Fake reviews and low 3.5 rating. The actual only real reviews are really bad. I don't believe they sold cars in Grove city for over a decade. If they in a small town like Circleville now. Something drove them to the country side. where u can get away with selling junk to the poor hard working kind out there. That's only gonna push Business out of Circleville and force the country folk to find decent cars in the city. They really out there gluing bumpers to cars and sealing things with liquid metal just like Matilda's dad in the movie.

Got a 2014 Ford Focus back in July ended up taking it to coughlin to get a minor issue fixed and now they re saying it needs a new clutch and engine mount. Have discussed this with them multiple times and have been told they would help some way and have not done anything. It s not going to cost me over 5000 dollars to get my car fixed which has been sitting at coughlin since August because I don t have that to pay at one time. Also there was things messed up on the warranty contract so even if the warranty covered that part of the car then they still wouldn t of done it because of the contract being messed up and pre existing problems.

I bought a 2011 kia sorento with 43,000 miles the engine light was on and they told me it was the 02 sensor. Mechanic found metal in the oil and mismatched tires that destroyed all wheel drive actuator cost me $10,450 in repairs. They told me they would discuss and see what they could do to help but never called me back

I just bought a truck and 2 days after the transmission shift hard, leaked coolant, and battery died. They wouldn't help make it right besides force me to pay them to fix it.
