Horrible customer service. The only reason they are not bankrupt is that you can not bypass dealers to get parts. Greed is their religion.

Outside Service deskPersonal where not to helpful or where just lazy hoping that someone else would deal with the coustermer and or me ( I noticed w/author customers) when you do get ask you for what I can do for you being a part or a question the would say let me get someone else that deal with that and after 10- 15 minutes later answer: all there not in or at lunch last 2 times I been there something has happened even knowing you coming there by calling before even going there and spoke with a person and they know your coming.Don't get it if it was my work I would have been wrote up and fired on the 2ed time a coustermer would say something about the coustermer service. I'm Sorry for the bad review but muti times in a row this has happened

Our truck broke down on a Wednesday And they got us up and on the road Saturday morning. Brad was such a great help. Olivia was very professionaland helpful, the entire staff was Very professional And friendly.Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Very clean and the lady was very helpful thank you for making it easy there was a long line and the guy took care of only 2 customers (very unhappy about it) with minor request and the lady was moving people in and out a lot quicker like she actually wanted to help people, reason why alot of places are a pain to go to is because they don t have people like this lady actually helping people so they can continue with their day

If I have option to give negative star I would . Before Ieaving my truck I told them clearly I wouldn t leave my truck if they will take long . They send me estimate and told everything is available wouldn t take more than a week. Accepted estimate and they keep on lying after a month today saying part is back order and saying there are truck at there shop for more than 2.5 months . What does that mean? There are bunch of liars there don t believe on what they say. I would not recommend this place at all.

Betty was very helpful, parts department professionals, but they needed a little better attitude. I was feeling like they were doing me a favor by selling parts until their parts manager Mike got involved and helped very quickly and professionally. I hope they take this as feedback

I don't understand why they do this to people ??????I paid $3,467 and they fixed nothing for me, same problem pops up minute after I left, this kind of people should not be in business.

Absolute scammers! The problem of the truck was one and could be removed for $ 150 and they did not know how to find it and decided to change the whole system. Which cost over $ 7K. I paid! Returns the truck in malfunction, and you become a mouse hunter. When you take your truck out of repair, ask for a mouse trap. Naughty scammers and they are nothing but robbing people and false in diagnostics. I will never go back there again, because I paid thousands of dollars to sit on the road in a damaged truck after their service, day after I took the truck! Never go there!

Id give less starts if I could. Because out of 10 attempts get someone on the phone, MAYBE 1 time someone will actually answer the phone! The worse customer service of any Mack dealer Ive had to deal with. If in the Cincy area, Id skip calling Worldwide and call some place else. Ill get a part ordered, delivered, and installed by calling Aurora Mack faster than getting someone to pick up a phone there!

The service members very nice and helpful. That's the way it should be.After having trouble with my truck they got on it quick. I called and checked on my truck and they were very helpful and courteous. Thanks for getting my truck back to tip top shape!!

They refuse to give out part numbers because they don't want to be competitive. Giving out part numbers os a part of being a dealership since it's the only source to get part numbers. In 11 years of owning trucks this is the first time I have had a dealer refuse to give out a part number.

Terrible customer service. Terrible wait time. Terrible labor hours. They will screw you over and have you wait 3 days before providing a quote/ scope of work for the repairs...they take advantage of you! BE WARE!!!!

Guys, stay away from this dealership.Brand new truck bought from them. After 4 months saw antifreeze leaking. Found myself where the leaks was coming from. Brought it here, (bc thought maybe hose needs to be replaced) they just tightened the clamp and charge 316.80$!!!Again: ONLY FOR TIGHTENING 1 CLAMP I WAS CHANGED $316.80!!!

Do not bring your truck here to be worked on.. they caused my husband to lose a month and a half of work just to fix a simple problem, that they didn't even fix.. they never answer the phone as well.... NEVER EVER GONNA COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!

