Check engine light came on two days after buying my car. Car drove fine when I tested it, and I was told it had no issues. Now I m with a car that won t drive faster than 45 and apparently has engine issues. I m at a loss here. I wanted to love this car after looking for months for a vehicle. They really pushed to get a Google review out of me, and I m glad I waited two days to post it.

Bad communication with financial management. I have been approved for the car I wanted but pushed to buy a different vehicle by the sells rep. I have been shopping around and know the vehicle I wanted to purchase, all was set. It's been 3 days since I have spoken to a financial partner. By the time I get a call, the car will be sold and I will have a ding in my credit for this check. I was referred by a friend who owns a repair shop.

Was impressed with my car buying experience from this place from the initial phone call to the test drive to the sales experience to the close of my sale. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is a private family owned business and they treat you like one of the family from the beginning to the end. Kathleen is very friendly as were Tyler and Kyle. I definitely recommend them for your next car buying experience.

Excellent Customer service I bought Mt vehicle almost 4 year's ago from them and I can still remember how they went the extra mile to give me the best deal possible. I just drove by and the lot was completely empty . I hope it's only temporary.

I had an amazing experience. I waited weeks for this car to be ready to be sold and even though I m impatient Kathleen gave me an update everyday! Tyler in sales and Craig in finance were amazing. They treated me like an actual human being and not just another sale. Treated me fair and got me in and out in 2 hours. I love the car. I ve been looking for one for years. The car shifts well and drives smooth. Give these people a chance to earn your business. Even let me test drive the car myself so I was able to check it all out myself and make my own decision before purchasing.

Seth and Ashley were very nice and not pushy at all, great service. We tried a couple vehicles. Seth was happy to answer questions. It was a very easy going atmosphere, even though they were busy. Plus, the purchase and paper work was quick. My little one was busy in their waiting room that had snacks and coloring books.

We had looked at almost an identical Equinox at a high end dealer. The one we found at Low Cost Cars was 4 years newer, in better condition, and almost 2K less. John and Craig were outstanding to work with. I highly recommend them!

Went 3 times in a matter of a week to check in and see if I could find an inexpensive car in a short amount of time, they have new cars weekly so it was worth checking back in. Ended up finding a car I like and not having to settle despite the time restraint I was in! John & Craig helped make the deal! Would go back again if needed :)

Had an awesome experience with these guys and bought a super nice car. Had some time while I was there to check out most of there cars and all of them were very clean, these guys take pride in their inventory. Thank you John for all the help. If you need a new ride go check these guys out.

Just bought a 2012 GMC Acadia from Low Cost Cars of Circleville. John, Ashley, and Craig couldn't have been more helpful. I was driving home from work one day and the Acadia caught my eye. After inquiring about it, I was able to test drive it as long as I wanted and never felt pressured into the sale. Pre-approval was done over the phone (a lot through email and text which I like) and the final signing was quick and painless. Will definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase!

I found a very well priced car for my 18-year-old at LCC Circleville, OH and the purchase experience was wonderful! Very friendly and polite employees! John my sales guy was so patient, friendly, kind and thoughtful, showing me various great options for my son s first car. My son is so delighted ! It was a breeze. I highly recommend them for price, service and quality of cars!

Sold me a car that needed control arms! Got it fixed! Now on my way out of town and the car is driving over 60! Stuck in WV don t buy cars from any one of their stores! You ll be out of money

My sister was looking for a good used car and found an immaculate Honda Element there. Friendly and professional staff. Easy to talk to. Absolutely no pressure at all. She was able to get a very good price on it. She's happy. I'm happy. Will most certainly check this place first if I'm ever in the market for a used car.

Kathleen was very nice, but the manager not so much. I feel like he rushed the whole process and was not trying to work with me. Didn t even let me test drive the car I wasn t even 100% sure I wanted that car. I asked how much i could put down to get the car all he said was you would have to get approved by the bank, he didn t ask how much i wanted to put down nor even saying he would talk to the bank to see. He didn t even give me any other car options it was just a one and done thing seemed like he just wanted to get me out the door. Didn t feel welcomed at all. Usually car salesmen try their best to get you in a car, seemed like he didn t care about my sale at all he just didn t want to put me in any car. I d rather take my money elsewhere. I could ve put more than half down but he didn t even give me that opportunity. Wouldn t recommend this place. I would give 0 stars if i could.Seems like every bad review you get you guys say it s not true. You cannot say that s somebody s personal experience is not true. Very bad business. Never once was I showed any other cars. You never even showed me any cars for me to say I like or disliked them. Still wouldn t recommend.

I'd be rating this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT buy anything here! We bought a 2011 Ford Escape not even a month ago. Had it inspected by Ford Dealership right down the street from this place and come to find out they deemed it "unsafe to drive" due to frame damage. This place sold me and my family an "unsafe to drive" vehicle. We have been driving around our 2 young toddlers in a vehicle that was a safety hazard! And the people working there don't care at all. They told us ok that it's our fault we didn't purchase a warranty. This car lot is a total joke and poor customer service. I would NEVER treat a family the way they have treated us. We have filed complaints and will come to a resolution one way or another.

Listen... buying a car can be intimidating. If you're like me, you want to try your best to get into a reliable car backed by a reliable dealer. I bought my car last Saturday; had a great buying experience... the staff was awesome and they got me into a car I felt great about. Got it home, 2 days later the battery died. I reached out to the manager Catherine. She was incredibly gracious, understanding and more than willing to make sure I was happy. She reimbursed me for a new battery and kept a line of communication open throughout the whole ordeal to voice any concerns. These people truly do care about providing quality cars to their customers and doing what they can to make sure you're happy. Fair prices, nice selection and best of all, amazing staff. Thank you so much guys!!!! Would definitely work with them again. Worth the drive to Circleville!!Update: 12/03/19.... still feel really good about this dealership. I got a card in the mail thanking me for my support of this small business and that means a lot to me.
