They are extremely unorganized and Cathy s attitude is atrocious. She screamed at the computer then attempted to charge me $73 for her incompetence. She did not realize/believe that my order was paid in full. A job that was 1 hr, cost me a 2 hour stay due to Cathy s incompetence and her being flustered, and me explaining over and over that my order was paid for. I was calm and respectful, but this visit was horrendous, absolutely egregious. Cathy needs empathy training, certainly.

Got there at the scheduled time. Stood and waited to get service for 30 min. Apparently, the morning meeting was more important. Other experiences haven't been the best either.

Do not take your vehicle here. They will ruin it.I brought in a new tire to replace one that was flat. They had a simple job. Remove the flat tire, mount and balance the new tire, take off the spare, and mount the new tire/wheel.They managed to strip the lug bolts I gave them. Plus, they stripped the wheel hub. They could only get 4 of 5 bolts to hold on the spare. So, now I have to go get an estimate tomorrow to see how much it will cost to have the entire front passenger wheel hub removed and replaced with a new one.*Note, I brought my vehicle in at 5 pm. It wasn't until 7 pm. that they came to me to show me the damage/problem.This is unbelievable, I put the spare on myself yesterday without issue. But "professionals" managed to damage it...Since there is no way the repair job is going to be under $500, I'm going to have to wait on corporate to cut me a check. Who knows how long that will take...

The worst experience I've had just trying to get a tire replaced. I popped a tire on Saturday and tried to stop here at about 4 pm to get it replaced as I was driving on a donut. They tell me they are closing the autocenter then. 3 hours early. Okay, whatever. Try again the next day, they don't even have any techs in to do any work. 3rd day in a row, go in again and they don't have my tire size. Would have loved if someone could have answered the phones so I didn't drive in to find this out. Fine. I have an odd tire size, none of the other places around us have the size either, so I understand and then I'm told I can order and get it in a day or so, on Monday. I order a tire that day online to be delivered in store. Supposed to arrive by Wednesday, shipment gets delayed next day. Called Wednesday for a delivery estimate update because the website still just says delayed and isn't updating, and was told likely delivered on Friday. Friday is here and I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to find my tire. Online customer service says it was delivered the night before and should be ready for pick up some time that morning. Try called the store. 7-8 calls just completely ignored. Finally get through to customer service in store and the lady won't listen to me whatsoever, keeps cutting me off to tell me to call a 1-800 number which I already had, offers no help or solution, then hangs up on me. I was spent and frustrated. Luckily a friend recommended a used tire place just down the road (Colerain Tires & Auto service, highly recommend!), they got me in same day, swapped my tire in ten minutes, and half of the cost for full service that Walmart was charging me for a single tire. Cancelled my tire order with Walmart and will never be using their services again after this.Service: Tires

Made an appointment for tires at 9 am and received a text confirmation. I did try to call to triple check but no answer. Got there a few minutes early, but they didn't show my appointment on their schedule. Okay, simple mistake, easily fixed since I could show them my confirmation, right? Not in Walmart's world. The serviceman let me know that I would need to wait about 3 hours and then it might be done (it was supposed to be a one hour job, according to their website). When I told him I tried to call to triple check, he said that their phone is broken and that there's no way to get a hold of them other than coming to the store. Wait, what?So I had to make the hard choice and I waited to get it done. A little bit more than three hours later, I got the truck back with good tires at a great price. One thing that bothered me was that the spare was not put back in it's proper place under the truck, yet I tried to be understanding. But still... I pretty much lost my day to this.I am probably not doing this again because of the lack of service. It's a shame, because Walmart offers a great price but for me, it's just not worth the hassle.Lesson: All in all, if you want a good priced tire, make sure that you don't expect premium service, because at the end of the day, it's still Walmart.

They Suck! They barely 0answer their phones and barely have tires in stock. They had me on hold attempting to multi task. You may save just a couple bucks in the end, but ready for a headache dealing with them.

Purchased 2 tires. Great prices and great service. They were $20 cheaper than other places I was getting quotes for. Plus they were able to get me right in too. The other Walmart I went to in Evendale didn't. The only thing I would have to say is that the waiting area isn't very comfortable. It didn't seem very clean and it was within a cluttered area. Other than that I am pleased with the tires and service.

Kevin should get a raise. I had trouble with a lot of rusted and corroded parts when I was replacing my battery, and the guy gave excellent service cleaning everything up really well and protecting it from more corrosion.I actually had just taken the car to a ford dealership to have the battery box checked and sealed as part of the warranty, and apparently they checked that area over and just left it as it was with so much corrosion and leaked acid around. The battery died soon after, and here at Walmart, helping me install the new battery for free, Kevin did what the dealership should have done. Friendly, professional and super helpful.

Thought I was getting a deal. 2 front tires for 180 dollars. Found out later that the car needs an alignment after you put new tires on it. When u go to more expensive places like tire discounters they do front end alignments for free when u buy new tires.

