Avoid. Ordered an item in November 2022, was told 3 months lead time. 6 months goes by, was told 3 more months. That continued for a year and a half. It takes them multiple days/weeks to respond to any communication, if they respond at all. Then I finally just cancelled the order. They acknowledged the cancellation after using 4 separate forms of communication and several days passing but did not issue a refund. Its been over 2 weeks now, no response, no refund. Just a terribly run company as is painfully clear by most of these reviews.

Absolutely horrible. You should see my email chain in 2 weeks of my 15 emails to their 2 about sending me the part and th saying will we refund you then stoppedCommunication. Even tried calling but they re too afraid to answer the phone. I m reporting this so called business to the better business bureau, as well as the local news. I hope they come knocking at your door and your business gets shuts down for what you re doing to honest people who pay you money. Luckily PayPal got my money back to me quickly so I can take my business elsewhere. This place is the worst. Zero stars. Do not buy!

This review is on behalf of someone else. Ordered 4 parts for my vehicle - 3 came in 6-9 months, the most expensive part, a carbon rear diffuser ($1800) never came. I am 3 years in with no resolution or response from the company. Any positive review I would take with a grain of salt. Company will not answer the phone or respond to my emails anymore. Having spoke to MANY other customers. They have also never received product after many months/years These people are nothing but thieves. Look at the BBB if you want the truth. Not here.

Site had a low price on an item, so I bought it, sure lower than it should have been. Reached out to see if my order was being processed 3 days later then get a reply told me retail was 790 they could do 741 they re price look on the web site and the price is increased from 322 to 674, not 790 or for that matter even 741 joke of a company take your money else where not worth the time or hassle. They are special in any way carrying the same box store items as everyone else and still charge crazy shipping prices. Just do yourself a favor and keep on shopping but anywhere but here. Adding insult to injury, I can t even get a refund from these people, Good thing I paid through PayPal. Looking to have PayPal get my money back. But 10 out of 10 do not recommend Just seems like a straight up scam. These people are the worst do not buy!!

DO NOT buy anything from this company. He has been giving me the run around and every excuse under the sun about a very simple LT4 supercharger lid. It s been almost 8 weeks for what was supposed to be 2weeks . He has quit all communication and left me in the dark. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, BBB and my CC company. I ll see to it I get my money back!!! Again, FULL WARNING THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU. Listen to all these reviews on Google. I wish I would have known!!

Still waiting on order. I was told 10 days then 15 days. Excuses, excuses. If you look up the delivery time it basically give them a way out to deliver whenever it s available. Return policy is just as bad. 10% to 30% or more fee. Only place I know without free shipping. They need to learn from paragon. Always gets shipped and delivered on time. Unfortunately paragon did not have 11mm wheel spacers. Let s see how long it takes. I will be changing my review when I receive the part. I only post 5 stars but sometimes I need to let people know . well, unfortunately, I still haven t received the spacers. Keep getting the runaround as to the delivery time. I am calling my bank and canceling the order. I did leave a message and asked them one more time for a delivery date. Still haven t heard back from them please do not buy anything from these people, they will keep your money and just keep telling you that your order is being filled

I made a purchase with them 3 months ago for an exhaust system for my car and price was $1798. First they said they didn't have it in stock and then they gave me another option for another brand which I ended up accepting. But even today they haven't even sent it and whenever I send an email asking they reply "I'm checking on it"please no one buys from this company, they are very irresponsibleWorst company i ever purchase

Very simple. If you work hard for your money and you expect to receive a product after you pay for it do not do business with them. Also if you ordered a part don't expect any email or phone communication with them. Worse experience of my life.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would, Benjamin/Brent and now Dale are responsible for the issue. First I ask about a product and I have Ben blowing up my phone asking for my number to call and explain how great the innerchiller is. I patiently wait and receive the made to order part and it comes works for the most part but the wiring is wrong. I am here in Cali and my shop had to but a micro add a fuse because the one provided wasn t for my car. I have emailed them, sent them direct messages on Facebook, and Instagram. Called them texted them ..still nothing. The wrong wiring harness was provided, but unlike the add a fuse this isn t something I can just buy, I have to get it directly from them. Now the only response I ve gotten is that my life is hard at the moment that isn t even my fault. Ben told me to contact Dale when I initially communicated the issue, but when it was time to sell the product he spoke for everyone and everything. This was a decent product that worked 60 percent but the way I have been treated is unacceptable as a paying customer. And no Ben/Brent you have not communicated with me and my issue has not been resolved, so don t reply to this review saying you did. Once you resolve the issue I ll take this post down.Service: Air conditioning

Does not stand behind their products. I reached out to them several times with Facebox Messenger, about a $750 carbon fiber piece that the clear coat is popping and recieved no response.

Do not buy anything from these guys. Read the small print, they will not stand behind anything they sell. They sell other peoples products and won t give you the time of day unless it is in their best interest. Nothing but con artist and empty promises. They just lead you on hoping you go away. Look at all the complaints on The BBB. There s a reason they are not an BBB accredited business; they don t want to be held accountable for their shady business practices. Run run run. Do your business with someone who is willing to be held accountable and stand behind their products.

