I'm glad I listen to friends. Because I followed and was not only surprised but well taken care of... I needed an oil change and they took care of me, fast and efficient. Even advised on which plan would be best for my vehicle. I'll be back..

Visited for oil change because of availability of low cost options. The mechanic put the different oil then I asked for and his behavior was also not good with the cashier at reception. The manager tried to convince me that the oil has similar quality. Even though overall I am not fully satisfied with the service provided. I would prefer any other Walmart auto care next time.

Awful, not answer their phone. No knows their hours. Tried calling directly, the main store number, no answer. Call pharmacy, only one that answer the phone. Both they and website state 7am. It's 8am. Sitting in the dark in their waiting area. Refuse to turn on the lights so I could work. Finally started to work on my tire, a nail was in it but look in the shop area. They working on the wrong tire! 2 hours and 41 minutes to plug a tire! Had warranty but we're trying to charge me. Had to remind them several times of warranty. They blamed their computer system for mistakes, not required to listen to customers. Tire Discounters offer to fix for free. I should have let them do it. Walmart warranty is worthless if you have to demand service every time you try to use it.

I had an appointment at 3 pm. I was there at 2:35 pm. There was only one mechanic at the store. I was told that other mechanics went for lunch and they didn t come back. I didn t get call or email about it. That is why I was asked to reschedule my appointment. I have driven 35 min to get there. It was totally time waste. This place seems like has mismanagement. I will cancel my tire purchase and replacement.

I get it, sometimes you're overworked, understaffed, dealing with customers (who can frankly be some of the worst individuals) and trying to deal with a myriad of issues just pelting you constantly. This is less a review and more of a "You guys might need to make some changes in your staffing or policies, hire some techs or limit the amount of installs a day". It might very well have been a bad day for them. But a 2+ hour wait isn't exactly what anyone wants to have to do. It seemed pretty chaotic and your technicians seem either overburdened or just not given the correct time frames and help they need. The results were perfectly fine however, 4 tires replaced and installed correctly.Edit: I'll bump it up to 3 stars. The service manager was polite and kind enough to cut the bill down roughly 60ish$ or so for the excessive time wait. I appreciated that and thought it was quite nice of them to do that.

Terrible experience. Do NOT expect any timely services or knowledgeable staff.Ordered 4 new tires delivered to the center. Scheduled a 1pm appointment for installation. Arrived at 12:49 to check in. Was informed that they HAD the tires but they have not been checked into the store yet. In comes 3 other employees AND A MANAGER and all 4 employees combined did not know how to check in the product to be installed. Meanwhile. 4 walk in oil changes were scheduled and completed while I sit and sit and sit. Finally at 1:30. Forty minutes after arrival I'm informed that they would not be able to get to my 1pm appointment until after 3 because everyone HAD TO GO ON LUNCH at 2pm... Ryan, the managaner, said there's nothing he can do because it was first come first serve, even though I had a 1pm appointment and the mechanics all informed him that i was the only one in line when i arrived. . So I was forced to cancel my appointment and take my tires else where to have them installed, which they couldn't even help me take the tires to my car!

Horrible place. Went for battery installation but they broke my car ignition by bending the key in it. It cost me $793 to fix!! They initially told me you fix it we will pay, but now they are saying we don't pay anything!!! Staff and assistant managers I talked to so far all are hopeless and trying to get themself out of it! I trusted them like normal honest people but unfortunately they are not like that. I am going to sue them if they don't come forward and pay me back the money. If there is somebody else with similar situation let me know so we can team up and get our right back.I don't know what kind of service they offer! Never ever go there again. Absolutely rubbish and useless...

Do yourself a big favor and don t go over there .I went yesterday to fix a flat tire .Starting of the store hours supposed to be 8am until 7pm on a SaturdayI came at 12:30 pm . The lights are off nobody was there .One of the employees walked by and told us ohh yeah they will reopen at 130 pm ( he said lots of call offs )Well 130 finally came and I was in line to drop my car for service .The guy greeted all the customers with an attitude .When I said I want to get my flat tire fixed and oil change he said he s not sure they will be able to fix it ( he didn t even see what was the issue) and said I might need to get a new tires . I told him the nail is within the thread and it s fixible . He said , we will check and let you know .2 hours later the lady called me letttjng me know my car is ready .I came at 4:55 to pick up my car signing all the paperwork , getting the key and finding out the my tire is still flat and no one touched it .Walked back into the store and asked what happen and why my tore isn t fixed . She said I don t know .Then I looked on the paperwork and on the comments its says not repairable , customer declined replacement.No one contact me in regards to that .So eventually I got only oil changed and still flat tire .Went this morning to firestone on colarain ave and bang got it all fixed without any questions or isssues .The tech said the the nail was still in the center withing the guideline RMA .Came to find out the the tech who did my oil change overfilled my engine with to much oil.Please please stay away from that location .For your safety and you car

As they seen me walking in to check in, I had to wait 10 mins for one of the guys to help me seeing that I was pregnant, then they said first come first served and there was ppl who came in after me that left before me. They are busy playing around instead of doing their job. Won't be back.

Forgot to put valve cap back on tires. Didn't vacuum car, said it was broke and I later found out they were lying. Staff was on a personal call and eating ignoring customers. Wouldn't go back.

Staff are very unprofessional, especially the service manager. They re yelling at each other. The service manager chooses what services they re going to perform for that day. No one is at the service counter, because they re all in the garage laughing and joking. Never again will I entertain this foolery.

Horrible!!! Staff completely unprofessional! In addition, Auto Center NEVER answers the phone! I'm so glad I pulled my money from Walmart's stock! This particular store needs a complete overhaul and new management!!!

No word to explain how bad this place, went for tire he said worker will come at 3 PM and they will close 4:30 PM, he behaves like a homeless person

Horrible customer service, store hours 7am -11pmNever there 9am - 2pm on a good dayI pay more to go to tire discounters next doorAt-least they're there on their stated business hours and not screw everything up and keep you waiting all-day

Called to see if a tire was in stock and they said they were closed (it was 5pm) I said you are open until 7 and they said "it is 7" and hung up
