* Bad Business *!!!! Alexis took my BMW in for some repairs to his so called mechanic shop since June 2023 the entire time he has been telling me over the phone the car was getting worked on when in reality the car was vandalized in his shop - Front windshield destroyed , scratches thru out the entire car , it also seems he was using the rims of my car on his personal vehicle , rims scratch and tires are showing wires not sure if he was burning tires with the car , interior it's also damage !!! I drove to his mechanic shop to go pick up my car because he has had it for so long thats when I realized what he has done to the car .he will not make it right , he has blocked me off his social media and phone # . I have pictures and video of the car at his shop vandalized . All he did was hide in his garage. I have a Lawsuit with this mechanic shop if you can call it a mechanic shop !!!! It's more of a chop-chop . His good reviews gotta be coming from his own friends and family - Disgusting Service !!! Go look at the pictures of the Black BMW I posted I have on here i got proof of all of this and pictures of the car at his garage.

This is a embarradsing situation for me . First of all, I would like to start by saying that Alexis is my grandson, thats why this situation is so embarrading to me. Alexis my grandson picked up Nissan Rogue for Engine repair around December of 2023. I have messaged alexis to get updates on the vehicle, Alexis said he would have to get other parts in order to be able to fix the car. Last month, March of 2024 i received a letter from the Cleveland Division of Police Vehicle Impound Unit that my car has been abandoned on West 98th Cleveland ,as soon as i received this letter i immmediately called Alexis numerous times also tryed reaching out to alexis thru his personal facebook page but would not answer. Alxis has not giving me an explanation for any of this , left me with outrageous fees and fines , tow fee from the Cleveland police Impound to my home over $1,500 in Fees/Fines/Tow . As seen on the pictures of the Burgundy Nissan Rogue the car is also damaged with dents to the passanger door with scratches thru out the car , this has left me speachless / heartbroken that such behavior would be coming from my granson Alexis , i will be pursuing this thru legal matters . I hope you take my situation in consideration so he does not do this to anyone else , im his grandmother and if Alexis did this to me he would do it to anyone else .

I highly Recommend I had a bad noise coming from my suspension It is a BMW 535Xdrive nobody could figure it out but he took it for a drive checked it out figured it out and now my car is A1