While Walmart has low prices and I got a good deal on a quality set of Yokohama tires, all the comments about the poor service level are accurate. I had to call four different times to get an appointment because the phone wasn't answered and they have no answering machine. While waiting I noticed many times when the phone would ring, no one was available to pick up or was too busy to. I had an appointment, and the install service took about an hour and 40 minutes which wasn't too bad. Unfortunately it took another 30 minutes for a person to free up to check me out. Then when I checked my vehicle, two of four tires had been installed improperly with the insides of the tires mounted to the outsides of the wheels. I brought the issue to their attention and in about another hour they had fixed the error. When I checked my car again before leaving, all 4 tires were different pressures and one was significantly over inflated to 43 psi vs. 32 as indicated on the paperwork. I deflated the over pressured tire myself and was on my way. Finally when I got home I noticed the paperwork said I came in with a missing lug nut. I am pretty confident I had them all to begin. At least when I checked that at home, I had all 20 lugs still installed so either I actually started with all of them, or they randomly had a matching used one for my vehicle lying around as a replacement.

Staff (Kaelyn J., Dinesh B.) at this location were very friendly and timely, moreso than other Walmart Auto Centers that I have been to. It was my first time using this Walmart for an oil change but I will definitely be coming backServices: Auto maintenance, Oil changeServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

The employee was so rude when I called, I hung up. He picked up phone while carrying on a long conversation with someone else, never saying hello or anything. When I kept asking is someone there, he was nasty to me while speaking to others saying I was just lucky to find a place with employees. So that justified rude behavior ??? I found plenty of places with employees !!! Would never contact again.

I had a flat tire at 5:00 on a Sunday without a spare and this was the only place that would help me. I talked to Cony and he was so helpful and kind in a not so great situation. I called him around 5:45 and asked if it was possible for someone to stick around after closing (6 pm) to change my tire. I m so thankful for Cony and the team at this Walmart. I would be stranded without them and their kindness.

I called this location today and asked if they had the size tire to which I need for my vehicle, so I could potentially get tires from this location. The guy rudely told me that I did not have the right numbers (for my tire) and that there is other people here that he had to take care of and to call back once I got the right numbers (I HAD THE RIGHT NUMBERS) and hung up on me! This is absolutely, positively disgusting and I have never been treated this way especially over the phone!

Associate checked us in at 1:30, went to our car, scanned barcodes, and checked mileage. Informed us it would be about a 3- 3.5 hour wait. We tried calling the auto center at 5pm and no answer. Decided to go to dinner so not to drive all the way home and have to come back. Tried calling again after dinner at 6pm and again, no answer. Drove back to Walmart at 620pm only to find out they were unable to change our oil because they didn't have an oil filter for our 2016 Passat. They never tried to contact us once. Unacceptable customer service! Maybe try making sure you have an oil filter before I leave my car with you for 5 hours. Thanks for wasting my time.

They have good prices, George isn't very good at looking people up in the computer. Every time he is there I have to take my paperwork in. They can be slow and not call you when they say they will. Here's the thing Walmart is known for long lines not paying workers very well. So you save a few bucks. When headed to Walmart auto center if you are in a hurry, plan ahead and leave your car there, pick it up later then promised. Go see a movie or go shopping. Works for me everytime. 4 tires came with lifetime rotation and balance, flat repair, Overall to sum it up, you have to pay, wether it in time, money, or blood sweat or tears, never a free lunch, never.

If you need anything done that you can't do yourself, don't bother. I have a 2013 VW Jetta, which are overly complicated and pain to work on admittedly, but the technician who attempted to change my oil couldn't get to the oil filter, so I sat here for 2 and a half hours for no reason.I sat and watched all 3 bays sit empty for a good hour before they finally moved my car in, then I sat there for another 20 or so minutes before they moved my car out, just to tell me that the "technician" couldn't remove my oil filter, so no services were performed. The counter was extremely slow and the 3 people I talked to were all rude. But I guess I can't blame anyone who works at wal-mart for not caring about their job.The low prices are enticing, but unless you need something extremely simple done and don't mind waiting for an obnoxious amount of time, don't bother.

They did a good job. However my review is on the time. I came in for a oil change and one new tire. I came in as soon as they opened and waited almost 3 hrs !!!!!!!! There was several people in the back and only one car ahead of me ! I came here once before and waited over 4.5 hrs for a oil change!!! Never again !!!!!

I was told hour and half, they got me in and out. Tire tech was polite and cashier rang me out with a smile. They had various tires and displays for consumers to look out. Area was clean and the bench to wait is located in the middle, if you are waiting for a oil change.

Went to have all 4 tires replaced and received exceptional service, wait time was shorter than predicted and staff stayed late to make sure I could get my car back same day. Very grateful!

Nice service, good selection, only thing stopping me from giving them a 5 star is the fact that they didn't have the tire that I needed when I first came in and they said they haven't had a tire truck in some time

I like Walmart's deals but they never have enough people for checkouts or to find someone for help like to get into the cologne closet just kind of frustrating they got all those lanes open and maybe two or three employees at registers very very frustrating

I just needed to get a spare tire, waited 2 and a half hours and still had to wait longer once I got back up there. Really ridiculous wait time just for one tire. Honestly not coming back if I really don't need to.
