Amazing customer service! My son purchased his first new to him, used truck on Saturday and Randy was wonderful to work with! No pressure at all. Quick and painless process. My family would definitely recommend them to anyone looking and we would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Randy, he s loving his new toy!

I have honestly never been so screwed over by a dealership. Ohio needs to institute a lemon law due to the lying dealerships trying to screw people over. I bought a Jeep wrangler and have not even had it a full month and it needs many repairs. The power steering pump was completely out and needed to be replaced along with the front crank case seal. Now it needs an upper oil pan gasket, 4wd cable, and the overdrive button replaced. Who knows what else I ll find in the next couple weeks. This place is scum. They lure you in by hiring veterans thinking you d be able to trust them but that is not the situation. Do not trust them. Bring your own mechanic or take the car to your mechanic before buying a car here because they will lie to you just to try to make a sale. I m utterly disgusted by these people taking advantage of people.Update: after repairing the original repairs above the motor went out and due to that the catalytic converter went with it. Not only that but the drag link is stuck and not able to align the car properly and the wheel bearings were broken and had been for quite some time per the mechanic and that the dealership should lose its license for lying about the condition of their used cars.

Where to start... Negotiated price 13000 get bank docs back 14000. Do not even deal with Ryan snake in the grass in my opinion. Purchased a extended warranty and after 34,000 in repairs everything in the drivetrain failed due to non-disclosures and flood damage.. extended warranty has refused to warranty the vehicle communicated with the owner of the company within the first thousand miles of the warranty where it was their responsibility to fix the vehicle and I was told to kick bricks and if I came back I would be put in the hospital.. now that I have gotten burned and have had two years to chat it up with locals seems that the behavior is the same as when they had the car lot on the west side and got ran out of town....

We thought we were getting a fully serviced vehicle when we recently bought our used truck. About 10 miles up the road The check engine light came on and luckily my step dad was able to tell us what was wrong. We had to buy a new oil sensor and change the oil and filter. After seeing how black this oil/filter was it's clear it had NOT been serviced! We understand we bought a used truck as is but we were also mislead to believe the truck was serviced.

Teen daughter bought her first car. The great car detailing hid over $1,000 in needed repairs. Transmission problem, an oil leak, and the key fob gets stuck in ignition. Would absolutely never recommend this lot to anyone looking for a car.

I drove from Hamilton Oh to test drive a truck. I was greeted right away. The guys were extremely nice, no pressure service. It was my first buy through them and definitely will be back for another!!

Sold me a vehicle that didn t last but 15k miles broke down right after I bought it they said they would fix it because warranty wouldn t cover it had more damage in the block seems like they don t really care

The service was awesome! We went out knowing we were looking for something to fit our family. We hit several lots on that road and didn't find much in the lower price range we were looking for. We finally came across this auto shop and Rob, the guy who was working that day, treated us like family. He made the process seamless, got us a loan with no money down, and an IOU for a couple of things that needed fixed. It felt like more than just a sale and we would definitely go back again in the future.

The gentleman running the showroom floor were very professional. I drove over an hour to check out a nice 2012 Dodge Journey and I'm not disappointed with my purchase. So far the car is everything they said it was .I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and will be a returning customer. Thanks for all your help Randy and Dan.

I just wanted to put in a comment about my experience at Weinle East. I purchased a Hummer from here a day ago and wanted to let future purchasers know that Doug made this an extremely easy, pleasurable experience for me. I've purchased from big dealerships before and have had horrible experiences with the sales/finance employees trying to make a profit off of me and pressuring me to the point of making me feel unhappy about my purchase. Aside from going above and beyond for me to fix the tiny little interior cosmetic things that were wrong with no hesitation he was very welcoming and patient. I called to let him know the time I was arriving and he already had the vehicle pulled in a garage and warmed up for me to test drive. Finding a business where an employee treats it as his own and takes his time to enjoy the moment is very rare in this world. I know that I kept him there 2 hours past closing and he did not show one sign of eagerness to close the doors and gave me undivided attention. The process was quick and without pressure or any feeling of unease. I highly recommend them for purchasing and trading in vehicles. I was pleasantly surprised at what I received for my trade-in and what deal we were able to achieve with a solid warranty.

Dan and Randy were excellent to work with!!! Dan was very straightforward and honest with us from the beginning. And Randy explained everything that I had questions about in fine detail. I would highly recommend using these guys and we will definitely come back if we need another auto purchase in the future.Follow up...I went to the BMV to get my tags and they forgot to give me my bill of sale back. I called Randy to see if it would be easy to get a second copy of the bill of sale thinking that it would be easier to get it from Randy then it would be to get it back from the BMV and I was correct. Randy quickly said that it would be simple to look up my records and screenshot a copy of it to me so that I can print it off at home! he was also willing to fax it or mail it to me but I thought the screenshot was the easiest way as well. What great people to work with!

I took my grandson there to buy him a car before he went to college. They has a Subaru he was very interested in buying. We were greeted by a very nice lady at the office, but Mr Weinle was not at the business. She called him, but he did not come to the store. She gave us the keys to the car for a test drive, which we did, and when we returned found that he still had not shown up. After negotiations over the phone we agree on a price. She suggested we go have some lunch, which we did. Finally upon returning to the store, Mr. Weinle was busy doing the paperwork. There were items on the window sticker of the car that were not on the car, and he printed a paper stating the car was sold with no warranty. I question him about this, and he said that was an extra that they discuss with the client at the time of purchase. I told him, if has shown up during the purchasing process we may have had the opportunity of discussing the warranty. He finally relented and included the warranty. My grandson drove the car about three days after the purchase, when the front cowling fell off, and he drove over it of course, not having a chance to stop. This tells me that after washing the car for delivery they did not check this very well, or decided to omit that the cowling was loose.

I give this place a 5 star until recently after dealing with them for 4yr. I trusted and them and thought they really cared but they don't I pray no one else get the same treatment that I have recieved. To make a long story short I went in the auto shop Weinle to have this person to work on my radiator in July. Well I thought he was giving me a deal no #1 I was off the recorded nothing was on paper or file was not in books or computer. #2 payed a very low payment. Went traveling make long story short could not make home. I was 2hr away from home took to auto guy and he told me my motor gone. SO HURT BY THIS I HOPE AND PRAY WEINLE REAP WHAT THEY SO
