My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.

My car was in two different accidents and boy do I wish I would have found zang's for the first one. John Jacoby did a fantastic job on the body work. It looks brand new! He even walked me through some things I needed to take back to the other body shop to get taken care of because they didn't do the job correctly. I highly Recommend Zang's. They do a fantastic job!

Overall, pretty impressed.I had scraped some paint on my Dodge Charger trying to get my car out of the snow. Overall, it took them a day to repair the paint, which I figured would take 2 days.The job cost $400, which I considered to be more than reasonable.The end result was that I had to figure out which side of the bumper I had initially scraped. You can't tell that there had been any damage to the paint in the first place.

Zang Auto Body is hands down the best! A deer hit my passenger side door which required a new door because of the damage. The work they did was sooooo good! Leah was amazing, so helpful from beginning to end. I highly recommend.

M experience with Zangs was awesome ! Leah on their team walked me through the entire process and kept me in the loop throughout. I got my car back and it was excellent work.I hope I don t need a collision center again. If I do though, I will definitely go back to Leah and Zangs.

This place was phenomenal! Leaha that works the front desk is a pleasure and so efficient. We recently had a car repaired here and they were quick and did a fantastic job.! The car looked brand new literally !

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! Great work. From the beginning of the process when I had the initial conversation with the receptionist to the amazing hard working group of guys that actually worked on my vehicle. Zang s took all the stress away after my car was vandalized. They have some of the best customer service I ve experienced in any industry. They even stayed late to get my car done in time before my rental coverage ended. Never had such a smooth and positive experience at a body shop in my life. I worked with the owner and the manager & both were incredible. Kind & honest humans work here that s for sure. & they do outstanding work. 10/10 will bring my car there again.Service: Body & Trim

I was impressed from the onset of how quickly they got to my vehicle after an accident. Even more so when I picked up the vehicle I was even more than impressed on the quality and the intentionality of the work that was performed. Zang's is a wonderful company to work with and they did a fantastic job repairing our car. The whole experience was easy and pleasant and the work they did looks great and our car looks like new. Leah was so helpful, followed up every time she said she would and was pleasant through the whole process of getting our car fixed. She did a great job from first meeting her when getting the quote to picking up our car and taking care of returning the rental car. They repaired our car in a timely manner, actually earlier than they quoted the job to be done. Thank you Leah and Zang's! We had a great experience with Zang s. Leah was fantastic in every way. She set up our rental and it was there waiting by the time all paperwork was done. They were prompt in fixing our car, a fender bender. They said it would be 7-10 business days and it was right at 7 days good as new. Thank you! I would definitely recommend their shop for auto body work.

I can't say enough about working with them to repair our vehicle. They were super helpful, totally honest, extremely on top of it from insurance to parts to communication. They followed exactly what I wanted for repairs and did it faster than expected. The only thing I'd warn you about is possibly having a delay do to volume in the shop. Being good can be a blessing and a curse so be patient if they have a lot of jobs when you show up. It's definitely worth it!!Thanks Zang's for everything!!

Zang s was awesome. The whole back right side of my car needed a lot of work from an accident. They take pride in their work and did a great job contacting me and keeping me up to date. In addition, the mechanics care about the work they do and it shows.

Leah and Zang's was a lifesaver for me! My car was attempted to be stolen and was brought to another shop where it sat for almost 4 months waiting for a part to come in. Leah at Zang's said she can get a Grade A used part and have it done within 2 weeks! I had my car moved to Zang's and less than 10 days later my car was completed and ready to come home!! Thank you so much Leah and Zang's!! Will recommend you to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this business! Leah is absolutely amazing! She is so kind and knowledgeable and customer focused. She really took care of us; I felt so valued and included every step of the way. There was even a mistake (cosmetic, not safety) that occurred during the fix. As soon as I notified her, she immediately got us in to remedy the problem with the owner personally fixing what was missed. I'm brand new to the west side of Cincinnati and our family returned to Cincinnati last year after 26 years away.I had a slight altercation with the corner of our garage while going 4 miles an hour and the front bumper of our Prius cracked like an egg. I wasn't going to claim insurance and just wanted someone to get it looking respectable again.The entire process from the initial phone call to the final pick-up was top-notch. This company operates to a high ethic of caring for people and doing amazing work. I believe they went WAY above and beyond for us and I am grateful to have met the the owner, administration, and other Autobody artists.I say artist because the quality of detail and finish for a simple bumper was so appreciated. I feel like the entire car was cared for and handled to make everything match perfectly.I know that some might claim, "they are just doing what they are paid to do and should be excellent." While I appreciate that a company does what it should, when a company goes above and beyond and does all the intangibles that make the process seamless and the customer feel cared for, I owe a public shout-out.Please feel comfortable using Zang's and even more than that, tell your friends and acquaintances. It s true the west side is the best side because it has business like Zang s Collision . Accidents are horrible and being female I hate garages. But they made it a great experience fast, fair and professional job. Service was coordinated with insurance and rental car company. One call did it all, friendly and done early. I brought my Nissan in to get some body damage repaired and zangs did a great job! It looks good as new! The customer service was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone! If you have a BANG, call ZANG! We own a local PC repair shop and brought one of our vehicles in for a few minor dents and a complete hood, roof, and truck paint job. This is a shop all about quality. I walked in, and it was evident Customer satisfaction is their number one concern after communicating with Leah. Fantastic attitude and professionalism by Leah, I felt right at home.Don, the owner, came out and introduced himself and pulled an estimate together. No shop in the area could come close to this estimate. Even if it were higher, I would have done business with ZANG S, just because I felt welcome there. Great Job, guys, from beginning to end! My husband and I took our 12 year old Mustang to Zang's Auto Body, and they did an amazing job! The hood was rusted up horribly, and the car had many other dings and rust spots. It looks new again.
