Good prices on new tires, installation, etc. Saved $200+ on 2 new tires on front of my truck, versus another competitor. I got good name brand Cooper All Terrain tires, which are excellent tires. If I would have went to the competition, I would've paid a good $200 more for the same process, and I would've gotten cheap brand tires at the competitor's place. So, to sum up, I saved $200 ish and got much better tires, than I would've gotten at the competition.There are a few small fees that they charged here, that I was not made aware of being charged, until I looked over the receipt. Valve stem charge per tire and tire fees. I knew about the tire fees, didn't really know about valve stem charges, but that's the only thing I can say that's "negative", all in all, glad i went here to get new tires installed.

Went to get an oil change, guy said give him about 40 minutes. After a little over an hour, the manager noticed me looking around trying to see if my car was even in the bay yet and asked what car I had. He said they couldn t do the oil change because there was a bolt in the way that they couldn t get off and to take it back to the last place it was serviced because he didn t know why they would put a bolt on the filter. It s a cartridge oil filter. That s how the car is made, there wasn t an issue. Do they turn away every car with a cartridge oil filter or just mine since it was close to closing time?

Went there for a tire change because one of mine had gone flat. Guy told me it would take about an hour. I walk around and do some shopping and come back in an hour and a half.I see another guy that was also getting his tire changed leaving. They had arrived after me so I assumed mine was done. I walk up to the counter and ask the guy if it was ready, and he tells me they had canceled the job because my car was older and lifting it might bend the frame.The problem with that is that they hadn t called or anything to tell me. So I wasted all that time and had to go to the tire discounters down the street. Unprofessional staff, that really shouldn t be trusted with your car. Wouldn t recommend.

Very rude when I had to return the battery they had just sold me a couple hours before. They have free installation of the battery but wouldn t install mine because it s in the fender well. I took it somewhere else to have it installed but it was the wrong battery. I bought a battery at that place because Walmart said it was the only battery they had for my vehicle. When I returned it the jerk that sold it to me said that it was the right battery. My friend had taken pictures of my old battery and the one they sold me side by side. Not the same size. When he showed the picture to the guy at Walmart he stomped off. As we were leaving another man yelled to the guy that refunded our money to make sure he checked the receipt really good. I will never buy go back to the automotive area again or buy anything like a mower or things like that because I had trouble with buying a mower from them several years ago. Very poor customer service!

I m writing this on behalf of all the Wal-Marts Domestic and Foreign. Do away with the Tire and Oil Change! It s beyond pitiful! If you want Tire Service, use a place like Discount Tire. Oil Changes, personally, I do them myself. They re so easy to do plus it s cheaper and done right! If you can t do it for physical reasons, I say use a reputable Oil Change facility. Let s face it. America flushed itself down the Toilet years ago. I always said 9/11 was the beginning.Services: Tires, Oil change

The only issue I have with this place is it takes so long to get what ever done I had 4 tires put on ( really good price by the way ) but my husband dropped the car off at 9am and I got a text message at 11am. They either need to hire more techs or teach them to go faster. It shouldn't take 2 hours to put on 4 tires. I know this because my husband was a supervisor at a tire shop for 10 years, a smaller business and less workers.

I got Walmart to install 4 tire sensors, I bought they couldn't reset them, but they did install them, once I got home googled how to reset them, then I reset them myself.But couldn't install them myself, so thanks Walmart 4 stars cause their hand held device couldn't reset the sensors.

I ran into the automotive side of Walmart to purchase windshield wipers. The gentleman working the department seemed to be very busy, but he helped me purchase the wipers I needed. I went to the car and was having trouble putting them on. I was at it for at least a half hour. This service man went to park a car that looked like it was finished being serviced. I asked him if this was the right size it did not seem right to me. Long story short he attached them for me and even made sure they were working. I just wanted to make sure he was recognized for his hard work.

Got my warranty tired replaced they didn t rotate or balance my tires now my car is in the shop would not recommend. Customer service is also horrible they stand around in the garage eating and drinking.

I called them 10 mins before arriving here and was told that they were able to do an oil change for me. I then get here ready to have my car get done because that's what I was told not to mention that I had my 3yr old and 1 yr old with me because again I was just told on the phone that they could do it. So I walk in and am told it's a 1 to 2 he wait.... So then I had to proceed to either walk around the store for at least and he and a half or leave with my to small children... Which I left because I didn't want to walk around the store with this virus going around....

I ordered tires online. I usually go to TIRE DISCOUNTERS but i was trying to save about $100. The purchase went well and i was notified by text and email that the tires had arrived. I called to make an appointment as it said to do online but the service guy told me they were not accepting appointments. I was told i could just show up on a first come first serve basis. I was also told mornings were the best time to show up. Auto center opens at 7:00 AM and I got here at 7:30 AM. I was checked in at 7:45 and told my tires would be done in 2 hours. TIRE DISCOUNTERS take about an hour.The car never got pulled in the garage for over 2 hours and the whole process of removing my old tires and mounting the new ones took over 4hrs. Ridiculous. I pulled in here by 730 AM and left around noon. Do yourself a major favor and spend the extra $100 and go to TIRE DISCOUNTERS and save yourself 3 hours or so. Will never buy here again.Edited on 9/09/20It has been about six months since my tire purchase which i paid for the lifetime rotation. They have temporarily closed due to the virus and want me to drive 50 miles to one of their auto centers thats open to get my tires rotated. Its funny how they can stay open to sell their stuff but don't have anyone available to fulfill their service obligations. I see all the tire discounter stores are still open and fulfilling their obligations. If you've read the reviews on this store then you know there is no way you should go to walmart for any automotive need period.

