Top notch place! Really impressed with the integrity and fair pricing here. Very honest and friendly people. They explain things well, and got my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I will absolutely be bringing my car here in the future - it's so hard to find a good auto shop. My Buick is driving way better now, and I'm definitely happy with the outcome. Overall super positive experience. I highly recommend this company, for sure.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Wheel alignment

I am a small business owner. One of my vans went down. I searched towing, car, auto repair near me. I found this company along with red carpet towing. They are in the same location. Within 20 minutes my van was towed to the shop. Within an hour I had a diagnosis and quote. I accepted the quote as the price was reasonable. My van was repaired the next morning and my tech was able to pick it up. I have never received service so efficient. Cassidy the dispatcher was courteous and helpful. Joseph was awesome. Evan's diagnosis was fast and correct. I highly recommend Auto Repair Inc. A great family owned small business!

I have just had the absolute BEST customer service experience with Dan at Auto Repair Inc. Had my car towed to him and he discovered the issue I was having was covered under warranty. He went that extra mile to call the Ford Dealer and discuss the issues further, and suggested I take it to them! His honesty was REFRESHING! He was such a DELIGHT to work with, so professional and kind! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!.

Last Thursday was not my day but after being towed to Auto Repair Inc with what turned out to be a dead engine, the people at this shop were a much needed bright spot! They were friendly, supportive and above and beyond helpful. It s just great to know that this kind of kindness is alive and well. Thank you all!

I had to be towed from a parking lot after calling AAA. Driver was professional and courteous. When I got to Auto Repair, Ken and Marty were kind and helpful in explaining what happened to my car which suddenly just stopped. All employees I dealt with were great, especially the one who saw me pulling out and noticed I had no brake light, which he immediately fixed. As a lone female I felt comfortable working with them and their service. Thanks to all.

Highly recommend! Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff, fair pricing and they won't rip you off like other places. Dan has never let me down and I wouldn't trust my car to be fixed anywhere else.

Dan at Auto Repair Inc. has helped to repair my car on multiple occasions without breaking my bank. I'm a college student, and I don't know much about car repair, but he explains it to me in ways that I can understand before I decide whether to get the repair done. He's extremely fair when it comes to pricing and I get my car back quickly. I just took my car in yesterday and they said it's ready to pick up around noon today. I highly recommend Auto Repair Inc. For your first time, you don't necessarily have to make an appointment, but I would recommend doing that so that they can prioritize their repairs.

Highly recommended! Staying in the area for a vacation and woke up this morning to find my car had a flat tire. I don't have a spare, so I called AAA and the tow truck driver was from this shop. Very friendly and maneuvered that tow truck around other parked cars parked at the hotel like a duck in water! AAA recommended my vehicle be towed to another location but the tow truck driver said that their shop could do the same, either repair the tire or I could by a new tire, so I decided to have my car towed to Auto Repair Inc. Can't remember the tow truck driver or the front office manger's names, but I was treated very kindly and professionally and my dirtier than **** floor boards were even covered with those paper mats as to not get my floor board any more disgustingly dirty than they already were! WOW! And they could have said, "Hey! You need a new tire!" I wouldn't have known the difference, but my tire turned out to have a nail in it, so they simply repaired the tire! My vacation continued, and I drove around Cleveland all day today without any issues! Thank you!!!Highly recommended!

Evan was excellent! He replaced my shocks and a rotor that was not right and my car is running great. I definitely will use them again to do repairs on my car.

Marty and his team went above and beyond when servicing my truck. They fixed things that were not on the estimate at no charge to me as they felt they could be a safety issue. Honest people with honest prices. Highly recommend.

Excellant service called in the morning around 820 am. Told him that I needed an alternator and battery replaced on my 2011 KIA Soul. He was able to move things around and got me in at 900 am. Car stopped running half to the shop and he sent a tow truck to pick me up. Finally made it to his shop and they fixed my car and I was on my way work at 1030 am.

I came in today after my car wouldn't work. Everyone was so nice. From the tow truck, to the repair people. They took care of me. I will definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future!

Auto repair Incorporated great place a great place to get your car fixed the prices are reasonable if people are very friendly and they truly do treat your car with a lot of respect and they're the kind of people they're willing to work with you if the parts are a little more than what you have in your pocket very satisfied thank you Jason....!

Conrad's told me I needed $1, 200 worth of repairs, Marty got me fixed for $35 out the door and lo and behold it wasn't for what was supposedly broken. I recommend this family-owned business above any place I've ever been and will return my future service for myself, family and friends!

Was screamed at by the owner of the business while taking my things from my recently totaled car. The owner got in my face and screamed at me after I asked him to back off because I understand that I couldnt take my radio. As if totalling my car wasn't bad enough, I got told I was an A-Hole for Giving attitude because he told me 5 times that I couldnt take it (I put it back in the car after the first time he explained it to me). Just shut up and let me get my stuff. If you ever have a car accident PLEASE get it privately towed unless you want to have a bad experience with negative people. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.

I had some work done on my 2000 Honda in 2016. They were very fair and called me before they proceeded with the work. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped off the car! Yesterday, I took the car in because a belt was squeaking loudly. Today, when I called to find out the charges, Dan said "just a handshake...we tightened to belts and you're all set". Wow!...that just doesn't happen like that very often! He also advised me of a potential rust problem beneath the engine (he showed me photos) and is calling around for the parts needed to repair.

The tow truck was there within ten minutes of calling AAA. There was a broken tie rod, but they also found a big hole in the frame, texted me a picture of it within the hour. They picked up the car at 2:30 pm Monday, and at 4:00 pm Tuesday I was driving the car home with a new frame, new tie rod and control arms. My 14 year old Saturn may be good for a few more years.

Son going back to college in Connecticut within 24 hours, Only shop I called that would look at it today, and one hour later he was back on the road. Definitely found my go to repair garage.

Employees were pleasant and helpful replaced both brake lines on my wife's car. It cost me half what NTB quoted me and a mechanic on site unlike NTB.

I visit Auto Repair recently with a noise under my hood. Being a female I thought the worst and expected to get taken (past experience with another auto repair company). The mechanic took a look then showed me what the problem was I agreed to the service and price and an hour later I am noise free. Avoid at all cost. We had an alternator replaced and while the mechanic did the job , he cracked the radiator. We were told what happened and they implied we got a discount because they replaced the radiator that they cracked. OK.... However, four days later while my girlfriend drove home the battery light came on and the power steering failed. She made it home and the next day I popped the hood and seen the serpentine belt popped off. We called NTB right near our house and I drove it up there. I thought this would be a simple fix and we would be on our way. The mechanic at NTB said whoever replaced the alternator over torqued the bolt that goes into the tensioner pulley and it snapped. The fix is complicated and expensive. The guy at NTB talked to Marty to see if he would help us out. He played deaf,dumb, and blind. He said they did not touch the bolt. The mechanics at NTB took me in the back and showed me that it would not make sense to not remove the tensioner before replacing the alternator. If the tensioner was in this condition before they did the job ( which was unlikely), why did it go unnoticed and a repair to it suggested? So after 500 dollars worth off work we are out much more. I was hoping honesty would prevail but not at Auto Repair Inc.

Nice neighborhood place to have service on your vehicle . They are quick and fair . Friendly atmosphere.
