Admiral Auto Care is such a great place to get your car worked on. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. When I have issues with my car, they are there to help me solve the problem. Their quality of work is top knotch!I worked with Torio, and he was so caring, helpful, and professional! He checked in regularly and kept me informed on the work that needed to be done on my car, which I greatly appreciated.I also enjoyed the customer lounge area while I waited on my car. It was nicely stocked with a Keurig machine and a Roku on the TV for watching various channels.I am so happy to have my car running smoothly again thanks to all of the hard work that was performed at Admiral Auto Care. Thank you so much for having such a great shop!

1st of all I will say the owner Johnny was nice but that was the end of the positive experience. I 1st went to this company in February of 2022 when my clutch went out in my pickup. After their examination they believed the the cylinder in the transmission was the problem, I told them I believed it was the the cylinder where the fluid is added due to using a pump to suck out air and gaining clutch pressure for a limited amount of time. I went with what they thought and $1200 dollars I got the truck back. I drove 3 miles and got on the freeway and 2 exits later came off the ramp with no working clutch. I hit my hazards and pulled next to the curb. Johnny did come and get the truch towed back to the shop. Later more problems arose. My center console was never screwed back down, 4 wheel drive vacuum system was partially removed, and what they never did fix was leaving me a hole in the floor after they removed the transmission. Now for my other car. They replaced the starter and threw away the shields under the vehicle which I then had to purchase new ones and fix it myself. This is a horrible shop to do business with. I have added photo so the damage to my vehicles could be understood. To this day to start my truck I need to almost stand on the clutch to start it. This was never that way before taking it to Admiral. The hole in the floor allowed bugs and water to splash up in to my cab on occasion. The most irritating part was hearing the transmission, the road, and feeling the heat come up from the floor when driving. The part they did not replace is a discontinued part. Not many 4.3L manual transmissions were made, so there is no where to find or replace this part. Admiral suggested using foam to fix the issue. I used high temp silicone. Even with this I can still hear the road. The other photos is what happened to my fender wells in my Honda Element when they did not replace my under body shield. By the time I discovered it was not there, my fenders were shredded. In a photo you can see new parts that I purchased. I did speak to Admiral about being reimbursement. The shop stopped answering my calls and I was sent to voicemail. I cut my losses. I was contacted about editing this review today. I left this review to warn others so they do not need to go thru what I did. I am ok with people and shops making mistakes. The issue is when you don't do right by your customers when that occurs. Both of these vehicles are 21 yrs old, and I do frequent maintenance so I know when work is done badly.

Had my front brakes & rotors replaced & an oil change. My guy is running much better! Friendly staff. Couches are terrible lol!Compared to another place I was quoted at, they saved me $850! This was amazing for a single, busy mom!Thanks so much!

I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee for spark plug replacements. The waiting room is plenty comfortable with a decent offering of snacks and plenty to watch on TV. The price for the repair was in alignment with accepted practice and even got a discount for the repair taking longer than quoted. They stayed transparent and professional the entire way though. They even showed me what was going on with the replacement and let me take the old spark plugs home with me.Service: Engine repair

Just like someone else said, owner is nice but that s about it. Johnny constantly has new mechanics coming and going. so if you wanted to talk to the person who fixed your car originally they probably got fired for doing it wrong in the first place. Not to mention Johnny shouldn t run a car shop he doesn t even know how to fix brakes. Plus I Watched him charge a nice old lady for suspension parts when she didn t even need them. He also writes his own reviews lol. Hopefully Shop will probably close no more then a decade

Very disappointed with the work on my suv suppose to have fix right side control arm instead claim they did left side and charged me $226 for a control arm when auto zone sell the exact same part Duralast with the ball joint for $64.99 ask for inspection on car never received it but on the phone he told me everything wrong with it also person answer the phone very smart A?? NEVER AGAIN

If I could give this place no stars I would long story short they put a bad catalytic converter in then we took it back paid an additional 2400 to get it fixed "the right way" just for a month later the timing chains to get ruined and the car to be completely shot ....I'll NEVER refer this place to anyone not even my worst enemy...

Admiral truly came thru on fixing my truck. They were fair and gave full diagnosis of my truck. They were also fair on the price. I will continue to do business with Admiral Auto.

Highly recommend Admiral Auto. They are trustworthy and straight forward. They are also available on Saturdays which is extremely appreciated.Took my previous car in for transmission issues and they were up front about it. The mechanic came out and told me exactly what he found and was super helpful.They do not try to up-sell you on unnecessary services for your car. The staff is super friendly and the mechanics are willing to explain things to you so you can understand.I will be bringing my cars here for the foreseeable future for routine maintenance and any other issues.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Not sure if a lot of these positive reviews are real customers or made up. The poor reviews I looked at relate very closely to my situation. I was in a pinch when my car shut down and didnt have much time to wait. My car was towed to this shop the morning before. I needed a battery and alternator replaced. The shop did not get started on my car until the next morning. Once my battery was finished, I go there just to find out they need to replace my alternator and I had to uber back home again. My alternator costed me around $900, which is almost double the price of one from another auto store with legit parts. These people were NEITHER on time with my vehicle NOR where they honest with the prices and overcharged me. If only I didnt have such cramped schedule this week, I would of definitely waited and took my car somewhere else.

