I've known Jason now for a couple years and has been hands down super helpful with everything, when I needed some badass goodies for the car, so this guy has even taken the time to personaly help me find badges for my car after the wind decided to yeet it somewhere days before a big car show. He has a wide variety of goodies, and hell just being willing to ask questions, he will help ya find what ya need. 10 outta 10 recommend.

Ordered the weathtech floor mats with the wrx emblem insert. Perfect fitment, great quality, fast shipping and great customer service! Ordered on a Tuesday and had them by Thursday with the emblems coming a day later in snail mail.

Ordered R1 Concepts front and rear rotors for my car. Wanted slotted only rotors but they were not in stock and which I looked at R1 website and they did not have them as well. Person I communicated with suggested slotted/drilled rotors at no additional cost. It was a deal. First week did not hear anything, which found out the owner was on vacation which is understandable. Rotors arrived sooner than expected with all on their boxes. Definitely recommend them. Only downside is that their only form of communication is email since their phones are unavailable.

The people here are great! I love dealing with them and with them having better pricing and better quality and more parts for my Eclipse... it makes them the number 1 shop for me and I will definitely continue to come here and give them all my business as the customer service here is also so amazing. They update you with everything whether it be late shipping or just keeping up with you with everything. These guys are TOP NOTCH!!!!! Much better under the new ownership and they have a customer for life. Keep up the good work yall!!!!

Great customer support from Jason. Ordered almost all my parts from ACI. Slotted rotors, pads, wheels, lug nuts, spoiler delete. Informed me that the production for the spoiler delete could take some time. But got everything else here in a timely manner and was very extremely helpful with all the questions I had. Glad to still see such great 4G support.

Jason Willis always does an incredible job answering messages and giving information on orders. The products themselves are also very good, I am impressed! Sometimes orders take a while to ship, but that us dependent on circumstances usually out of their control. I give it a 5 star

Had ordered two parts and when I thought both packages arrived one of them didn t. And let me mind you the The part had said it was bailable when I looked for it on Google And then when I emailed the company They said they never had a stock program that they were working on but yeah they never emailed me saying that the part was on back order if I would ve known that was the case I would ve ordered the part from somebody else better customer communication

$310 for an exhaust system. Only $180 back for returning it, plus you pay shipping. That equates to about $100 back for something you didn t use. Customer service like this is why small businesses are falling when companies like Amazon exist.

ACI has really turned around as a company since the ownership change! Jason Willis has done an amazing job of expanding a selection of car parts for vehicles where those parts are otherwise hard to come by. He has done a great job reaching out to the community and is always available to answer questions. Can t wait for my next purchase!

I rarely leave reviews for places but given the horrible reviews posted on here and the fact that they are under new ownership, I figured I would leave one. I recently ordered a carbon fiber spoiler from ACI and the experience was entirely different compared to previous experiences I ve had with them. I actually got responses from customer service to my emails and questions. They kept me well informed when my spoiler took an extra 3 weeks to ship due to issues outside of their control. Plus when it finally got to me it was wrapped/packaged insanely well and was an absolutely beautiful spoiler. I would definitely recommend ACI to anyone now, given the change in ownership. Well done guys!

!!!!UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!I had a fairly rocky run in with the previous ownership of this company, why'd I order again you ask? Because AutoCityImports were the ones with the specific racing seats I was looking for, in stock. An issue arose and was ready to go to war like last time. But to my pleasant surprise they are under new ownership and handled my problem as smooth as could ever be expected.

Jason willis (Owner) Gets it done quicker. Ordered bushings and a new underbrace the day of christmas. The next business day he sent it to the manufacturer and got it delivered at my house within a week of ordering. New format on the site makes it 10x easier to find what your looking for. The new automated system has its issues with the billing portion (mixes your street address to apartment) but he is actively working on it as I type this. Overall 10/10 work done for this.

Great customer services. Worked as fast as he could to fill my rush order. Every once in a while has a slight delay in delivering product, but anyone with common sense knows its on the manufacturer not the vendor.Keep up the good work ACI

Do not buy anything from this place online they do not answer the phone EVER it says currently unavailable for phone support every day you call and I should email them I have emailed them about my purchase I made a week ago every day and absolutely NO response from anyone thank God I used PayPal I actually had to make a claim against them to get my money back and all things considered it was a fairly large order. Shop elsewhere this is either a scam or someone that doesnt care. UPDATE I just got my refund on 7/2/2019 still no contact with seller wow

What does it take to get 5 out of 5 stars? Exceptional service, Undivided Attention, and a caring approach to every customer. Reputable products, Professionalism at every turn, and a true love for the field. Working with AutoCity Imports since the day I walked up to their booth at the WICKED BIG MEET in CT last year, I have stunned, time and time again, by the specialists I had the pleasure of working with on every interaction. Most recently, I had some clutch issues and have been shopping around for new clutch kits. Instinctively, I went to AutoCity Imports first, and explored their immense list of product options. A loyal customer by now, I knew that I didn't care to deal with any other aftermarket dealer, however when money is tight, you look around for the best deal. Not only did Autocity Imports give me the best deal, but they offered to price match any other deal on that clutch out there. Go to these guys for your part needs. They are the best.

My #1 place for go to parts, 08 lancer gts. There customer service is superb. Alan has been patient and very helpful with all my orders, this goes along with everyone else working there. Phone number is listed but they openly admitted by email that they chose to not answer it. Huh?Business address listed in MI but part shipped from CA 3 days later than website advertised and guaranteed. Huh?They did answer emails, but I remain skeptical. Hopefully the part will be as described and fit, but I remain skeptical.Nice website. It has glitches just like their business MO.

If you're an Import Tuner, this place is easily the #1 shop to check out for after market parts and etc. I can't recommend any other place. Joe and others who works there are eager and willing to help you out as fast a possible and give you the best deals as well. Auto City Imports is the best and I look forward going back again.

Straight garbage, horrible company, and horrible customer service! Stole my money, never shipped my product, never answers phone nor returns emails. I don't think they are even an up and running business, but still takes transactions!! Modern day Thieves.

Won't ever return your calls when you inevitably don't get any info about your order. Thankfully I ordered with PayPal and got my money back. Don't waste your money, you won't get your order.
