Been taking our Hondas here for years. They do a great job, quickly, and tell you about costs and options before doing the work. I appreciate their night drop off option too. Whities is the honest, competent car repair place for us.

These kind gentlemen were so helpful to me. I had a tire going flat and they added air to it for me (for free) until I could get it back to the dealership where it was under warranty. It was truly a kindness.

These "mechanics" trick started my sister's Lexus and caused over $2000 worth of damage. They will not take responsibility for it and when you call and ask questions like the owners name, they refuse to give it to you. Horrible service rude people 0 to 10 don't recommend.

I don't write reviews often but this place deserves it. I walked in without an appointment and they took care of an oil change and trip inspection (a comprehensive look at the vehicle to make sure it's roadworthy for a reasonable cost) on the same day.These guys know their stuff. Good to find independent Lexus mechanics, especially ones with fair prices. They're also honest, too. Knowing that I'm from out of town and headed to another state they could have easily upsold me on something I didn't need, but these guys (and gal) are professionals. Very happy to know that places like these still exist.

I ve been a costumer here for over a decade and they ve been a solid business up until recently...Last week I took my car in for a tune-up before a big road trip to Maine. After picking my car up I realized something was terribly wrong. I call Whitie s, but they re closed. So I have my car checked out for a second opinion where a mechanic tells me my new brake is disengaged from the wheel and causing damage to my wheel and factory rim. He then calls another mechanic who checks out my car and says the same thing and that it s entirely too dangerous to drive. Whitie s is closed for the weekend and no one else wants to fix the issue THEY caused so I had to CANCEL MY ENTIRE TRIP. I m livid, but I m hopeful Whitie s will take care of the issue once the weekend is over since I ve been a loyal customer Not only did they have an attitude with me for bringing my car back, but they took no accountability for their completely unsafe mistake!!! Mind you, I lost out of at least $1500 for expenses I paid toward my vacation that I no longer could go on!! Tammy the receptionist was completely rude and reluctantly offered a discount on an oil change, knowing I don t get oil changes there. Then Mike tells me everybody makes mistakes and shrugs his shoulders! I could not believe the lack of empathy and accountability that USED TO BE one of Whitie s best qualities!!!I paid almost $1300 for a tune-up!! And the ONLY reason I felt comfortable paying that much was because I knew I was paying for peace of mind as well. Peace of mind that they were going to take great care of my car and treat me with respect. But really I just paid $1300 to a business who is greedy and inconsiderate to their customers. They told me the only issue was that a screw was loose in my brake and I KNOW that s a lie because several other mechanics told me otherwise!!!I WOULD NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY SERVICES!!! They are inconsiderate, disrespectful, and clearly incompetent in their work!! I d give 0 stars if I could.Services: Brakes, Oil change

They couldn't work on my Jaguar, but they helped with my questions more than any of the supposed mechanics that would want to put the analyzer on it for $125.00 and still not know anything. If I ever buy an Asian car they will be the only shop I'll go to, including the dealers

My family has been bringing our cars here for years and they always do such fantastic work. Mark always does his best to give us heads up on recalls and finds ways to save us money on repairs or replacements. They do an outstanding job here and we wouldn't go anywhere else. You can't beat the service they provide.8 years later and I still feel the same. Whole family still brings our cars here, even the newest additions.

My parents have been loyal Whitie's customers for as long as I can remember and that loyalty passed to me. I have been a customer for the last 16 years. We like them so much that my parents, who moved to NC last year, still bring their cars back up here to Whitie's for check ups (when they come to visit that is).Awesome service, great value. Honest and willing to explain everything. I have never felt pressured to buy a part or fix something that didn't need to be fixed immediately. They have even printed out a timeline of when they estimate things might need to be repaired.I highly suggest anyone who drives an import, to come here.Hands down, the best.

I ve taken my Honda Crosstour for several services. The team here are always friendly, informative, and provide great quality work. It s a great place to get work done on your vehicle. I highly recommend.

