I was very impressed with all aspects of my dealings with Affordable Muffler!! From my initial phone call/inquiry to driving off their lot in my repaired vehicle. Very, very polite, knowledgeable, honest, efficient, thorough and reasonably priced!!! Bob and William are the best! I highly recommend them...10+ stars!

Part of my exhaust fell down on the roadway and I ended up getting towed to Affordable muffler. Best decision! They were friendly, quick, and the price was wayyy lower than I expected. I was in and out in no time! I highly recommend this shop! Thank you!

My 2009 Chevy Impala sounded like the bottom was ready to fall off. I brought it to Affordable Muffler and was told it needed everything from the converter back. The cost of repair? $259.95 - you can't be more reasonable than that! Awesome service, friendly, honest and helpful staff. This place is the best!

I really appreciate these guy! I was recommended this establishment and they did not disappoint! I spoke to John explained my problem & They took me in no real wait time at all. Looked at my muffler told me exactly what was wrong and took care of it. Very honest, No surprise cost for the service which I appreciate because I don't know anything about mufflers. Took care of me..got me in & out in a timely manner. Definitely have a customer for life

Extremely friendly and helpful! I can t believe how fast and affordable this was, I was in and out of there in 40 minutes and it cost me a quarter of what another shop quoted me. To say I m happy with my experience is an understatement!

John is a great guy. This place is honest and absolutely great. My car was so loud and I was quoted else where for a flex pipe and mid muffler for over 600 I came here for my free estimate and they charged me a little over 300. I'm so greatful for everyone here. Staff is decent. The installers work fast and they have you im and out quick!They were able to deal with my after market exhaust and deal with my very specific instructions/requests.Great place to get your vehicle rolling quick.

This place is the best if you need exhaust work done on the westside of Cleveland. Very affordable quick service, and the customer service from the management to the techs is superior. They really know how to treat their customers right and provide excellent service at a bargain price. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

They don't take appointments.Took my car in for a simple flex pipe replacement. Guy tells me the entire pipe was cracked and needed to be replaced.I did it myself for a third of the price and there was nothing wrong with the pipe other than the flex connector.

I had my first experience at Affordable Muffler and cannot say enough about the professionalism and courteousness of the staff.I walked in at 9:00 a.m. and walked out, with my muffler replaced, by 10:15 a.m. This company is efficient and straight forward.

I called affordable muffler they said it was about an hour wait to get my car in. I drove right over and gave them the keys. I asked for a place to get some lunch while waiting. George's Kitchen was about a ten minute walk. While I was eating my lunch they called with an estimate, I gave them the OK. Finished lunch and on the way back they called and said the work was done. $118 out the door, my car sounds great. If I could give them six stars I would. What else can you ask for from a business!!!

I have a 2014 Cadillac CTS , a couple bolts holding my pipes onto my engine came undone corroded, I called them dropped my car off very quick service very friendly staff they said it would be a hour and a half but it was done bout 30-45 min they said it's very common 4my Cadillac I'm very happy if u need anything done 2 ur car ,,, get it fixed @ affordable muffler

Walk-in, guy takes a phone call doesn't even acknowledge me. Followed by three consecutive phone calls, one being somebody he knows. Kept answering the calls without ever acknowledging the person that walked in. Didn't even begin to consider helping me.I've had good experiences there before with a different gentleman behind the counter, but this guy just lost my business for good

Check engine light was on. New flex pipe installed. Check engine light off for now! Efficient, honest, and fractional costs to dealerships/larger chains.