These guys were great to work with on my recent upgrades to my C7Z06 Corvette. They really helped me to understand which modifications would give me the best performance and with the end result I was looking for within my budget. The installation was done very professionally and the end product was outstanding! Highly recommended.

If youre looking for a performance shop, with quality products and great customer service this is your place.ordered a heat exchanger for my CTS-V, the owner brent personally sent me a text letting me know when it shipped (2-3 days later). product came in and i was impressed with quality of the product and welds.product and communication was great so ordered a varimax pump a month later to complete the build, product came in fast with top notch customer service and fast shipping.ive dealt with other shops on the past, and having the owner respond within an hour each time is almost unheard of.i will be doing more business with brent and his team and WX.

Ordered headers with ceramic coating, they came in and shipped without the coating, contacted them, and they agreed to refund the difference, after going back and forth on when me refund was going to happen, I had to file a dispute, I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, if a company can't afford a $300 refund there's a problem, horrible service imo, thank you pay pal.

*****DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY*****I had originally placed an order with them in November of 22 and was aware of the projected lead time of 5 months. The 5 months came and went with a couple of emails to and from checking the status of my order. When it hit the 9 month mark, I sent a few emails again, checking on the status of my order. This time I got 1 rude response stating their cancellation policy. I called and emailed several more times to multiple listed phone numbers and email addresses, but got no response. Needless to say I filed a dispute with my CC company and they took care of me. I would give them ZERO stars if possible. Heed this warning and STAY AWAY!!!

I have used WeaponX a few times over the years. This past year I have worked directly with Brent. He goes above and beyond with service. They sell quality products and are very upfront. I have purchased their Carbon Fiber parts and exhaust for my CTS-V this past year. If you have any technical questions all you need to do is ask! They are one of the best in the industry!

Worst company I have ever bought from!I order a part May 26,2023. I have emailed multiple times and got a few emails back. My part was to ship on 6/30 and I have not recieced a shipping confirmation. You can't call because no one answers and the website says it's having troubles. Over it! I want a full refund for all this HOT mess! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a part online. Later found out that Weapon X is basically a middle man for online sales with a local shop in Ohio. I'm sure their in person services are great, just look at the reviews. But their online services are horrific if not non existent. This is where everyone is suffering and then responding so negatively. It's like the company is trying to fulfill an online role that it can't fulfill because it has no ability to change anything with the suppliers and then it does not staff anyone in to handle online customers, so those customers just suffer without communication and without an advocate. The best thing this company could do would be to staff at least 1 person to answer the phone, explain exactly how things work to potential customers and then field all the questions and concerns and try to help people through the process. I believe many of the disenchanted online customers would easily have been satisfied (myself included) with something as simple as a live person to talk to who cared, even a little. I'm basically just expecting my $300 to be gone forever. And you know what, that's ok. They clearly need it more than I do. Hopefully, they will listen to the online negativity for what it is and take the money that they have from online customers and invest in a live person to help those customers.

Decided not to order from them. I tried to call to make a purchase, but their phone options only allowed leaving a voicemail. Their recordings for leaving a voicemail if you had already made an order was making an excuse about not being in control of their suppliers inventory and that some orders would be delayed. I sent an email asking whether they had a part and they replied with a question. I asked them to call me to discuss and they said that it would be better to handle via text, as they were moving. I looked for reviews and looked at their BBB rating. All of the complaints about them were met with replies about not being able to get parts from their vendors, but never apologized or offered a refund. I gave 2 stars only because I didn't order, but reputation means a lot to me.

Placed a order for some headers on the 3rd of November it s now the 29th with zero replies to multiple emails zero contact and the won t answer their phone Absolutely the worst site to order parts from save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

Do not order online from this company. An intake I ordered for my car took over 8 months to ship. Every month I d email and they d tell me it would be one more month. They did this over and over. They do not allow refunds. After waiting I finally got my intake and the MAF sensor hole wasn t even the right one for a GM car at all. I emailed weaponx and was told they d get back to me. They never did. Stay away from this company.

High quality products !! I get questions all the time about what and where they can get the carbon intake I have. Don't hesitate to buy from these guys. I wish I lived closer so they could do all my work.

Ordered a wing for my 2019 ZR1 in August 2022 with the expectation that it would be available in 6 months or so. Since then every time I check in with them, it has been another month or two delay. Now their phone numbers are no longer in service and No responses via email, website chat, Facebook, etc. I paid them a little over $2,000 for the order. Do not do business with these individuals unless you just want to be taken advantage of. My next step will be to file a lawsuit with the district attorney's office in Cincinatti.

Just ordered some wheel spacers from weapon x . Nothing huge but still . I was blown away at the level of customer service Brent gave !! You d have thought i was spending thousands , not that it should matter. I own a pretty successful business myself and customer service is key if you want returning business. I was so not disappointed. Thank you Brent for answering my questions and taking care of my order with such happy to help enthusiasm. I will definitely order again sir !

I'm sure if you go to them in person the service is probably great. But if you order out of state it is impossible to get ahold of anyone, by email or phone. It really isn't hard to higher a person to answer phones. I have sent multiple emails regarding a set of headers I ordered 2 months ago with no reply. I don't suggest using them at all
