you for taking good care of my Subi!!

I have been to Axelrod twice now and I have to say that I have received the best service here then any other service related industry. Courtney has been amazing and gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Also it is great because they keep you informed of the progress of the vehicle without even asking. And even the other staff was super friendly. HIGH RECOMMEND!!!

The job was done perfectly as always. I have had work performed here 5 times now. Today the two people who assisted me were awesome. Maria was so friendly and professional at check in. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Aaron took over from there and he was very professional and friendly. He waited and had me look my car over to ensure I was happy with the work. It s great to know that you can take your car to have it repaired with total confidence that your car will be fixed right and at a fair price.

Couldn t be happier with the repairs on my car! Courtney and Aaron were great and super helpful throughout the process - I even got my car back sooner than they estimated. My brand new car got rear ended and I got it back looking even better than before!! I would recommend Axelrod to anyone looking for any top of collision repairs. Huge thanks to everyone on the team!

The service I received on my Dodge Charger was phenomenal. The repairs were top-notch, and my car looked brand new! The service team was phenomenal, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process with text message updates (which I loved). They also completed the work in just a couple of days, which i was very happy with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of body work in the Cleveland area!

This place is top notch! They get you in quick they take care of you and then Enterprise was there within 5 minutes to pick me up. They kept in contact with me all the time letting me know updates where they were at what was going on. They actually finished 6 days ahead of what they had planned and my car looks amazing the whole back end was smashed in the whole back is new and it looks incredible! But their service is hands down the best around Courtney was just simply amazing and such a pleasure to talk with as well as I forget her name but the beautiful lady at the front desk with the dark hair she was absolutely amazing too. You cannot ask for anything better than this place when it comes to service and having your car fixed with a lifetime guarantee! This place is amazing! Thank you all for your incredible service! I hate that the only way I'll see you again is if something bad happens, but if it does.. I will be back to see you guys!

I was very happy with the work that was done. They even detailed the truck for me. Mr. Kinzel was great tpo work with. He had the rental company all set up for me they even picked me up from there and I left it with them. My hood looks brand new! Thank you

I found my way to Axelrod after my Tesla was rear ended. The entire experience was superb and seamless. My car looks like new and impeccably clean as well. The communication was superb and Courtney handled every detail including many bumps with my insurance company. Once I left my car the burden was entirely lifted off my shoulders. I highly rec this company and if you are outside Cuyahoga county as I am- it s worth the drive. Courtesy and professional pat it s best from Maria at the front desk, to Courtney who handled all the details and of course all the behind the scenes specialists who know their stuff!

After experiencing a collision with my Tesla I tried to take my vehicle to 3 different shops to include Tesla themselves and all of them were either unable to complete the body work or the timelines were crazy long (3 months +) for time of repair.Axelrod was able to get me in much quicker compared to other shops to repair my Tesla and they were able to accurately give me a time of repair, which they stayed true to their word.All my communication was handled by Courtney. Courtney was able to properly express the accurate timelines for each phase of the vehicle repair, and answered the many questions I had. If you have work completed here I recommend using Courtney as your point of contact.The repair itself was well done and the damage looked like it was never done.

Would highly recommend. Courtney and the team were great. My Tesla was rear ended in late January they were able to get me in sooner than anywhere else. Had the car back just a few days after dropping it off.

Got into a little bender fender leaving work, thank goodness for SF insurance! Damage was to the passenger front headlight, bumper, and side panel.. in that area. It wasn't that bad in my opinion. The only agonizing part about this was waiting the 3 weeks it took to get my car in (to be expected with foreign cars, amirite?) but WOW she came back fast and clean! I received texts throughout the whole process which was super reassuring, they called for questions and clarifications, they even fought for me when my insurance company was considering a total loss! High times ahead! Once I received the Repair Completion text I was also given a courtesy call that she was finished early! The team is helpful, friendly, and informative. Paid my deductible, left with OEM parts, and my girl was rehabilitated back to the required Audi Standards- without being broke as a joke. This only took about 9 days! I never want an accident to be my fault, but they'd have my business again.

