stay away i specifically told the Tech that my Mercedes SUV takes Mobile one oil only its a big sticker under the hood that says use mobile one oil, i noticed the Tech pouring generic oil into my truck when i specifically told him that my truck takes mobile one oil, he then tells me that the brand he is using is buying out Mobile one that didn't sound right to me after checking with the local auto part store manager i was told that that was a lie i also had to buy my own oil filter a The Auto Parts Store take 5 claimed they didnt have oil filters, i just hope the cheap oil doesn't ruin my motor , also while changing oil tech spilled oil from the filter all over the panel under my hood and he lied and said he topped off my washer fluid after driving low fluid light was still on and also they didn't put air in all of my tires that light was still on as well, and i noticed on my receipt that i was charged for mobile one oil but i was given a generic oil that i never heard of so i basically was ripped off and my truck is in danger of failure do to the improper oil and i also had to reset my oil change reminder my self what was the purpose of paying these guys? i complained to corporate customer service twice all i got was a voicemail and no return call so i made a dispute with my bank for my money back because i now have to take my truck to Mercedes to get the cheap oil removed and the service done right, I've been a long time customer of this company they used to put mobile one oil in my truck but they have now gone downhill i will never return

My son paid $157 for an oil and filter change. It was his first one on his first car. He works too hard to have selected this one and paid this much. Not saying the business was dishonest with him - they have a system, but I don t think they would want their own son paying this for an oil change on a Toyota with 83k miles. High mileage?? Common sense needs to prevail here. They offered 25% off the next one. Why would we return? Scott Heft

I was helped by Mike D. He was wonderful and explained every part of the maintenance to me. I don't know much about cars but he explained in a way that made me feel comfortable and showed me displays of the thing he was working on and switching out. Gave me recommendations for further maintenance and I was out of there in a jiffy! Big props to him and his team!

I arrived at 6:24pm. Sean waited until 6:43 to approach my vehicle and first inform me that cash was not accepted. I felt he said this to deter me from waiting because he saw me counting money. I responded that I was paying by card. He then stated that the two cars in front of me would take approximately 10 minutes and that they close at 7pm. At this point I m trying to understand is he telling me that I will get serviced or that I have waited 35 minutes to get turned away when there is an empty bay. I have came here for 2 years and this will likely make me and my employees not patronize Take 5. We signed up for the business partnership. Basically a solution could ve been to pull me into the empty bay and close the garage as he did at 7:03pm. I m highly disappointed.

Lee rd location. They didn't stick to the training. Visit Wasn't what I was use to. Oil change was quick. No greeting. No walk thru on fluid levels or selecting oil packages. No reset of car check oil light. No new reminder sticker. And oil hand prints left on my white car. I realize I came for service 45 minutes before closing. It felt rushed. The team that was working yesterday evening male and female made me feel so welcomed. I returned because an oil light sensor was on. The young lady made sure my oil level was good at the same time the male teammate check out my dashboard to figure out how to turn my sensor off. This is a new car to myself so by the time I get out the manual he had the sensor off. I laughed and said please show me that again. He did and I was grateful. As a Senior Citizen I need to see how things are done and they was so patient with me.Thanks for all your help.Toni/ customer

They were quick and did a good job. Unfortunately they cross threaded my air filter screw which caused me a small headache when I got home.

Upon getting to the location, I could tell that the guy was not in the best of moods. He asked me what I needed, I told him an oil, he said 45mins (trying to defer me). I waited... he proceeded to tell me that the sticker in my window was for my top off, not my actual oil change. he said that I have almost 3000mi left before it was time. Meanwhile, my dashboard clearly states it's time and I'm 500 miles over my sticker. With his demeanor... I just rolled with it. Not sure if he was overworked... he said he'd been there since 7am and it was almost 7pm. Either way...lack of workers or poor work ethic, someone who doesn't know better would have believed him and caused their motor to possibly be blown

They changed my oil but did not top me off. I thought since they were under the hood already why not do it. I ended up paying 90 for the oil change and another 15 for coolant the next day. When called no one answered and the answering machine was full. Will not return to this one.Update: I went in today for a quick oil change and got everything done in a flash. Made sure everything was filled and tire pressure was where it needed to be.

I arrived there after realizing I was due for an oil change after an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic with my mom. I was so thankful to find a quick place like this. The 2 gentleman working were SO kind and helpful. I honestly had no idea what kind of oil my car took and even blanked on how to pop open my hood (embarrassing I know- I blame post hospital stress!) They were both quick, efficient, & friendly. We even shared some laughs as they changed my oil and filter. Highly recommend!!

Nice friendly group of people. They took great care of me and my vehicle. Came out with a bottle of water and a smile. Wonderful experience and I was in and out. Not to mention the 25% off oil change for military. GREAT JOB TAKE 5. Will be back.

. We chose the Take 5 on Lee near our new home. Both our vehicles needed oil changes so I was there 2xs today. The guys were busy in all 3 bays but got in for service after a reasonable wait. Sean welcomed me with a cool bottle of water each visit. Will & Mark were the technicians who took care of my cars. Everyone was personable and professional. My one car I bought used from a dealer and this was its first oil change. Fortunately it is Take 5 s practice to check air filters! The air filter was black as if with from a chimney and the cabin filter was full of fur and acorn shells! Yikes! The guys offered extra coupons for the filters I didn t even know about that made the expense reasonable. They even swept out acorn chips collected in the cabin filter compartment. We will definitely be back. These guys were great!

Was very helpful.. love diversity when trying to find common places for people with similar needs. Take 5 always does a good job. Always look to pay over 80 dollars for an oil change.

Very professional, courteous, and informative. From Before I even went. I called to get a price quote, the receptionist let me know exactly what I needed to know. As well she offered to text me a coupon!!!I m 42 and have had cars since I was 16 This is the first oil change I received where I was actually shown the filters. I was shocked at how they looked.I will always get oil changes here and highly recommend everyone else too as well.Time was good even though they were people being trained. I like going to this place. I went a couple of times to get air for my tires. They are so nice and respectful. Last time I went, a couple of African American young men were working there and were so respectful, smiling and communicating with each other, active and doing things. You can tell that they liked what they were doing.The other men were also very kind. It was such a nice thing to see as a mom of Black men. I wish I had change to tip everyone that day! will come back for sure.Service: Tires

Love this location. Sometimes there's a wait but the staff are excellent so it's always worth it. Stopped in for an oil top-off and DJ and Mark checked my air pressure and WD-40'd my hood latch too. Thank you! I'll be returning to this location, hopefully with an upgraded car soon.

I am a first time car owner and this was the first time I went to get my oil changed in my car. I had no idea how it worked, but when I went, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful with explaining how it worked, gave me some tips on my car maintenance and provided an amazing customer service experience!! So I normally come here for my oil changes so I just knew that they wouldn t mind topping windshield washer fluid and air in 1 tire. NOPE. I went there yesterday 05/14 I was kind of skeptical because I didn t see any cars but all 3 garages were open and I seen a huge sign that said open sundays 9-5. I got there at 4:08pm. No one acknowledged me. I sat there until maybe 430pm waiting for someone to direct me to a garage. No one came so as I was pulling out I looked in the last garage and I see an employee standing there fidgeting with something. That was very rude of him to know I was waiting there that long and not come out and say anything. All I wanted was air in 1 tire and windshield wiper fluid. That s all. I will not be back to that location
