Eaton compressors has been by far the best compressor company that we ever dealt with and we dealt with them all! My sales rep Samantha Matson is absolutely Awesome. Her attention to detail is 2nd to none. She answered all my questions and kept me up to date with the 2 day delivery. 5-STARS! THE VERY BEST!! I am very pleased with my purchase, everyone I talked with at Eaton was professional and helpful. I got the compressor hooked up and it is working as expected. I would have liked for it to have an hour meter installed since all maintenance is based on that. The shipping took longer than I had expected, it shipped on 10/6 and I received it on 10/15.

I d have to say, after owning a few IR compressors and now one from Eaton, I can say I m highly satisfied. Customer service is on point, prices are great, and shipping is fast! A hose was damaged during shipping and the owner himself called me and requested pictures and within a few days I received the hose and other small products damaged by the shipping company. Compressor is super quiet and produces enough air for my business needs! As myBusiness picks up I ll eventually need a bigger one and I ll definitely go with Eaton again!

Everything as described. Shipping was good, packed well, and easy to set up. Smooth running unit, efficient vs what I have now. So nice not to yell to talk to each other. Time will tell, but so far so good.

My business purchased a 50 HP screw compressor from Eaton a few years ago and it was a smooth and pleasant experience overall.However, I came back to them a few months ago since I needed another compressor for another building. It took 3 online inquiries to get any productive response back from the sales manager, Megan South. It was frustrating, since I really liked the first Eaton compressor we purchased and wanted another. Im in Canada and needed a 600 Volt compressor instead of 480V. When I finally got a productive answer back from her, she told me the upgrade to a 600V motor on the compressor would triple the cost. I've done all kinds of machine upgrades exactly like what I was requesting from Eaton and the tripling in cost made absolutely no sense to me. When I questioned the logic, she told me that's just the way it is and didn't respond to any emails after that.Megan didn't seem that interested in dealing with me and I think she threw this crazy price at me to get me off her back. A strange experience coming back to Eaton. I ended up getting my very similarly spec 600V compressor somewhere else for about half the price that I was quoted from Eaton.

Just installed my Polar Air 2 stage compressor with silent air from Eaton Compressor. Really nice Compressor. Builds air quickly and quietly. Very pleased.

I was looking for a bigger air compressor and didn't want to buy an IR unit from TSC due to parts and service cost. After many failed trips to TSC I remembered from word of mouth that there was a compressor company near where I live. I done a google search and made a trip out to Polar Air the next day. I walked in the front show room and WOW, at least 40 80g-120g units. After walking around a bit one compressor caught my eye. I knew I was going to be a new owner of this beast. Todd came out to the showroom and was very knowledge answering all my questions. He then asked me if I wanted him to hook it up so I could see it run in person. I told him no worries but I'll take it. He walked me back to Nicole where I paid and setup a time to comeback with a trailer to pick it up. All in all a great experience and one heck of a warranty. Great Job Todd and Nicole!!!

This might be a long one but I hope you can learn from my mistake . I spoke to Megan before the holidays to buy a new compressor and then I went to order the unit and she was out of the office for a few days which I did not know . so I decided to buy another unit from HPdmc compressor out of CA as I needed one fast and could not wait . we received the unit a few days later and lets just say that it was not quite what we wanted . the build quality was horrible , the thing was so noise you could not be in the shop with it and on top of that it was a 10hp unit that was only pulling the amps of a 5hp unit . after thinking about what I have just done I called Megan back and spoke to her and the owner Matt to get a new unit . they said it would be a 4-6 weeks to get one which would have really screwed us royal but they found a way to get us one delivered in two weeks . it arrived the biggest crate I have ever seen and was very well packed and shipped . we had it hooked up and running in less than 30 minutes .I have to say this is the quietest air compressor we have ever had and the build quality is fantastic , it even came with things that I was not suspecting such as and automatic drain valve , oil test sample bottles and valves . the new controller is super nice on the unit and you don't need to translate it from Chinese to turn it on . I really cant say enough good things about the unit and how Megan and Matt bailed me out of a mess . if your on the fence about buying an air compressor from Eaton dont do what I did juts buy it you will not be disappointed . I have a Quincy and two atlas Copco unit that suck compared to our Eaton unit even thou they cost quite a bit more .