I had the pleasure of talking with Maria and then working with Courtney while my 2022 Palisade was being repaired from a snowplow backing into the front passenger side 11/28/23. At first, I was informed that repairs were being scheduled for January 2024. However, when my husband took my vehicle in for the estimate on 12/05/23 and Courtney realized I already picked up my rental; arrangements were made to keep my vehicle for repair which was a blessing. The staff at Axelrod kept me updated on the repairs and their expectation of when my Palisade would be ready. I picked up my vehicle on 12/18/23 and was able to leave my rental at Axelrod. The entire process was stress free! It was also hassle free since they are a Hyundai and Progressive preferred collision center.I highly recommend them, a personable and professional group of people! I want to share my experience with Axelrod Collision Center. The friendly and courteous staff helped fix my son's damaged vehicle. I was alerted frequently on the progress of the repair. When the vehicle was picked up, it looked like it rolled off the showroom floor. Thank you Axelrod, great job!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I had my Tesla repaired with Axelrod and its the best decision I made. Maria at the front desk, Courtney with handling insurance and communicating at every point, made this stressful process a breeze. My car looks almost new, repair was impeccable and cleaning was great. I highly appreciate Courtney, as she went above and beyond, by helping me with even getting removed PPF replaced after the repair is done. I for sure recommend Axelrod for car repairs, esepcially if you have Tesla Insurance.

I waited 3 years to get my Rivian R1S and it is the best car I have ever owned so when my Rivian needed collision work I was concerned as this type of electric car is still relatively uncommon. Fortunately Axelrod was listed as a certified Rivian service center. Also fortunate was that Courtney and the Axelrod team worked directly with Progressive and it really did not require anything of me other than wait for the repairs to be completed. There was regular communication regarding updates and progress and most of the repair time was waiting for parts from Rivian. When the job was completed my car looked and drove exactly as before and I was totally satisfied with the Axelrod experience. I cannot say enough about Courtney and the Axelrod team for giving me peace of mind that my repair was in good hands. I would definitely recommend to anyone requiring collision work especially if you need specialized EV work.

I had an ugly crack on my bumper from someone backing into me. Axelrod did an amazing job fixing this for me. Only took about two days to fix. They even detailed my car for me. :) I worked with Courtney and she was awesome. A car accident is one of those inconveniences you never want to face. Fortunately, for me I was put in touch with Axelrod Collision Center. Not only did I find them to be knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. My case specialist Courtney was phenomenal. I was truly impressed by how professional and efficient she was. Courtney made my unfortunate reason for being there a positive experience by making sure everything was handled. Her service was second to none. I will be a customer of theirs for life.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Axelrod Collision Center. After being hit while parked in a parking lot, my back rear bumper suffered some extensive damage, alongside my wheel well. Fortunately, the person who hit my car provided her insurance in order to get things fixed. Erie insurance works hand-in-hand with Axelrod, and I couldn't be more pleased. Rick and Marie took care of all of my asinine questions and quelled my worries, as well as provided step-by-step instructions on how this would be handled between Axelrod and Erie Insurance.With shipments and orders taking awhile (between supply shortages and delays), I was expecting it to take a very long time, and was okay with that - but they were able to squeeze me in ASAP and finished my car in less than a week. The quality is amazing, it looks brand new. I am so happy and thankful for them! I will definitely use them for future body work. Thank you again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough great stuff about this shop, their work, and service was second to none. The process was painless and seamless. They worked hand in hand directly with the insurance company with little to know disruption in my day to day life and schedule. Had a minor accident with my truck and took it to Axelrod Collision for repair. Rick and the others that I dealt with were top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of body work done to their vehicles. I cannot say enough good things about this place. From start to finish, they were more than helpful, and my car looks perfect! Maybe even better than the day I bought it. Maria and Chuck were so friendly and informative through the whole process, so I knew what was going on every step of the way. Maria even moved things around for me a couple of times when I could not make my scheduled appointment due to a snowstorm, so it's safe to say they go above and beyond for their customers :). Go here! Maria, Courtney, and Mike :(in detail) are exceptional individuals. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make my car repairs as painless as possible. I pay full coverage and for some reason a rental wasn't included. I never knew until I needed it. I was stranded. I had money ; plus a credit card with $5,000 on it and was still stranded. Maria arranged for a ride and Mike drove me to work! Maria did all the paperwork with progressive efficiently and made it effortless as possible. Courtney went over the collision with me and said what they would do and they were exceptional. She even helped me to fix another issue I had that I paid for out of pocket as economically as possible. Who does that? Nobody!!! Mike also came and got me from work to get my car and was already there when I came to the front door to leave. Who does that? Nobody!!!! Wow!!! I am blown away by the service! I highly recommend Axelrod Collision Center. If there was a way to give them 6 stars I would. So I'm going to give them 6 stars on my own.
