very nice folks I would definitely recommend their services in the future however just constructive criticism if the vehicle you own is only worth $2000 I would not recommend a $7000 transmission replacement with a 100,000 mile warranty it just doesn t make sense you have to weigh out whether it s worth the repair or not and it s unfortunate but there was no other option they had or were they willing to have so we paid $300 for the diagnostics and walked away. Thanks guys

Scheduled an appointment to get codes on my 2019 Acura NSX reset and find out why they were coming up. Previously took it to the Acura dealership twice, they told me they didn't know why they were coming up, but wanted me to put $11,00.00 in cats on. Found out from Aldo that it was an evap leak and putting cats on would not have solved the problem. Love the honesty, which is hard to find now a days, and would recommend this company 1000 %.

We are so impressed with Westside Auto Care! They were highly recommended to me to service my Mustang. We had some unresolved repairs from another garage and I needed to find a reliable mechanic. Before Aldo even opened the hood, he knew exactly what was wrong. His other mechanic previously worked at Ford and was extremely knowledgeable, as well. They completed the repair in less than one day. I finally found a trustworthy, reasonably priced, thorough mechanic. They also referred to my Mustang as "She" and "Her"! These guys really "get it" and I'll happily trust all of my repairs on "My Girl" to them from now on.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Aldo did a GREAT job on my 1987 Mercedes !!!! Necole at the front desk was very friendly and she kept me updated often. GREAT place !!!! I highly recommend them.

Aldo and the shop is definitely top tier! Honestly no-one can even come close to competing with the reliability and trust that this company brings to the table. He has proven to be able to do more than most. You put a challenge in front of him he wants to do it and make it ocd perfect for you! Great work every time!Thanks!

I have a 2013 MINI Cooper with about 85,000 miles. She s wonderful but occasionally needs some attention. Upon moving to Cincinnati, I found Westside Auto here on Google and was pleased by the positive reviews. These folks are the real deal! My little MINI Pearl is back to purring like a kitten and at a very reasonable price. The mechanics here are fair and flexible but where this place shines is they go above & beyond in customer service. The young lady who runs the front desk, Nicole, is an absolute marvel. When I was out of town for a family emergency, she arranged for my car to be dropped off at my home so I wouldn t have to be without it over the long Memorial Day Weekend. Seriously?! Who does that kind of thing these days??Kudos to the whole team at Westside for making what is usually an unpleasant situation a true example of how things should be done.Service: Engine repair

I was told by tire discounters that I need brakes. But since I do know about companies upselling I choose not to let anyone do it but Westside Auto because I trust them for over 30 years. And then they proved again I'll trustworthy they are cuz they told me I didn't need brakes that all I need was an adjustment The bill came down from 520 down to $52.!!!Service: Brakes

I ve taken my car to multiple different places before I met Aldo. After meeting Aldo for the first time I realized he is not only a stand up guy but incredibly knowledgeable. I ve taken my car down to westside auto care a couple times in the past couple months and every time I am treated exceptionally well and I know my car is in good hands. If you are even considering taking your car to Westside Auto Care stop thinking about and it do it already. I took my car up there because of a fluid leak. They claimed it was the radiator among a few other things that would cost me nearly $1000. That price was just too much so I decided to take the car to my uncle's shop about 35 miles away because I knew I'd get a good deal with someone I know I can trust. I get a call from my uncle after a day or two expecting to see how much less I'd have to pay and it turns out that my radiator, among the other things they said were wrong, was absolutely fine. My car just had an oil leak. If you're going to go to this place I would HIGHLY recommend getting a second opinion.

Very honest company. I am a naturally skeptical person and worried about getting ripped off when taking my car to get fixed. I was surprised at how straight to the point they were and how fair the price was. The work cost me $400 less than the other 2 quotes i had received from other shops. I'm happy to have finally found a fair and true mechanic in the city.

Stopped in for a brake service from a recommendation of a friend. Great customer service, fast turn around and very reasonable prices, especially compared to the dealership quote I got... thank you very much for the professional and top notch service! Definitely recommend to others!

Brought my car in to get power steering fixed. I was charged $1300+ even after getting my price lowered a few hundred by asking them to find used parts. 2 weeks later I hear the screeching again and my wheel is getting tighter so I bring it back because it is clearly not fixed. They forgot to tighten something up so I wait and they release it back to me. 2 more weeks go by and I go get an oil change where they tell me my power steering fluid is leaking. SOO I go back again and then they told me they missed something and I need a hose replaced and that would be $650 more. So I took my paperwork and went somewhere else after having to come back 3 times for same issue. Turns out it was a $50 fix, no hose issue.Wondering if the entire invoice they gave me originally was fabricated or if they actually fixed anything to begin with .but they sure got some good money and time out of me with their SCAM of a repair shop.STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Westside Auto Care has been servicing my vehicles for over ten years. Not only have I received excellent service, but they go above and beyond by thoroughly looking over my vehicles to keep me aware of any potential upcoming issues with honest recommendations. Anything from Chrysler, Chevrolet, BMW to Lexus they have NEVER let me down. Great people, fair charge for their services, and most importantly HONESTY.

Recently I have been having issues with my engine, but was unsure what the problem was. I took it to the big-box shop I usually get my tire service done at, and they told me I was going to need an entire new transmission. I felt sick and really wanted a second opinion before dishing out all of that money. I decided to take it here and boy am I glad I did. I was so relieved when they told me that my problem wasn't my transmission at all and I just needed new spark plugs. This saved me thousands of dollars and my car runs like it did when I drove it off the lot for the first time. I can't recommend this place enough, and I know this will be my first stop from now on when I am having any issues.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

They are very nice and understanding. They will work with you and help you figure out what s best for your car if you don t know, or if your a first time car owner. The lady who usually answers the phone is very sweet. I went in for a free check and it seemed like Aldo went above and beyond while maintaining the upmost integrity. I pulled up to the lot, told him about my issues and he stopped his work to get me in for a check. The receptionist was very friendly and seems knowledgeable about cars too, which is amazing. He was able to answer the questions that I had and he even found a big oil leak that I wasn't completely aware of. I only went in expecting a quick scan of the car's computer so I could find any other issues besides my O2 sensors being bad and to get a seized spark plug looked at so that I could weigh my options and see which repairs needed to be addressed first. After the scan, he told me both of my O2 sensors were bad and even told me which one of my wheel speed sensors were bad. As someone who's new to working on cars, I feel like he didn't even have to tell me which wheel speed sensor was giving me an ABS light, as it's something that I can do myself. He could've just said "it was one of them" and left it at that, pressured me into getting it fixed right then and there or told me something else to get money from me. It's honesty like that, that goes a LONG way for me. All from a FREE check. I will be going to him for any DIY repairs I can't do myself and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone looking for a good and honest mechanic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Couldn t be happier with my experience at westside auto care. This is a place that genuinely cares about providing customers with great service without ripping them off. Not only have I saved thousands of dollars in bringing my cars here instead of to a dealer I am also leave each time with a much more rewarding experience than I ve ever found at a dealer. I have lived in Westwood for almost 2 years and this is the only mechanic that I go to in Cincinnati. Not only do they do quality work, but their prices are great and they are honest! I wish I could underline the last part. It is so hard to find a honest mechanic (especially as a woman) but these guys get you in fast and they get you out on time. They don't extra "fluff" to the price. This is where you want to go!

Family oriented business with high quality work. Aldo (owner) takes his time to get to know the customers and explain what the car needs now and what can wait. I Always feel welcome walking in the door and trust I will receive the best service for my car.
