Fantastic service every time! Matt is an incredible service guide and always delivers EXACTLY what he promises. The timeliness is EXCEPTIONAL. I know that when I drop my car off, I will soon get a call about exactly what needs to be fixed, a price, and a time it will be finished with ZERO gaps in communication or clarity. Highly recommend

I've been A customer Of Annie's Auto for several years. Even when they were Super lube. I'm a woman and was always weary of getting ripped off by Auto Shop 's! But I've never experienced anything like this from these Auto Technicians or Managers. Now Matt Rentas is the Manager there now. And he is such a professional. He gets you in and doesn't pressure you for any unwanted or un needed services! Great Quality work and Customer Service from them!! Highly recommend.

Took my car to Annie's Auto when it wouldn't start thought maybe it was the battery ended up leaving my car there for 2 days come to find out it was just a bad key fob and they kindly told me it was free of charge!!thanks again guys

I took my 66 galaxie to the shop to have new rims and tires mounted and balanced, (I provided tires and rims).Upon receiving my vehicle back I immediately noticed a substantial loss in stability and steadiness above 60-70+mph. I contacted Matt and brought it back up to the shop to have them rebalance the rims about 5 days later. I was informed by a tech that the previous tech used aluminum weights when steel weights were the proper weight. He test drove it and said it felt much better. I agreed partially still around 75+ mph i was experiencing mild shaking. In attempt to not be a pain, chalked it up to perhaps needing another alignment, even though I had already gotten it aligned at Annie s a few month previous. Another week goes by and the shop is ready for me to bring it in for the alignment. Upon receiving the vehicle back I m assured now for the third time all tires and rims are correct size no rubbing no issues period..it went smooth. Until another tech runs out as I m getting ready to leave, to inform me that hey did they tell you, your front tires are rubbing your upper control arms ? So after three separate times of me bring my car to the shop this is the first time I m hearing that my brand new tires are rubbing and they are severely damaged, ultimately putting my life at risk. I had been driving the car regularly for 2.5 weeks at this point. Upon calling the shop to discuss a course of action spacers and smaller tires are suggested to solve the issue but no solutions for what i should do for the now damaged brand new $400 front tires.I take it upon myself to reach out to Walmart and see if they will return the damaged tires and that would save the shop $400 rather than replacing my tires. That return has yet to be made since i just received my car back today. So i order 4 new smaller tires and they still rub, so i order spacers and then my lugs are too short now i have tried to problem solve and order all these pieces and parts alone with no help of the shop. Now I order spacers with stud extensions and the center bore is too small. It is the only one remotely close to what I need nothing exists for that vehicle so I have the idea for a machine shop to bore out the spacer and finally it all works out. So now I m on the hook for $700dollars if Walmart does not return my used and damaged tires. Matt charged me $100 dollars for new lug nuts before asking. Then today charged me another $54 dollars for 10 lug nuts before I okayed it, yes $154 for 30 lug nuts. I paid $100 dollars for the balance, only to find out from my own research that the rims I have need to be lug centric balanced. So more wasted money. Upon finally receiving my vehicle today I drive it the 1/2 mile home only to double check my lugs all the way around and every single one was barely hand tight and my driver side window has been knocked off the track, just left inside the door and finally my vehicle still pulls towards the right after the alignment, yet another wasted $160.The utter disregard for your customers safety and audacity to take the absolute bare minimum of accountability is astounding. I understand and took accountability that I provided the wrong back spaced front rims and did more than my due diligence to trouble shoot and provide multiple solution and order parts. However I am in no way shape or form a tire or rim professional. It is the shops duty to assess and address a fitment issue from the beginning and most of this could have been avoided. I am so thankful that this small sliver of rubber did not give out with my two children in the vehicle.Thank you, Robert Fale.

