Great shop!!!This shop is fast, fair, and honest. This is my first major work with Auto Pro- brakes suspension, front end- and these guys got my car in fast, got it done fast, did not try to fix anything that wasn't broken, and did not charge me COVID prices! Tony runs an honest business and charges fair prices, Brian tells it like it is, and does outstanding work. ***Just returned after several months to get my rear break lines replaced, and I received the same fast, professional service at a fair price!*** Thanks, guys! I have been going to otter pro for over 20 years and so has my mom? They just replaced head gasket on my engine and a few other things with an oil change. And they are awesome they always look out for their own M repeated customers and new ones go to this place. Tony has been my mechanic for more than 10 years now. I have found him to be honest and fair. Wouldn't go anywhere elseTony has not been my mechanic for about 14 maybe 15 years. Tony is fantastic! He helped me get a tow when my car died while I was driving it and fixed it the next day! I m a single mom that works and needs her vehicle. He was so understanding and was able to accommodate me and get my car back to me as quickly as possible. Also, didn t try to up sell me anything. This is amazing because so many places take advantage of women not knowing anything about car repair. I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Pro Automotive for a while now. Each experience has been great! They are very honest reliable and skilled. The thing that impresses me most is their ability to diagnose problems quickly and reliably and not throw parts at a problem. They fix it very cost effectively and timely. I am very particular with the shops I allow to work on my vehicles, I trust these guys. Tony is one of the greatest guys I know.

Brian was a pretty cool guy, Service was great, fast and efficient. Dropped my car off for a coolant problem, they replaced the part and blew the antifreeze from under the coils, flushed and replaced the coolant and now my car works and feels even better than before. The reviews are what brought me to this destination and I am more than satisfied. I would give more stars but unfortunately I can't. I ve been going here for years. And for good reason. In my experience the work done is always solid and done right the first time. Just got my transmission swapped and clutch replaced and it only took a day and a half. Once I got the car back it felt better than when I first bought the car. I highly recommend taking your car here for any problem.

Excellent service and good prices! To Tell them your a college student and they might give you a bit of a discount. Got my front headlight replaced for $35. The bulb, labor, tax, everything. Was gonna cost about $50 other places.One of the few car repair shops that don't try to rip you off or sell you stuff you don't need. I would highly recommend this place.Have patients thought, it takes a bit longer than other places would but it's worth it for the low price in my opinion.The coffee is good too!

Service was great! I would recommend to friends and family.Brought my car in to check on protective plate underneath that got damaged when I got stuck in the snow. Technician checked to be sure everything was okay and fixed an oil sensor that was malfunctioning. Also got an oil change while I was there. Efficient and reasonable.Service: Oil change

Took my car there for repairs today 2/1/2022 and it was done in no time cheap rates and awesome customer service! Will definitely be using them on all my work ! I have taken both of my vehicles to this facility many times, and recommend it to friends. Tony the owner is thorough and wants you back as a repeat customer, and it shows. Junior does a great job of getting things taken care of and they're both good at communicating.

The crew at Auto Pro Automotive on Lorain Road takes such pride in their Work! The mechanic showed me what needed done Immediately and made recommendations on future work also. The Work they did was Great and I will continue to give them my business! I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Auto Pro is our go to shop for all of our automotive needs. They have worked on several of our cars and they do excellent work! Their prices are fair, the work is done quickly and everyone is super helpful. I highly reccomend them and won t take our cars anywhere else.

This place reinforces my reasons for not liking auto shops. I took my car in where it sat for 5 days while they were "trying" to figure out the problem. I got my car back with worse problems than when it went in with. I'd never do business with these scummy shysters again.
