Rob the poor in the neighborhood for years, refused to return my $1000 deposit, for a job that never started, 2015 to this day, the owner said the time had exceeded, the excuse was they booked up, and after a year, you not entitled to your money back. Ford Corporation could not help, Stop supporting any Ford products, and didn't ask this dealer to render any services.

Not happy with service department. Car repaired and next day engine light on again. Service codes point to related equipment. Seems suspicious.
