I had a very pleasant experience with Mitch and Pernell. They were professional and fast. Added new wipers in horrible slushy snow rain and sent me on my way. Mitch refused my top . I will always use this location as my go to. Thx guys.

I'm giving 4 stars because of sales man name Kaled or Kalal D.He just care for his paycheck and phone while interacting with customers.no interest to help people or any help,he is worth a penny/hr, and he makes the rest of the team looks amateur while everyone tries to help.Bu the manager Mr P gets 5 stars he will do his best and beyond to help every customer in the best way possible.

My headlight went out on my car and needed to be replaced ! I know nothing about cars or their parts , luckily these guys do ! I went to get a replacement bulb and Mitch quickly greeted me , got the correct bulb and put it in for me I was in and out in less than 10 minutes ! Thanks Mitch for the great customer service and fast service

My friend and I are young college students and we recently were experiencing some car issues. We are a little clueless in this field so we took it to a car shop and the guy ended up quoting us too much. I decided to do the necessary work myself to help ourselves out. We decided to take our car to Autozone and get the battery and change it ourself. When we got to Autozone Mr.P immediately greeted us and started helping us out. We felt very relieved as I knew we were in good hands. This was very stressful for us but Mr.P made sure to make our process smooth. He told us the battery that we would need and didn t try to over charge us or scam us. He even went as far to help us change the battery at no additional cost. I told him I could do it but he still did it for us! I highly recommend going to this Autozone as the customer service is excellent!!

Mitch helped my mother with her car lights, it was not working on the low light. Mitch is so funny, he s really positive, would recommend going to this AutoZone!

I didn't know that you had to plug in your own car to test it they said they weren't allowed to get in people's cars anymore. It wasn't too hard and thank goodness all I needed was a gas cap which which was $18 in change that was a little bit high but it's better than needing a ton of repairs so hopefully my check engine light will turn off. But the gentleman who came outside helped me put my new gas cap on and was very nice.

This place is wonderful. I just stopped bye to replace a burned out tail light bulb for the first time, and Tasha took the time to ensure I got the right bulbs and helped me install them, too! She was lovely, and so understanding. Highly recommend this place, if everyone is as wonderful as she is!

Had what I needed. Checkout pretty good. Peak times should have a part time associate trained to help customers with the free code readings and bulb replacements, wiper replacements, etc. Customer experience and check out times would be better.

My boyfriend ordered a part and was told it would be in by noon and he would receive a phone call. He called them at 3:20 and was told it wasn't there yet and to call back in and hour, then he was hung up on. He called back and they hung up on him. The third time he called he asked to talk to a manager, the manager found the part was there immediately, this was only 7 minutes after our initial call. This place has horrible customer service. The only reason we're even giving this place 2 stars is because of Charles the manager, he's awesome

Mr. M, Williams was the best. People let me tell you, he was superman LITERALLY! OTHER EMPLOYEES STOOD AROUND ACTING IF THOUGH CUSTOMERS WEREN'T COMING AND GOING... I HAD 2 WAIT BECAUSE, HE WANTED TO HELP! EVERYONE. MR. M, WILLIAMS, NEED AN RAISE GREAT HELP IS HARD TO FIND AND HE KNEW WHERE THINGS ARE... I NEED MY OIL CHANGE, BRAKE LIGHT FIX, WASHER FLUID AND HE DID ALL THIS WHILE GOING, BACK AND FORTH TO HELP OTHERS. NO! B.S. DON'T LET AGE FOOL YOU, HE DIDN'T MISS AN BEAT. Thanks you,Mr. M. Went in and asked for help to check fluids and antifreeze was told he would but totally disregarded me wouldn't give me any face-to-face contacts I was next and he waited until new customers came into the store and proceeded to help them and left me standing in the cold terrible service he was the youngest guy in the store on this date

The people who work here know their stuff and were super helpful to me with the windshield wipers I needed. The store is clean and well stocked. I'll return if my car tells me she needs anything else!

Very helpful staff, I was greatful for their assistance. Prompt and polite service. Would've had trouble with the wiper blades I bought if not for Mitch offering to help put them on; only for us to realize I hadn't bought wipers that'd work with my vehicle. Easy return and correct wipers installed!

helpful staff with a decent selection of parts and like all auto zones you can perform necessary maintenance in the lot during open business hours if you're a current customer (if you just bought some fluids you can top off in the lot). they have most things you need to stay on the road.

Needed a battery for my car. Spoke to the gentleman at the checkout counter. He tried to test my battery but the connections were too corroded. I hadn't purchased a battery in about 4 to 5 years so it was time. I picked out a battery and he out it in and I was back in the road. Overall, the personnel at AutoZone are helpful and professional.

I originally went to advance auto parts thinking they would do the labor if I bought my headlight from there. AFTER I bought it they said they do not replace anything. Hot, and annoyed I decide to go 30 seconds down the road to AutoZone and I asked if I bought my headlight from them if they could replace it. They did!! There was a young black guy there I wish I knew his name in case his manager sees this but he was very helpful. Replaced my headlight in 10 min. Annoyed that advanced auto parts could have literally told me to go down the street for the labor with me being a woman and not really knowing who could replace my light or do the labor. I guess a $15 dollar sale is more important then the helping a woman with her car. Thank you AUTOZone!!!

Very friendly. I have never experienced a long wait when needing assistance. They have ship to store also if you don't want to run to multiple stores looking for an item and it only takes a day.

I needed help identifying a stop light bulb as it had no numbers on it and I went to the counter where two employees were talking. I was told in a very rude manner to go to the other end of the counter and someone would be with me. Incredibly poor sevice. I went down the block to Advance Auto Parts a helpful young man sold me the bulb I needed. I'll be going to Advance from now on.