Every single time i go there they find a way out of the work. I called to check for tires and they didnt even look just said nope we wont have those. I asked him to look and he sighed then one minute later said nope dont have em! They get paid to do a job then they complain about doing their job. Sad world anymore.

Quick, cheap, good for oil changes. Be sure to come on an off day or non-peak time versus a weekend.Hard part is that hardly ever anyone at the desk there and you have to wait a bit to get service. The mechanics (not the desk staff) are much more with it, one even checked my brakes for me.

This experience was a good one. The manager Dave was a big help. They couldn t put my tire on because it was a slightly smaller size (right size was not in stock) but they lent me their jack and 4 way and I pulled it off on my own. They had me out the door pretty fast. But... on Sunday they close at 6 not 7, like it says on here, so don t go there expecting it to be open like there info says! Other than that

If I could give them half of a star, I would.-Nobody answer the phones.-They lost the Toyota Corolla emblem that goes on my hubcaps.- I was the only person there, and it took them 1 hour to change my tires.-Saw workers playing around, doing Tic Tok dances Just .TERRIBLE.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

The computer in my car said low air pressure in my passenger side front tire. I pulled up to the Eastgate Walmart auto service center in the back and ask the old guy running the department if I could get some air put in my tire that it is showing low on my car s computer system. He didn t want to do it. His reply was it didn t look low to him. He didn t even want to check it with a pressure gauge.. after a short argument he gave in and put some air in it. I use to take my car and truck there for oil changes. I think I will take it elsewhere from now on.

I was told it would be 2 1/2 - 3 hours to pop two tires off the rim and new ones on. I had a customer driving a U-Haul truck and was stranded. Luckily I found a small shop that would help me get the customer off the road in a timely manner.

Sat for 10 mins waiting to get checked in while employees just stared at me. Gave up and went to a Valvoline. They may be more expensive, but at least they are fast, efficient and leave you waiting.

The store was clean and the mechanic were knowledgeable about their jobs but while I was waiting I walked around the store and have never felt more embarrassed about things in my life . I had an employee ask me if I was stealing because I was spending so much time looking at phone covers . They called up front in my presents and told a manager that the need to have security watch me and described my 7 month old baby my wife and myself to a tee. 2 minutes later for the next 45 minutes we had a oily haired under cover security watching us hovering over us in the creepiest way. I felt so wronged it's not even funny will never go back in the walmart in Eastgate area.

My experience was absolutely horable! Not only did the wait last longer than 2 hours for puting on 2 front tires they also somehow messed up my car. And it is now sitting at there store and they cannot do anything about it because they do not know what is wrong with it. And I was quoted $10 a tire and I was charged $50. I highly I recommend this place and ask you to please go to anyone else

Complete waste of time. Called this morning see if they had my tire size in stock, they did. I arrive sit in the waiting area over an hour before they told me that did not in fact have my tire in stock. I would understand if I came at a busy time and had to wait in line but this was 7:20am this morning. No cars in front of me and 4 techs not including the guy at the register who quoted me for their non existing tires.

We bought our tires online. The price was very good and hard to beat. After waiting for 6 hours (dropped the car off) we were called only to be told that the tire size was outside of the allowance (I was replacing the tire size on the car...which had been the same for 5 years, just not what was recommended from Ford). So, apparently Walmart policy won't let them change the tire size to a tire 5 mm on the shoulder size.Once I went to pick up my car, I was told I owed $66.00 before I could get my car and keys back. When they never did anything to my car.....Now, I have to wait 45 minutes for a CSM to return money from a purchase that I could use at 99% of other tire installers, just not here.So now, Walmart gets $0 from all of the frustration from literally one of the dirtiest stores in the tri-state area.

Ok time for a review on this place. I came here two times but now i have to talk about it. Everytime i walk in it appears they hate to serve people including me. The first time i came in was on a thursday at 5 and all i needed was a oil change and they refused to serve me because "it would take to long" there was only 3 cars there. They also close at 7 so i dont understand how they cant do this service with more than 4 guys in the shop. Now i came in today to hope that it improved but NO. I came in at 5:45 for another oil change and to have them look at my tire and he said it would be one or the other. I also didnt even get greeted. Not a "hey how it going" not a "we will be with you in a moment" just a guy walking up to me frowning and saying "what do you need." This absolutely sucks so bad id rather go down the road to jiffy lube and pay 40 dollars more just to get better service and quicker times. Great job walmart another lost customer.

Went there to get 4 new tires on my car. Got a call about an hour later that the employee who worked on my car broke a lug nut. I will not be going back. The manager was very good and professional in solving the problem. I will never recommend anyone going there.

I had the worst store experience ever today at Wal-Mart automotive.went there at 8:am to get 2 new tires installed it took over 3 hours and it wasn't busy .I was exasperated as I watched through the glass the employees were all moving slow and would stand around and talk alot work a little then stop and talk alot more I told the management but they did nothing just acted like they didn't care it was the way it was and not even the asst store manager did anything!!! I don't recommend this store for any automotive work they just don't care and they knew and could see you watching them but the still moved slow talked alot and did very little work.

Extremely unprofessional and false hours posted. Went in before 7 and didn't even see an employee til 7. Then was informed that they stop taking cars a quarter til so they can close up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Will not be going there again.

Too many people standing around doing nothing or clowning around. That's why it takes so long. Had to explain what I wanted done multiple times and they still didn't get it completely right. Guess you get what you pay for.

Broaden my 2005 Ford expedition to have one tire change and it took 3 hours to of the hours it just sat in a Bay and they didn't touch it But I watch him do like 10 oil changes not even so much as and apology for the long wait I will never go back to eastgate walmart for any service.
