Allstar goes all the way. In the four years that I ve had my Explorer I ve put on over 70,000 miles while driving rideshares and road trips. Take into consideration Cleveland s terrible roads, maintenance was a regular annoyance. Thanks to Chris and Dave who have fixed everything over these years mufflers of course, shocks and all suspension, complete brakes, flex pipes and more. And to top all that their prices are very reasonable and the job is thorough and guaranteed. Just be sure to be there an hour early or call and make an appointment.

My husband took our 2001 Toyota Camry in this morning to get a new exhaust system, because it was very loud. Joe the tech at Allstar put car on a lift and showed my husband that everything was rotted away and some of the exhaust had fallen off. The only thing worth saving was the catalytic converter. Instead of costing $1375 like a few places in Akron Ohio, where we live quoted, it only cost $345. Great job and great savings. Now are car is as quiet as it was when it was new. I will recommend Allstar Discount Muffler to all my Family and Friends. Thank you, Allstar for a great job!!!

Got a muffler issue, go here first. Honest and talented...can make just about any pipe...been coming here for many years.Honest and won't recommend services that aren't needed. Great prices and arrive early or do drop off or be prepared to wait but it will be worth the wait.

I have taken multiple cars in for issues over the last 5 plus years.. I have never had an issue. Upfront, quick, and quality services by a team that knows what their doing. Great job.

They have long waiting line start 7am so you could go any time before 10 am and get appointment and come back at time, they are good in their work, no discount at all.

These guys and gal( Santana lol ) are saints ! I was referred here by a mechanic . I got to the shop at 745( it opens at 9:am) , I was the third in line and ended up being the first out of the door at 10:00! The gentleman took me to the back and showed me the work that had to be done and also some work that could wait ( but I chose to have it fixed all at once ) . Price , work , time and everything was explained upfront . You can stay with car or come back to pick it up . I will be returning and referring my friends and family

Ted = amazing. Team Super Pros. Great Service. Straight Talking. Clear Advice. New muffler and replacement pipes. Had my Jeep purring in under an hour. The team's smiles could tell you they were proud of the job. I am from Toronto and don't have any local knowledge of a muffler pro shop. In my Uber ride across town to pick up my car, the driver a local for over 30 recommended All-Star because had had been using them for all his cars... I took that referral, looked up the shop online and the reviews...... And a new muffler system with a lifetime warranty. Recommended. THANK YOU ALLSTAR.

The best in the area I've been going here for over 15 years, Chris is the guy to see,his qualified techs get you in and out with the confidence that it was done right and at a great price...they do exhaust,brakes,tune up. Everything and if not they will refer you.

Allstar Muffler was recommended by my mechanic, he said they specialize in mufflers. Now, I will recommended Allstar to others. They were very thorough. We were shown the estimated work to be done, and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. And they were very customer friendly!Thank You Allstar!

I was SHOCKED at how busy it was. I got there at 8:30 it get in line for their opening at 9AM and was already 11th in line. I was there for half the day, but when they saved me $1300 compared to another shop, it was well worth it!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

This is probably the 3rd car I ve brought to All Star Muffler I live in Kent and it s worth the drive and the wait for the great service and by far the best price from any muffler shop, believe me I shop around when exhaust issue arise. I ve been here a few times and they ve been fine, reasonable prices BUT I recently had my brakes done and it was not a great experience. After picking my car up I noticed smoke coming from the rear wheel when I got home. I called and they said it s probably just some grease (you re supposed to clean the brakes when you install them!), but to bring it in anyway, they drove around and the smoke diminished, so I went home. A few days later I noticed the wheel was very hot as I walked by it, I took it back in and they said the calliper was faulty, they replaced it, BUT I just found out 2 months later that a bolt was missing from it and they didn t even change the brake fluid which was dirty. Sorry guys, not going back.

Great experience! Now as some lower rated reviews might complain that if you don t get there early and there s a long wait, it s because they do great business. They came highly recommended by a neighbor and I see why.I needed a simple fix/extension in my exhaust as shown in my pictures. Affordable Muffler up the street flat out refused to work on my vehicle, claiming it was too time consuming, difficult, and expensive , all without even estimating a price.So I came to Allstar where upon showing someone a picture of what needed to be done said that it was no problem and it could get done today, but I would need to leave the car. They even discussed multiple options and prices for what could be done. They even called me before they began working on it to give me their recommendation based on our earlier conversation. In the end, the total was around $160 and they said it was pretty simple. I guess the other shop just didn t want any business.Everything was fair and honest and will keep me coming back.

In town from Buffalo to pick up new car. Called on Allstar, late notice, for some mexhaust mods. They fit me in, and did awesome work at a fair price. Their level of customer service is in a league of its own in this day and age. I wish I had this shop in my area. A+++

Had a Borla Pro-XS muffler put on my 1992 Acura Legend today. Not only was the service top notch, but so were the prices. Anthony was super cool and did a great job in a very short period of time. I was a bit nervous about a long wait from reading the other reviews. Even with a dozen people waiting in line when they opened, it took no more than 10 minutes to go through their process to have my car looked at, and it was fixed by end of day on the same day.Efficient, pleasant and zero nonsense shop with fair prices and nice people. Would recommend 100%.

I have used this place for over 25 years. I recently went here to get my brakes looked at. I was treated very unkindly. I was treated as someone who didn't matter at all. I waited all day for my car to get looked at after being there since 8:30 am. I was told at the end of the day that I needed 2800. worth of work in total. They wouldn't fix my brakes unless I got the whole 2800. In work done. Now mind you my brakes were bad at that. I left with bad brakes and won't probably be returning... I was treated in such a way as not being a human. Be prepared to be here all day if getting work done. Yes you can drop off the car and pick it back up. If you come early you will have to wait in line. If you don't come early and wait they probably won't look at your car. Time is money,sometimes it is worth it to spend more and not waste time. It is definitely worth it to spend more and be treated with dignity and respect as a person. There was a guy who worked here,Steve I think,he was excellent but he has left, replaced him with an incompetent,compassionate, disrespectful,uncaring,jackass. Sad and unfortunate but this is the way now most businesses are leading too.

This is the only muffler shop I will even think about going to period. The work is great & the prices are even better. Other shops will rip you off in a heartbeat, just call & ask around. They re very professional & they even show you what they are doing to your vehicle.pretty fast also once your vehicle is up on the rack. I m a loyal customer and been dealing with them for years & won t have it any other way. Service: Exhaust