We have 3 screw compressors from Eaton. We like how easy they are to maintain. Even when there was an issue with the oil that we were using, Bert walked us through the process to get everything back in working order and sent new oil to replace the one that was causing issues. Great people to work with.

Great company, family owned. Very nice facility. I called on a Friday morning to see if they had something in stock, they did, and picked it up same day. I purchased a 10HP single phase screw fixed speed. Put it on my floor, read the manual online to install, and was making air again. very quiet unit, makes a lot of air really fast. Megan was very helpful over the phone and knowledgeable. Very nice building and a good honest reputable company to do business with!

I recently purchased a 5hp 2 stage 80 gallon quiet piston compressor and refrigerated air drier and couldn't be more happy with the customer service throughout the ordering phase to delivery! I just received my order this week and I can tell you both compressor and drier are built like a tank and are high quality!! I can't wait to use them

-Our experience with Eaton Compressors has been superb.Megan South was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. We picked up our compressor and every employee was just as nice and helpful. We purchased a Horizontal Industiral+ 120 gallon 10hp, and this works exactly as it is expected to. Brian Prasek-I recently received my 10hp 2 stage single phase quiet air compressor. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I was prepared to have someone hardwire it in, but I ended up doing it myself. I was not complicated at all. The customer service I received from Eaton Compressor Company was hands down the best. I highly recommend this brand.

Our air compressor had a bad pressure switch and they warrantied it and helped us get the right stuff to change oil and filter. We had to make several calls back and forth with Matt and Mike to get the right parts to get it up and running. They were extremely patient and helpful! We would highly recommend them 10 out of 10!

I ve had nothing but great experiences with Eaton PolarAir. From Jennifer in sales helping me with shipping issues to Matt (the president) making his cell phone available after working hours to provide support and answer questions.My most recent purchase was a 50hp screw package with dryer and two 240gal air tanks. Flawless shipping and delivery. Great performance from the first push of the start button.Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for the great products and support after the sale.

Purchased a 10HP V4 Vertical Air Compressor and Dryer after our existing Ingersoll was about to give up on us after continuous use for 7+ years. We had some technical issues during the installation process but that had nothing to do with the equipment. It was related to how our electricity was set up. Also, very satisfied with the customer service. Very responsive team. Thank you Eaton Team!

I would never buy anything other than an EMAX from now on. The compressor is good quality, quiet, and MADE IN THE USA! Not only does EATON and EMAX make a quality compressor, the customer service is great! They have been a pleasure to deal with and very helpful.

I bought a bare 18cfm pump to replace my Air American 5hp pump in 2007. The company spoke with me to be sure I got the right replacement pump. After 8 years it is still perfect. The 3 cylinder design runs quiet and cool. The old one got hot and was painfully noisy.I installed an hour meter and stick to the oil change recommendations, clean the air filters and that is it.Good people and excellent quality products.

I am Extremely impressed with the Eaton Compressor Team. I was referred to Matt and his team as i have had a few issues with my compressor in my warehouse and he was the guy to help. I am all the way in California so to ship was going to be expensive , but Matt came through for me and helped me in every way possible.This company has over delivered there promise with me and the next purchase i make again in this vicinity will be with them once again. Very impressed Matt, Keep up the good work.

We purchased a 20hp VSD Rotary Screw swingarm unit to run our CNC manufacturing shop. This unit has run like a top, and never let us down! We just had their factory service tech come out and go through everything for preventative maintenance and he was great! He cleaned every inch of our compressor and changed everything out that could potentially be a problem. What a great company they build great machines and also employ great service staff! We recommend them to anyone needing a compressor! Keep up the great work Eaton Compressor!

I have just purchased a 10 year old model, standing at one place for years, it s 15hp, silent rotary screw air compressor with dual voltage, though had some errors but now, it s work Great and very quite, had some electrical codes, called Eaton and had face time with owner Matt to troubleshoot, got 10 years old manual on email as soon as I requested. Dustin there tech is awesome and I was surprised even for 10 years old model their customer service is amazing, having owner to have a FaceTime shows his passion of air compressor. I am on sky because of his customer service...

The only thing more impressive than the compressor is the customer service. We were moving the new compressor in and it tipped, causing many of the parts on the head (including the head itself) to crack, and render it unusable. Eaton quickly shipped me the parts to fix this and saved the day. Thanks Eaton