I had never used Admiral Auto Care before, but it was recommended to me for replacing my headlight assemblies. If anyone knows about the Cadillac SRX and headlight replacement you know it s a BIG pain in the butt to replace them. What a headache! But the crew at Admiral Car Care took care of me and actually got it done an hour quicker than I thought they would. (Yeah!) They did a great job replacing and aligning them. Their price was consistent with other automotive services. We had a scraping noise after we picked up the vehicle. Called them and made an appointment for the next morning. The mechanic that performed the brake job went for a ride but the noise had lessened by then, but he insisted on doing an inspection of all wheels. It was determined that the brakes just needed to seat in. They were more than accommodating and responsive to make sure we got a quality job. Took my 1995 Mercedes S320 in for service and had rear suspension links replaced and tightened up the suspension. Awesome service and I will be back. Great job! Knowledgeable & reliable and excellent customer service. Many thanks for your services .

After a slight miscommunication, I spoke with Johnny and he made everything perfect with my vehicle. He was very accommodating, his technician even came out to show me the part that was damaged and explained thoroughly what went wrong. They repaired it and I was very pleased. Highly recommended staff who goes above and beyond to correct their mistakes and accept responsibility for their actions.

They removed existing interior door insert panels and rep laced with aftermarket panels on my 2009 Mustang. Just had it done a week ago or so. So far so good. Job looks neat and interior of car was clean.

Amber was able to give me up and running and back on the road and help me by supplying financing phone repair my car. I was very pleased with the service they preformed on my car. They listened to my concern and fixed the issue right away. (Updated review) This was the first time me coming to a shop to get some repairs done to my Mercedes I got an alignment done they did a great job! The front desk lady Vicky I believe was her name she was able to answer my questions she seemed knowledgeable about 5 months ago I got a oil change here and I ve had some oils leaks turns out they never replaced o rings on my oil filter or drain plug when they come with the parts! I feel they over charged me to take out the old battery and replace with new battery was $100 just to do that and and I would have threw the guys a few bucks to do so when I had my car inspected they mis diagnosed my car on what was wrong and was guesstimating for my they told me I had a crack in the oil filter housing and It was just disappointing I thought I could trust this shop to do a oil change correctly but they decided to cut the 30 seconds to replace the o rings like you should! I do have a battery warranty here I ll Be back If I have a battery issue but that s It. I highly recommend this place. My Jeep has never ran better. The staff is so nice & explained everything to me thoroughly. The app they use to take pictures & write inspection notes about your car is so helpful as well. I will definitely be going to them for any other car needs. They are fantastic. 10/10

Extended five year warranty I purchased expired 3 weeks ago and on goes my engine light. AutoZone diagnosed, part was $52 and we got a quote from Admeral to fix it. Never been but desperate, I took a chance.My car was fixed and I m happy with the outcome. But price was not what online quote gave that drew us to admeral. My husband called him and kind of freaked and he dropped the price. Still not what I had hoped or thought it would be as per quote. Maybe it was an old app. Or quote? But again the guy knows what he s doing. Car runs great and they took us in the next day and it was done by 5 PM so the service was exceptional especially for the job he had to do.Service: Engine repair

Best experience I've had at any auto care place. The manager was very nice and kept me updated throughout the whole experience. My favorite part was their online service they use for the inspection. There was pictures and comments for everything that needs work and also you have to sign off on every service and its price before they complete it. The place will charge you a $150 diagnostic fee just to call you the next day and then offer to fix a oil filter gasket for $2000. They don t even want to do the work. It s a $500 job at best. I did the job myself in under 90 minutes with no special tools or equipment.

I took my Audi Q5 here for repair at first I was highly impressed by the customer service, I felt my vehicle was in good hands. My car was here for two weeks. During that time it was sent to Audi for programming.When I went to pickup my car two large scratches was on the passenger side. Johnniewales Adeniyi (manager) promised he would stand by his company and pay for the repairs. Told me where to go for a quote. When the time came for actual repairs he attempted to put a cap on how much he was willing to spend. Became very hostile and aggressive. I told him I was not going to argue back and forth. When I asked for the company's insurance information. He made threats that the insurance would not pay for the repair and he was done with the situation if he has to give the information and they will not pay for the repairs. Stated " This is the best you will get, it doesn't matter it happened here they will not get it fixed". I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am currently dealing with Admiral's insurance company. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed with my service.Service: Electrical repair

New tires(matching Tire Rack prices with very reasonable mounting and balancing rates), alignment, brake flush, oil change and new left side tie rod (found when doing the Admiral Auto Care) all done even though I originally only scheduled the new tires and added everything else when I showed up at the shop. Other shops would either be reluctant to accommodate, said they couldn t fit it all in that day or said it would take whole day .And Johnniewales said Not a problem with a big smile and before I knew it, it was all fixed.I would gladly introduced my friends and family to Admiral Auto Care.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto brake repair, Transmission repair, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Car waxing, Oil change
