These guys are AWESOME! Instead of buying a new car I decided to put some bells and whistles on my old car. Bill helped me navigate the process was easy to work with. He was even willing to install mirrors that I purchased elsewhere! He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. When I picked it up, Tom was also great. My 2007 Matrix now has a backup camera and Bluetooth! I couldn't be happier!

My experience with Xtreme Sound was top notch! Tom was extremely helpful and I felt that he gave me really honest and dependable advice about which head unit I should buy for my Hyundai. Tom also pulled some major strings to secure one of the parts needed for the install over the holidays when they were originally sent the wrong one. I would absolutely go back for any car audio needs!

My car is my business and I trust only Xtreme Sound with my car no exceptions. Tom is knowledgeable, professional and he cares about the customer. The installers are top notch and meticulous. The equipment is fairly priced and dependable. For car audio there is no other place to go!

Highly recommend Xtreme Sound. They did an awesome job installing an after-market apple carplay made by Unavi in my 2019 Lexus RX. They completed the install as promised, gave me a tutorial, and called the next day asking if I had any questions.They went above and beyond. Exceeded my expectations and for these reasons, I recommend using Xtreme Sound for your stereo and sound system needs.

I highly recommend Xtreme Sound. Tom, Bill and the team recently installed a receiver in my car and I love it! They were extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions. They were really trying to make me happy and were very honest through the process. I never felt like I was being upsold. They exceeded my expectations and I'm sure they will do the same for you.

I absolutely love my Focal speakers. These things are amazing. So much clarity, lots of mid bass, and the highs are so crisp. Pair these with two 12 VX subs and you will be in business. Thanks again.

I've used this place for car stereo purposes many times until today I called to get price to install a speaker on door of my H3 quote $35 ok Kool go there get appointment for next day 9-10am guy says get there before 9am to get it moving little faster Kool get there walk in I guess the owner is on his PERIOD!! TODAY because he had the most rudest service so rude an nasty I keep my Kool ask him if he alright he tells me he is firing the guy that gave me the appointment for what guy what did he do his job maybe you should have your employees train you I don't see how this crum... Still in business

My grudge is with one of the owners. So I went down there to ask a question about some subwoofers and ohm's. In my eyes, I thought I was starting to build a repor with the guy since we have a mutual friend and I've spent decent amount of money with them years ago when I built two different stereo systems in two different vehicles. But anywho so when tried to ask this guy the question he answered with (where did you buy it), I replied with Amazon. He then (why don't you go ask them your questions, I'm tired of you guys who don't support local stores) I was so shocked, I was speechless. Not once did I ask for him to do any work or to fix anything. I simply asked a question that anyone who was interested in subs or anything would ask. So long story short. I no longer will obtain Extreme Sounds service when I build up the stereo system on the Harley Davidson that I rode down there.

I'm extremely satisfied with my experience here,The customer service was great! I talked to Randy for a few hours, he knows a lot about car audio and he's very helpful and honest. I went in looking for a new subwoofer and he helped me pick out a great subwoofer at a great price. I never felt rushed or pressured to spend money on something I didn't need. If I need something installed in the future I'll absolutely use them and feel confident in doing so.

We worked with Tom to have a head unit and backup camera installed. While they had it they were able to fix several things a previous installer messed up and made adjustments to balance everything. Highly recommend these guys, great customer service and expert install!

Went looking for a wiring harness at autozone and they gave me a generic harness that didn t fit. I stopped by Xtreme Sound, and was offered the best customer service and we found the harness! Will most definitely be back for any other audio upgrades!

The whole staff was nice and accommodating.. told them how I wanted things and they did exactly what I asked. Great prices. Professional and clean install. Did my Honda Civic with no issues. I will recommend this place to anybody I encounter. You guys are appreciated

Really laid back guys, nice clean store, very helpful. I am getting into car audio for the first time and they painstakingly answered all of my questions and even check out my system to see if everything was ok. Highly suggest!

These guys fixed a mistake from Auto4N (AVOID AUTO4N!) on the same day that I called, something the other shop couldn't do for over 3 weeks. The guys here are fair and polite. I recommend them for sure.

Decent price, great service, will he returning for future needs! Honest people. Explained to me that my amp wasn't worth the money it would require to install it. Could have easily taken the money. Refreshing to do business with honest people

I called for a head unit,Amp, ect. I drove 30 minutes to their shop. An employee driving a black suv parked in the middle of 2 spots. I asked him if he could move as there was no other spots available. He told me "We do not want your business, get lost". So I left. I called the owner Tom and he said he will fix this issue. I will update if they have corrected this issue with the employee. Till this is fixed, I will not be coming back. Worst experience I have ever had trying to spend money.

Tom & his team were very professional and I'm 1 satisfied customer with the installation job they've done on '02 Toyota Highlander. The installation was very clean & neat and the sound system makes my ears very happy!

When my wife suffered a severe health setback, we needed to add a blind spot monitor to our vehicle so she could safely drive. Xtreme Sound was recommended by other companies in the area because of their great reputation. Unfortunately, it turned out that the system they installed was not compatible with our vehicle. However, they generously offered to remove the system at no cost -- in spite of the great difficulty they faced with the installation. As customers, we ended up costing Xtreme Sound money on labor and a refund, but I'd go out of my way to recommend them to anyone needing any audio visual or other electronic components installed in their vehicles. They care about their customers and stand by their work.

I definitely recommend coming here. I'm a car dealer and I regularly take my vehicles down there and have GPS units installed. Even before that I used to come here in my younger days and get speakers and what not installed and was always satisfied. They have fair prices and these guys definitely know what their doing.

Great knowledgeable staff, helped me pick out a new deck quickly understood what I wanted and knew exactly what was going to be needed for the install. Dropped off the car at 9 am on a Saturday, it was ready to roll before noon. Will be returning for future auto audio needs.

These guys do great work, I met with Tom a couple times to go over what I wanted in my 2005 Corvette. He gave a couple options covering my price range. I made my choice he got the Kenwood receiver and cameras installed and paid a great amount of detail to the positioning of the cameras and the interior look factory. Thanks Tom and your installation team ! I'll recommend you to all my friends.

Great affordable place to go. Been here multiple times and haven't had an issue. Also, if you have a train horn and other things, they'll install those too. Just ask.I highly recommend you guys to Support this business.

Almost one hundered dollars more than phone quote, and took about a hour longer than expected. Clocks not reset, over all attitude of the staff is the customer is stupid. The work is great. But if you don't want to be talked down to or told everything you have is junk. I suggest buy your equipment from them. Really had I purchased from them I would have only had good things to say. In short quality work terrible customer service. Sugar coat it when you are told no sale don't keep pushing the( you dont know ) belittling. I'm adding an edit to this review and I'm taking away some Stars so the wires that I brought in we're the same wires did they put in my car charge me $50 for man told me the Dwyers they got to catch fire we put it on the paperwork and made me fear did something could go wrong with my car because of the wires I had how the wires I have or solid oxygen free copper he's telling me that they were aluminum clad aluminum copper clad sorry about that and they don't hold heat as well and they end up melting he fear Monger me into buying something else because I brought in all my equipment they know their stuff when putting it in the car their sales staff is ridiculous I recommend going anywhere else I would go to Best Buy before I'll go back to them unless my car catches fire because of their wiring
