Very friendly person reasonable prices job is done right and quick very highly recommend ask for Scott I use the service five times already five star each Time...... I went to the dealer with my Buick encore they ripped me off and job was not even done Right!!!!!! All around fixed everything whatever was messed up!!!!!!!.. Thanks Scott very appreciate.....

Very professional, they checked the vehicle over and explained what was needed to get the car back on the road safely with reasonable charges. They didn't waste time pulling the vehicle in and getting started right away. Would definitely recommend.

These guys have been fixing my cars for as far back as I can remember. They have never let me down. They always fix it right the first time, get it done when they tell me they can, and don't overcharge me for the work they do. I used to live right up the street but moved out east a decade ago and still bring my car here anytime I can't fix it myself.

This was the BEST car service ever! I'm a female alone with no car knowledge and they did not try to take advantage and overcharge me. Mike is great! He explained the issues in detail. My car was ready in one day and he did an amazing job getting the parts and actually fixing the real problem right away. The charge was half of what my first estimate was! I highly recommend All Around Automotive to everyone!

I've been going to these guys with my 2012 jeep wrangler for years and they are always honest and quick with what I need done. I don't trust anyone else with my jeep. Nice to know these places are still around.

Scott, John and their crew are great! They've done plenty of work on my car and I won't go anywhere else. They do good work and I can't argue about prices. I recommend All Around to anyone needing repairs or general maintenance done on their vehicles.

It's been nearly a year since I got my car fixed here.they ruined my camry.i took them to court.they lost.they haven't paid me back yet. Beware of who you have work on your car! After market parts don't work on some cars. They put on exhaust manifold and a catalytic converter and O2 sensors. A week after that my check engine light was on and they replaced and O2 sensor . 2 weeks after that I check engine light came back on. I took it back to the shop. There was a 420 code catalytic converter. They took the code off. We drove towards Canton to visit friends. We hadn't gotten to brecksville before the check engine light came back on I was afraid to drive it on the highway so we took back roads home. I took the car back to all around. I explained what happened.they took off the code.repeatedly the code would come back on.i would return to All around .in March they put on a coil and a set of plugs and a gasket.i didn't need these things and a month later my credit card company reversed the charges.i wrote a check for the exhaust manifoldwork so the credit card company wouldn't reimburse me for that.for months the code came back on.finally all around said order a converter from Toyota but Iwill pay for it . another 500 Dollars that's when I started talking to Toyota they told me that I should have had ac onverter from Toyota instead of aftermarket part. I waited months for the converter to come in. When it did all around. didn't pick it up. Toyota called me I was going to have all around put it in. But they refused now I have paid for the new converter and they didnot want to put it in so I filed suit . They didn't show up. I only wanted the money I put in originally it was almost 1200.$I had had my car analyzed by Toyota and they told me that the converter or the exhaust manifold didn't have any numbers on the parts. That cost more money to find out that they used generic parts. I forgot how much it cost but I have repiets for everything that happened from January on. I called All around told him that he lost in court and that I would be trying to get my money back.i shouldn't have called scott.he closed his account so I couldn't get reimbursed.

Scott and the guys here at All Around are amazing! They are honest and trustworthy guys and tell you what s really going on with your car without sugar coating it. And if you don t understand cars well they let you know how everything works and why it s not working the way it should be. I was recommended to this business by my mother and brother. Took my newly licensed teenagers vehicle to All Around Auto to get repairs done and make sure it was safe for him to drive because he was just about to take his driving exam. Dropped the vehicle off Monday morning they told me it wouldn t be ready until sometime the next day. They called the next morning at 8am when they opened saying the car was completed and ready for pick up. They even worked with us on the price!! Today (Friday morning, same week) my son was headed out for school and the car wouldn t start. Just had new battery and alternator put on the week prior. Had the car towed to All Around. They got back to me VERY quickly saying it was a wire knocked out by the company that did the alternator. Fixed it free of charge. Great company, great customer service, good people, very professional. Really appreciate them. They understood my concern with having a newly licensed driver. My coworkers and myself have been taking our cars here for years. They have awesome customer service. Can usually get me in the same day and always finish things timely and accurately. They have a driver that will take you home or pick you up, so you don't have to sit and wait. Their prices are usually very inexpensive compared to other places. I have built a relationship with them over the years and will not go anywhere else!

Very prompt and accommodating service. Was able to take my vehicle in to confirm an error code that my code reader read. They got the parts and had me bring the vehicle back when the parts were in and ready to go. Vehicle was done much sooner than I expected. Would definitely use them again if I had to. Fingers crossed we won t for awhile though.

Pretty good service, very friendly staff, however, they keep my car overnight and I was not prepared for that. Had to call off of work, rearrange my schedule. Just wish they would have told me that they might have to keep the car overnight.Went back recently, and was told it would be $50 just to look at the ABS, and that money would not be deducted from the cost of repairs. Very unreasonable business practices.

I recently had brake work, struts and an electric sensor light came on and they repaired that system. This is a place single women can go and not be belittled and taken advantage of. Scott and his team are people of excellence. A guy can send his mom here and not have to go with her. Their work ethic is rare and appreciated. They just put headers on my 2001 Ford Excursion V10. Almost every stud broke off. They did a phenomenal job replacing the studs and getting the headers in. I will never again take another vehicle to anywhere except these guys for mechanical and exhaust work. They teamed up with Mufflers For Less and completed the entire exhaust system in a phenomenal amount of time. They even put extra time in it the night before they closed for the Christmas break just so I can have my truck for Christmas. Very clean job and very thorough. I highly recommend these guys and Mufflers For Less. Great group of guys

Good service, great rates. Highly recommended. Visited 4 local shops for quotes and diagnosis. This was quickest and rates were about 50 bucks below average for tune up w/ coil. Friendly quick service deserves 5 stars. Wish they would have wiped off steering wheel afterwards though. It was a bit greasy/sticky... But that's my only suggestion for improvement. Nbd

Had brakes and rotors done 3,000 miles ago. The other day had an intermittent rubbing sound in the right rear.Was handed a write-up saying it needed a tie rod end and shocks,struts, and all stabilizer links replaced.Would be $1200....Did the tie rod,but.....Car doesn't ride rough at all.Had another mechanic look at it, he said the shocks, struts, and links are fine....and that it has a brake problem, possibly the caliper is sticking. At worst it's a rotor that needs replaced.And as I stated, I just had the brakes and rotors done at all around 3,000 miles ago.Maybe rotors are like tires, and they put the 3k mile ones on instead of the 30-75k ones. I doubt it.Will not go back.Edit: Problem solved.Was rust on a rotor.Cost me $50.Far from the $1200 quote.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

They worked on my brakes but unfortunately they couldn't fix the problem, but they refunded my money and told me where I could get it fixed. They are a very close 5 star garage! A Good garage is hard to find.

Luckily it was a est. That I almost had done and thank goodness I didn't. They said 2 parts neither were the problem. DONT TRUST THEIR GUESSES GET OTHER ONES FIRST. THEY OBVIOSLY DIDNT KNO THE FIRST TIME WHICH IS WHY IT BROKE AGAIN.