I ve used Whities for awhile now with my Toyota and Honda and I highly recommend them! They have gotten my vehicles in very last minute when needed and have gone over and above to get oil changes done quickly back when I had a limited time after preschool drop off . I trust their recommendations. Thank you!

I hit a curb in my Civic SI. I was able to work with Whitie's on fixing the suspension in the most cost effective manner. I mainly worked with Greg who is honest and trustworthy. I just feel very satisfied with the repair, what more can you ask for? We've been going to Whitie's for almost fifteen years. I trust them completely, and they're the only mechanics we go to. I trust them so much that I'd rather buy a used car and have them work on it than a new car and be forced to use a dealer's mechanic for the warranty. They always call with accurate estimates, and they tell you how much life you can expect out of things like brakes or tires. The mechanics have done great work, the front desk staff are all friendly and professional, and the owner can speak "Car Guys" so you can narrow down the problem on the phone alone.

This place is great. They have assisted with my daughters car on 2 occasions. We are 4 hours away from UC and her car has had a couple issues. It is very reassuring to have honest and quality shop so close to campus. We are thankful for this great group!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Whities is one of the very few mechanic shops I fully trust. I like cars and I try to do most most of my own maintenance at home. When I do take a car to a shop, I can spot when someone is trying to sell a service or exaggerate the severity of a problem. These guys don't do that. They are ready and willing to explain every problem in detail to their customers and they avoid unnecessary work, which saves customers time and money. Basically, they are just amazingly honest and they do good work. This is a very impressive operation, and I recommend them to everyone I can.

I stopped taking my Acura to the dealership because of the experiences that I had with Whitie's. These guys know what they are doing, and they won't try to pile on extra work just because you are getting close to needing it. They explain everything you need, why you need it, and if there is a chance to wait or save money. Honest business with honest people.

I'm not sure if I get to call this the "best in business", because I virtually never went to others. They always provide the best service, as well as the knowledge into any problems you may have. Greg is a very trustworthy fellow. My vehicle has been well taken care of in the past years while I stayed in Cincinnati.

These guys aren't good - they're stellar. Whitie's installed a new center console in my 350z after some thugs broke into my car and stole my aftermarket stereo. The Whitie's team suggested a number of alternatives for the repairs to match my quality and cost expectations. The quality was excellent and the team is very friendly. Whitie's also installed new stainless steel break lines and ceramic pads. I highly recommend Whitie's Car Care.

My college-aged son had his catalytic converter fall off on a 2007 Mazda 6. Whities (that's how they spell it their web site, no apostrophe) was friendly and helpful when I called - Tammy was very nice and knowledgeable - and they got my son in quickly, repaired the issue, and did so at a great price. Didn't try to gouge or upcharge. In fact, Tammy was even helpful telling him to bring the old part in and they could use part of it to help keep the cost down. (Thanks!) We of course have a Tundra and it's older, we needed help with our AC (well that's what we thought) it wasn't the AC and they were very nice and still completed all repairs quickly.... Huge, huge thank you for all the help and professionalism!!!!!! Take Care, James

They never do a repair that's not needed and will hold failed parts and show / explain exactly what's wrong and why a repair was needed. They always make my wife feel comfortable and don't pressure her into unnecessary stuff. Been taking care of my 99 Honda since I bought it, running strong at 200k.

They did good work but were overpriced and took longer than expected for the repairs made on my Toyota Camry. The gentleman was confrontational when I pushed back on the quality of one of the repairs.

Staff are very friendly and do their best to explain (in simple terms) what the hell is going on! I do not understand car talk or the other gobbaly goop that comes with it. Regardless, I came here recently with my best friend whose A/C was locked. Turns out the wrong parts had been put in her car previously by a different garage. Whities explained not only that but how they were going to fix it. The price was a little expensive but only because we had to replace some bolts, pipes, AND the A/C.

I can t say enough positive things about Whities! They will get you right in, they are trustworthy, and they call to explain your issue and send pictures before beginning any work. Not to mention, they are so affordable and truly just want to help you.