Really bad service! We had taken our truck in for the problem and waited about a week for it to be done. And when it was don t after a few drives it didn t work again. We took it in the shop the second and have been waiting over a week now! We kept being told that our truck would be in the shop as soon as possible, first thing, or the night of the day or even the morning after, but they were just telling lies. They will tell you that, but in reality they won t do anything about it! This is the last time I will buy a truck or put my truck in that shop!

The parts guys get top rates from me. They helped with my problem and got me the part I needed immediately. The service department is where I take points off. So they guy tells me there's only one tech and he's on a oil change that's gonna take 3hrs to complete I'm like seriously? He says yes. Now I've had my oil changed at TA truck stops in less than an hour so I'm thinking dude if you about to close and don't wanna work on my truck just say that. Well fortunately I ran into a guy picking up parts for a independent shop not far from the Volvo dealership and he heard my situation and offered to help her says they can get it done in no time and as I type they're working on my truck now the place is called TRI State truck repair 1210 hillsmith Rd. Give them a try

Piss poor costumer service you would think they think they are doing you a favor by letting you spend your money with them!I took my truck there to get some work done and they dropped it off a lift.Assumed I wanted them to fix that.Then kept my truck for 2 weeks and dint even do a good job on that repair.They even tried to get me to pay for the work!This place is a joke don t spend your money there!It s too easy to find another shop or dealership that will appreciate your business!!!!

I recently visited this shop had a bad carrier bearing, was told it would take about 2.5-3 hours. I told the service writer to check the drive line, if there are any other bad joints replace them! I also had a service done, told them anything low top all fluids. Spent over 9 hours in there shop. Left out brought the truck to my local Mack dealer for some other work. They find a hole in the flex pipe, trans and diff are low on fluid. ( no leaks). And the truck has 4 bad U Joints. NEVER AGAIN!! I will tow or deck my truck to get to any dealer other than a world wide shop after this

I wish I could have read the reviews before I go there. Everything prior reviews says are right. They are very rude, scammers, bad customers service, as matter of fact worst customer service I have seen. To make it simple, just avoid this shop at all cost.

I don't know anyone, but my experience of customer service was great. I came with clutch oil leak on my volvo. I have been advised possible I may end up spending 800$. I called different places. And visited this guys. They repaired, used only necessary part. Cost me 140$ all repair. A) I saved money. B) they didn't replace entire clutch line assembly, like other shops to do. Replace everything. C) Great customer service, you will get acknowledged about everything. D) Great chinese food delivery close by Overall will gladly visit again if needed.

Had a serious warranty issue w/my still new 2016 VNL670's D13. Was dead-heading under a tight schedule. This place promised to see me on a Thursday evening, when I'd called. I got there to be told it wouldn't be until first thing, the next morning. I dropped the trailer in their dust bowl of a lot, & waited about eleven hours. I was at their door when they opened at 7AM. They took basic info, & told me to wait in my truck. A full hour later, someone came to give me a number tag, & left. Thirty minutes later, w/still no sign of anything but lazy guys drinking their coffees & BSing, I hooked up to my trailer & left. This business seems to not think our time is valuable. I wasn't impressed w/the appearance of the shop or techs, anyway. I later went to a truly professional dealership, & was seen (& properly diagnosed) within 30 minutes. Avoid Cincinnati's dealership. In fact, avoid the whole city, it's one of the worst traffic choke points in the US.

Worst parts people in the business! BAD attitude, RUDE and just aren t friendly people at all when they decide to help you, other times they just ignore you and just leave you standing there when it s obvious you re there to get parts. Wish I didn t have to get parts from here but 90% of our fleet is Volvo so I m kinda screwed cause I can t find another dealer in this area

Worst service ever unqualified people that charge u money for do nothing after holding your truck for weeks and u will take your truck without getting fixed but after u pay for whatever service they do that is not the main issue u came with , they will just fix anything and charge u money while it is not related to the main issue that u highlighted to them and maintenance manager don t listen , stay away from that dealer and save your money and go somewhere else this dealer is only good to do oil change nothing more than that