I had been coming to this location when it was once Super Lube for years. when I tell you the best decision to come back and find out Annie's Auto is the same place that I have frequented with my other cars I made the right choice! Encountered someone named Matt and he was a breath of fresh air to even just talk to no gimmicks no bull straight to the point and will work with you every chance he gets! To me he's abundantly helpful but that seems to be his personality plus he's hilarious and I think people like him that are in our neighborhoods running a business needs to stay a staple in the community. Blocks from my home vs towing some place unfamiliar. I thank Annie's Auto for keeping that location open. My first experience at Annie's Auto was great even when something happened right after a repair. it was fixed the next day, they didn't have to squeeze me in I didn't even have an appointment this time but I was told to just come down well help you. only thing I've had a gripe with is they don't have a cooler so the owner needs to get a cooler in there LOL I wish they were open a little later but that's okay if you need something done, make time they'll work with you. Pricing was fair and reasonable, detailed inpection was accurate no mark ups and lies. I really love the texting app I work at a front desk and cannot just pick up the phone and talk business personally so the texting works wonders the response time is on point thanks again Annie's Auto, Matt & crew you rock!! I'd rate zero stars, while the work was done they caused a different problem and denied it being their fault. While I know a series of unfortunate events can happen and car parts get worn out and break, it's ironic it happens after I had them inspect everything twice. I went back a third time after going to a different place because they broke something else in the process and they didn't even tighten the bolts all the way and all they could say was "THERE'S NO WAY, I HAD TWO GUYS CHECK AND WE TEST DROVE IT." Which clearly after getting the car back worse then it was before I had them tightened at a different place after I had it checked from the work they had done. Just very untrustworthy and dishonestUpdate: A mechanic affiliated with this one called upon my review and fixed things and was very genuine. Came in after making numerous phone calls and google searches to get my power seat fixed on my Jeep Liberty, stumbled across this place and from the get go Matt, was very friendly with me. I came in after a very stressful day almost feeling defeated and in less than an hour the team was able to do a simple fix to my seats. And it literally didn't break my bank. Thank you so much! This is a company that has serviced all 20 of my car's and trucks truthfully and honestly I will recommend. Them to anyone. He says they are the best at fixing cars and Yes, I would definitely run way better than it did when it came into the shop. Anywhere else I go is to the dealer. And that's because the dealer made a part that way? It's Super Lube forever when it comes to my cars and trucks Go and give them a try. I guarantee you Will love it.

I don t recommend this place. They were all quite friendly but I made clear it was my first car and I knew little about what I needed fixed, and in hindsight they seemed to take advantage of that.Bought my car with a few suspension and underbody repairs needed, so I stopped in to get it fixed the end of last summer. Receipt says warranty lasted 90 days. Today I was driving my usual commute to work on i90 and my control arm snapped, leaving my right wheel hanging by a thread. Had to get a tow and will be waiting at least a week to have my car back in use.Spent $1900 and change for what ended up being used parts and pieces. None of what I got installed was new, per my neighbor mechanic, and now I m paying the price for having trusted this place. The brake hardware equipment they used also didn t fit and I had to get that replaced after a month because of constant squeaking. Every mechanic shop needs to cover overhead and labor but jeez. I expected to at least get new parts.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I honestly cannot say enough. Ron was SUPER AMAZING! When nobody else would fix my car. He did and in record timing. Prices were very low compared to everyone I spoke to. I will use this mechanic for all future repairs and recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for honestly, reliable, affordable mechanic! Been a customer for over 15YRS. I will never take my cars or trucks anywhere else unless it a dealer's repair only. Ron the manager is the best ever at customer service and making sure your satisfied all the ways you can be when your car is complete will make sure that if they happen to see anything else wrong you are informed before your car is ready just in case it could" be something that can a danger to you and needs to be repaired as soon as possible or it just needs your attention. A car repair center that's trusting the most important off all.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery

I've had all kinds of stuff done by Fred over the years. Good guys put a custom exhaust on my Tahoe years ago did a beautiful job. Got tires from several times, oil changes. Some front end work all good. Price was always good.

This place sucks they repaired my air conditioner compressor. It run for 5 days then it stop working I paid 500.00 for this system. Took it back up there they didn't repair it. And said something else was wrong and wanted additional money. They didn't flush the system. It destroyed the hose which cost 300.00. It's going to cost me another 800.00 to get it redone. Which I can't get it done because I have no money. I don't recommend no one go to this place. They will take your money. This is horrible.

Paid Annies over $800 for tie rod replacement and a couple days later I heard an awful noise under the car and my steering wheel was shaking so bad. Took it back to them to check over the work and they told me it was my tires......Took it to ntb for a second opinion to find out they left the sleeve loose and a missing lug nut.Called annies back and Matt said sorry bout that.....Thanks but no thanks. I won't be back. Please get 2 or 3 quotes before trusting any of these car shops.

My service today was very Great. I called on the phone and their customer service made me feel like they was honest. I am woman. When I showed up with my vehicle they got me in and out. With a smile. I do recommend this place it is under new management.
