Everyone here is very nice and I feel they do a great job however I had an appointment for an oil change at 8. A woman came in after me with no appointment and was out a half hour before me! You do good work but this is not acceptable. Honor your appointment before walk-ins.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

1st time ever being at this business with new ownership, gentleman I spoke to and later met seemed to be a honest man. He allowed me to bring in a muffler I had already purchased which was great! Replaced and rusted pipe and had my truck done around lunchtime. I thought it was reasonably priced and I will go there again with my truck needs.

Very friendly and wonderful people to deal with! Had them do a transmission swap on a 2015 Chevy traverse. They did an excellent job and fair priced. They also got it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend these guys if you need any work done!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Terrible experience. Dropped truck off on a Monday was supposed to be ready Friday. Friday hadn't even touched it. Monday still sitting in same spot and not in a bay. Went and picked up and took elsewhere. Seems it's all about who you are to when your vehicle is fixed. Very unprofessional

This company has my business from today until I no longer drive. After being ridiculed at a car dealer this morning which had me in tears, they made me feel so much better from the moment I arrived. With that said, my $5000 new (used) vehicle is going to end up being a $8000 investment, if I have it fixed - I still don't know if I can swing it, but they at least gave me the attention and service that I requested.Let's just say Instant Auto Sales in Chillicothe, Ohio need to hire a manager at that location because the salesman had me in tears.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I needed a timing belt changed on my car. After talking to a couple people at speedy muffler they told me they wouldn't be able to get to it in until Monday. I brought it in Monday morning dropped off my keys and left my contact info with the secretary and went home. Tuesday morning rolls around and I call in to see what progress they have made and the secretary tells me that a mechanic will call me back; I wait until noon then I drive over there and my car is still sitting where I left it Monday morning. For all I know, they're good mechanics but be prepared to have your car sit on the lot for several days if you go here.

First time taking my car here for service. They are very nice and friendly people and seem to be honest and hard working. Will definitely come back when my car needs more service. Thanks speedy muffler

My experience was good. Might be different for you. Strong Trump supporters & they are adamant about that. Worked on our vehicle issue pretty well. Also gives Veteran's discounts. Try them & see for yourself.

Said my hybrid needed a battery replace that would cost $600 took it to Blankenship and he said their was nothing wrong with it!Guy is a scam.Secretary was very impolite and rude as well.

Really really really honest mechanic. I can t tell you how honest they are. They helped check (diagnose) a used car for me. Explain what s wrong with it and even tell me how much the car worth. Try to fix my other car a/c at the same time and can t seem to figure out what s wrong and didn t charge us a penny. The best honest mechanic. And it s so hard to find a honest mechanic.

Have had 2 experiences with the new management and both have been good. They fixed exactly what I asked them to and did not try to up-sell me on things I didn't want. Quality work at fair prices.

Do not go to this shop. We are on 7 weeks of no truck. They pulled my husband's truck motor after having it since October 6th and not working on the 1st 2 weeks. They pulled the motor without detaching the wiring harness and couldn't figure put how to fix it they had it towed to Nourse in Chillicothe. They paid for one bill to Nourse (after throwing a fit) got the bill reduced. We go to pick up our truck from Nourse and the same codes popped up so we did not pick it up. We needed a throttle body and it was $1200. Speedy muffler now blamed all damage on Nourse. We are going to sue Speedy Muffler out of principle. We highly recommend you ignore the good reviews of friends or family you see posted above and not bring you vehicle.

Very nice folks! Dropped in late in the afternoon for what I thought was a brake problem but what turned out to be very minor issue. They corrected it and I was on my way. Been to them before and will go to them again!

Great service, fair price I went here bc I was told to go to a local guy called the muffler man near the lake , well avoid him hes a drunk and a joke ...came to speedy muffler and they took care of me and they will be getting my service from now on , go guys!!

This shop does good work and their prices are more than reasonable. They've done unscheduled service for me more than once. I'd much rather do business with a small, local shop like this than a big chain.

I would never go to Speedy Muffler again charge me $500 to find out he didn't even know what was wrong with my car come on it's not a good place to go unless you want ripped off they took my 500 bucks told me they didn't know what was wrong with my Volvo because it was a foreign car be kept the money because they run Diagnostics which anywhere else is free if you have known felons working he put on porch that didn't belong to my car messed it up worse than it was never take your car there

I brought my truck in on Monday to have a break line kit installed . As the week progressed my truck needed a ABS pump and a Master cylinder . Tex the shop manager made things right and because of his actions I would go there again .
