Called to see if they had someone available to come plug my tire as I picked up a screw, they said they could have someone out in 30-40 minutes. 40 minutes on the dot a flatbed pulls in. Lee was awesome. Plugged my tire and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

I was referred to Scioto Valley from RV Wheel and Tire in Circleville. My battery died and I was stuck. I called Scioto Valley and Brandon was very helpful right away. He worked around my work schedule and sent Kyle to help me when I was off work. Kyle did his best to help get me going on the spot (tried jumping it and adjusting fuses), but it needed towed. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and took care of everything for me. He brought it to the dealer after hours, dropped off my key and filled out form. I would highly recommend this company for any future roadside assistance needs. Thank you very much Kyle and Brandon.

Our family would like to thank Jim (did not get his last name) for being such a professional, patient, and resilient worker today while transporting our 68 Ford Mustang to the storage unit. The way Jim analyzed and planned each step to ensure our vehicle would be safe showed how much he cared for us. I imagine he probably does the same service for his other customers. Lee went above and beyond for us. I work in Columbus and my husband locked himself out of his car while using the car wash. AAA told us it would be 90 minutes, so a neighbor just happened to see my husband and took him home to wait. Lee was there in about 30 and when no one was there, he called to see where my husband was. Lee went to my house, picked up my husband, and took him back to his car. He is so amazing and will recommend their company to anyone and everyone I know!!

Absolutely top notch service from Kyle today with Scioto Valley Wrecker. We were in an accident & he was beyond helpful. He made sure we were taken care of with hotel accommodations and advised us on repair shop. He was fantastic & if I could give him 10 starts, I would. Everyone involved was super nice and they fixed my car very quick! The area that was slightly damaged looks brand new! I felt like they went above and beyond and it truly exceeded my expectations. I appreciate it very much!

My wife had an accident and ended up in the median on 23 by sheetz. Your wrecker driver Kyle was top notch, he kept us in the loop and eased my wife's mind. He informed us that he saw no real damage, and the skid plate did its job.

I was dropping my son off to school. He accidentally hit the lock button & closed the door. My phone & key fob was inside the vehicle & the vehicle was running & I was locked out. If you want to be treated like family, pay fair rates with a fast response!! Call them. Brandon and Travis are wonderful people that take pride in their work.My dad broke down a few days ago, I didn t hesitate to call scioto valley. I was a ease knowing help was on the way fast!! I had a flat tire called triple aaa they said long wait due to limited services. Put in the request anyway said 1 hr. Got a message 4 mins away WOW Kyle was on it fast and efficient plugged my tire and got me on my way! Great experience! Thank you I really appreciated the service that I received!

Our son was returning home to North Carolina from Columbus with his fianc� & 2 dogs when his car stopped on Rt. 23 in Circleville. State parolmen were there quickly to secure the area to keep them safe and Travis arrived within 15 mins. after he was called to tow the car out of traffic. We met Travis and he was so friendly & helpful, kind & professional. He knew a lot about the car and did all he could to help. He definitely made a not so great situation so much better!!
