Horrible..Rip offs.No help..had paperwork refused to exchange battery under warranty.Tests ran.are nonsense.ecspecially when u have receipt in hand..Slow uncourteous service.mistakes with computer.Buzy talking to their friends instead off helping customer...Super Slow and not busy.Don't go there..Not honest..at all..and they wonder why u get upset??.

Service was quick, however even after describing the gasket needed we were given the wrong part twice. But they did return it for full refund once and the other time we just needed to exchange the part for the right one. No issues with any of the experiences / transactions.

Very helpful when it came to getting parts for my car. They even offered to install wipers that I purchased from them They also charge batteries free of charge!!! Which was great cuz u can't get ANYTHING free anymore, lol

Where Does AutoZone,Hire There Workers From No Knowledge whatsoever,i went ask for a good spray to remove bug tar etc,there answer was i donk know maybe water and dish soap Are You Serious,No Esperience whatsoever and i got a so call manager by testing him ask him i needed a muffler bearing and he said they carry them and gave me price too When there is no such thing,Feel Bad For Tha Company

Mister math. H, not professional at all! Wasted my time sending me to the brook park store for a head gasket silicone!I literally asked him, about it and he never checked, he just told me they don t have it available at this loc.Went to brook park and they were looking at me like ( it s weird they don t have this kind of silicone).Went back next day to this location and gues what? They did had it available.He have no idea about cars, which make me think ( why is he working here?).It s a small issue but I don t have time to be wasting like that.

A few more associates were found to be lacking knowledge I feel truly slowed if not stopped the quick helpful service I expect when dealing with a person. I had already watched the video they pulled up to help them me. I left without being sold the replacement parts requested.

Stopped in yesterday due to a faulty car battery. We were helped by Jermaine, who went above and beyond to help us pick out a new battery, install it, and take away the old battery. I was incredibly impressed with his dedication to the job (the installation was a bit more complicated than originally expected) and his willingness to explain every detail of the process. Would definitely recommend speaking to Jermaine at this location about any issues regarding a car battery!

EVERY I go here they are polite,good humored, and willing to give you all the help you need( even when you don t know what the heck you re doing).They did come out and change my wiper blades TWICE ( once in the rain), and wouldn t take a tip -I m an older woman so no they weren t looking for a date.Laura, 4/25/20 plenty of easy parking too.

Had a truly great experience here. I was having issues with my car and the staff (I don t recall their names but it was a Hispanic man and woman) went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. It was such an unexpected/great experience.

I called and was put on hold for 10 mins, just for the guy to ask what do I need again. Then I hear him laughing with an associate in the back ground. So unprofessional, every time I deal with the AutoZone on Clark.

Staff was very informative. I was able to get what I thought I needed very fast. When it turned out the item wasn't what I needed returning it was just as fast without any problems. I was so very thankful. Keep up the great work Auto Zone staff.

My daughter's car was begging for new windshield wipers so we stopped here for those and some washer fluid and Rainex. The young gentleman who helped her when she called the store from the parking lot did a great job picking out what she needed, installing the wipers and bringing her receipt to the car. They had great curbside help and were very friendly and kind. I wish I could remember his name..it may have been Jorge.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I walked in I saw two employees standing at the front registers, as soon as I walked to the registers they walked away. An employee came from the back also ignored me standing at the register and proceeded to answer the phone. I continued to wait there for 5 minutes while being ignored and no one asking me if I needed any help. I have never been treated so rudely in my life, I will never come back to this Auto Zone.

They run a diagnostic test and print out what is wrong. Also potential parts you may need. The wait time was long and they tried in terms of customer service. The guy who helped my kids and I was nice. I brought a headlight it was ten bucks and he put it in. So for small things they can do. Or at least point you in the right direction.

I recently went to this location and they were wonderful! They not only helped me find which wiper blades and light bulbs I needed for my truck they also installed them free of charge. They were fast and friendly and I will be a returning customer.

Great service, check engine light was on, they scanned it told me what was wrong with it, sold me the part and even helped me find the location of the part in the engine. No pressure at all. Gerson and Andrio are excellent.
