Do not go here or send anyone you know here. He will screw over any & everyone unless you are a personal friend in his circle of people. I got away unscathed because we asked for every recipe, & when having to drop money in the drop box I recorded a video on my phone counting the money out, putting it in the envelope, & recorded me or my boyfriend putting the money in the drop box & driving away, but yet still, when I paid my car off officially I found out he lost my title so I had to go apply for a lost title to my own vehicle. Other people didn t get as lucky as me, I had a friend who was more trusting than me & didn t keep up on receipts & he would take payments from her & then not knock the amount of money off the remaining balance, to the point my friend just pulled money out of her savings & went & paid it the rest of the way off to avoid getting scammed further by this con artist. He also sold a recalled car to my sister that burst into flames with her kids in the car & he refuses to make it right. Not to mention, after signing a contract & taking a down payment from someone else, he sold the same vehicle out from under said person. Don t waste your time or money here, there is plenty other used car dealerships in the Ohio area that are atleast decent. This place isn t even credited by the Better Business Bureau. Listen to these reviews. It s not worth it. Editing to add, because I was just informed by someone that after 1 missed payment, he came & took the vehicle without notice & stole car seats & medical equipment for a special needs child that was in the vehicle & isn t giving it back now. So there s that.

I LOVE my car. I purchased my car in February. And in March I had to bring it there 3 times. (Even charging me for tires! On a car I purchased less then 30 days ago) ball joints, brake pads, fuel pump. Cost me about $680. Ish Then May comes around. Another 520.00 for a core panel, ? Here it is July, I have a oil leak, and the car will randomly turn off in the middle of driving. Like I said, I love my car. I just wish maybe it would had been inspected properly? Tires, brake pads, oil leaks, I believe that should be done b4 selling the vehicle. I hate to say or write anything bad. This is just my experience. Maybe I just have bad luck. UPDATE Was told when I purchased my car, that they make sure to take care of thier customers FIRST. I drove from Lexington Kentucky, to stop in and just have them check the "check engine " lite. (Again I was told they can do this). I walked in, told the owner Carl the check engine lite is on, and was rushed out the door saying "appointments ONLY, WE DONT JUST take cars that pull up". This has been a nightmare. Again, I love this car, but would NOT recommend this place. I'm sorry.

RUNNNNN !!!!!! Do not go here !!! They sell bad cars and won t fixed any problem s wasted over $3,000 on this company .. I didn t pay my car note due to me not being able to drive it due to engine problems & I told the owner carol about my issues and he told me to get it towed to get fix by his mechanic & that same night he came and towed my car and Wouldn t let me get it back & he added a repo fee when I already told him the reason for it I thought we had a understanding but he played me !! He made it seem like he care & to just communicate with him which I did he don t care he just money hungry !! He stop answering my calls and text once I tried to see about my car . I came up to the shop 2 days after and he already got my car fixed and had it back for sale lol

Lemon alert transmission goes out on expressway an tire shreds flat line car on eway. In Tennessee You can repo this junk from Memphis impound . No good tires an no good transmission.

Had my red, 2013 Charger in for service yesterday. They installed two rear tires and also two tie rods. Everything was done on time, my bill matched the quote and more importantly, my car feels like new now.Thanks Carl and Patrick!Bob

Do not recommend anyone getting a car from here. They ll charge you 2-3x the amount the car bluebooks for. They take cash payments but then act like they never received your payment if you drop it off in the drop box after hours. Very unprofessional. Didn t give me any paperwork on my car. Changes story when asked about things. Overall a very crooked car dealership with way too overpriced cars for how old they are.

The owner is beyond amazing. He not only sold me a dependable car but he gave me advice and knowledge of what i was going through with my other car. He made time for me after going home for the day because he knew i needed transportation. Way to go above and beyond for a customer. I thank you so very much and will let everyone know what an honest fair man you are in your business.

I bought a truck there and it was nothing but amazing service! The mechanic was very nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I got a amazing truck that runs excellent for the right price. Highly recommend this amazing place they Treat you like family!

Carl is fantastic. There is always a risk when buying a used car. Anything can happen and its nobodys fault. In the first month of buying my car it crapped out on me. Carl didn't have to do anything really but he felt bad so he ended up trading me, allowing me to get a newer nicer car for the same price, no added costs. It's a good auto shop. A few family members and I all bought our cars from there and haven't had any problems.

I ve not only bought 3 cars from Your Auto LLC I also have taken them there for my maintenance. Very professional and fair, they really take care of their customers. I recommend them to all my friends and family and will do business nowhere else .

Bought a car that had 140k miles on it for over $10000 and paid it off. Spent over 5k repairing it in a span of over 2 months only for the transmission to go out as soon as I had it paid off. Don't go here unless you want to throw thousands of dollars down the drain.

Heard so many good things about this place, owner is a very kind and upfront person. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Wish I had come to him 1st at beginning of year instead of loosing thousands of dollars from somewhere else...

Be very aware doing business here. They sell lemons. Carl will sell cars and not inform on the past history of cars. This place will take advantage of 1st time buyers.I advise that you very much shop around before going to this location.

Carl and everyone at Your Auto LLC are awesome. Thay are so helpful and easy to work with.. My wife baught a Ford Escape 14 months ago and my truck was totaled last week so I went to Carl and in no time I was in a ford escape. You guys Rock....

Not professional, he will make you feel like he the best car dealer out And he will charge you 50 if you late for 1 day and take your car if you 5 days late and then repo it and he wont let you get your car back!!!!! Dont waste your money ......he a rip off
