I m only leaving 4 stars due to Jerrel ( I believe that s how you spell his name) . What a knowledge caring polite helpful employee. Genuinely cares for his customers.THE MANAGER ON THE OTHER HAND == rude , yelling at his employees, and get this .. trying to charge me $200 on a battery that was still under warranty.. I call that a thief !! Not sure how he has the tittle manager Thanks to myself remembering and Jerrel double checking the date on the battery I didn t have to pay. Now that s what a manager should look like !!Thank you Jerrel (sorry if I misspelled the name)

One of the nicer AutoZone the staff there is always willing to help with diagnostics lv see them in the rain their customer service definitely stands out as one of the best

This location is the worst. The manager's attitude is horrible to customers and staff. I needed to have a diagnostic done on my SUV because my battery light popped on and then all of the notifications lights popped up on rhe dashboard. This store was closed in the area I was in, she gave me a battery because it's still under warranty. She claimed that she couldn't change the battery and when I asked about one of the two male staff if they could change it she stated that there was only one and that he was new and didn't know how. Thank goodness my dad was with me because I was bringing him back from his doctor's appointment from the VA and he put it on. She didn't want to give him the tools that he needed to change the battery but eventually did. No one came out to check to see if everything was in properly or due a diagnostic. This store is horrible.

The AutoZone on Superior avenue it's one of my most visited auto parts stores. Great staff very helpful. If you go in looking for anything for your vehicle ask for Eric AKA (E), Nikki which is an awesome woman very helpful and kind down to earth and very knowledgeable of her part's and vehicles, and last but not least my homeboy Marcus. If they don't have what you're looking for they will help you find it. Overall great store shop at.

Can you say Joe Joe & more Joe..! I don't know about anyone else experience, but everytime I meet a new sale associate my experience gets better. This man was so busy but did an awesome service assisting. His customer service went above & beyond. The cashier I wish I had gotten her name but her service for each customer was on point as busy as they were. Thank you so much Joe..!

My personal experience with this location is that this location either needs to be closed down or ALL management staff and employees needs to be retrained in customer service. I do understand that everyone needs a job at the same time you are hired to do a position. I called the store to find out if a part was available and 20 minutes after arriving still had to wait to be helped due to the young lady at the register was overwhelmed trying to do everyone else job.Yet, there was 5 other employees standing around laughing and joking.

Always have a good experience here. This is my go to store. They never have an issue when it comes to asking for help. I know their products and prices very well. I always have suggestions for whatever work is needed. If they don't have something in stock, they always hasve something to suggest to replace it. Or they look up if another store close by has it. If they don't have the item or a store close by , they will order it for you and normally it is there by next day.

Great service!They took care of everyone with speed and a smile!I needed a brake light bulb and wiper blades.They came out and installed both...it was really cold out he didn't complain it took awhileBecause of some issues with the hatch area but he still got it together for me!

Fast and friendly, just didn't seem real interested in helping me. It looked like the staff more or less just wanted to chat with each other. They were friendly enough when I asked for help, just didn't ask any questions to make sure I had everything or see if I needed anything else.

It's starting to get a little better with the male workers who treating the women customers a little better usually they just let us stand around or they talk to us like we know our cars instead of just helping us the wait time is ridiculous as usual no matter how many registers are open the prices are ridiculous I do appreciate some of the workers behind the counter that help you once you get up to down I don't like that it takes a long time to get help for someone to come outside

The guy that fixed my light is amazing. But when i went back the whole staff here are wonderful. I don't think I had a bad run in with anyone here. They are all will to do the job. Love this place.

They were orderly, the manager seemed as if he knew what he was doing and running the place well. My only concern is that every receiver does not work for both cash and card for some reason. Soon be aware cash ready and the others aren't. I don't even know how it's possible. Is bothersome watching everyone that had card walk right past you even though they're in the back of the line.

Absolutely wonderful customer care from the moment I walked in the door. I walked in the door and got all smiles and greeted by several employees and helped me right away!! I needed a battery and I didn't have to wait or anything Adrian took my battery out and put the new one in with in a flash. Best auto zone and part store I have ever been in, with cleanness and customer service. Very blessed they was able to help me especially living 3 hours away !!!

It's a okay store.Went there to get my battery and alternator tested.I was told my alternator was bad so I took it to a shop and it really was my battery.

My experience was awful this morning there was no one to help me the few employees that were there were extremely confused disoriented it seemed it's a horrible location they didn't have what I needed in stock they weren't able to assist me they just ran all over the place they were helpful to anyone they need better customer service and management other facility to better serve their customers awful customer service awful excellent location they really need to improve on customer service and product orientation very disappointed

The older gentleman who helped me was so wonderful and fast. The extremely talk gentleman came out while it was raining and put on my wipers. I was on the way to a interview. I appreciate all their help and will come back every time.

AutoZone is very clean has always been clean I do not like that when you go inside of AutoZone as a woman it can become frustrating and the male workers there seem to not care they're a little insensitive I do think that there should be more than one person that is able to come outside they should have an extra go to person you're basically just waiting around until he becomes free they should train others that weren't there to be able to come out and do the same thing

Went today to get a diagnostic test done. A sale rep just handed me the reader and told me to do it myself. No instructions or anything. I never received such rude, unprofessional mannerisms like this before.

Worst service ever hate going to this location. One employee in the store and when I asked him could I check out he shook his head no and kept talking on the phone. I put my stuff back on the shelf and left. I knew I shouldn't of even bothered going there because it's always a bad experience for me

A great place to shop for tools and parts for your vehicle. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Things are taking care of quick, and they're prices are reasonable.
