I came here after scheduling an appointment over 24 hours prior to my 4:00 appointment. i got here to a sign saying they are on break and appointment only. (mind you i made an appointment and got the confirmation text twice). I walk around the front to come in and no one is at the auto center. I ask the nearest employee where are the auto employees and they tell he they took a break and should be back soon (she said the left a half hour before i got there) it is currently another half hour later and i have not been helped and the employee working said there was nothing she could do to help me. this is extremely frustrating as i had to drive through so much traffic to get here. no professionalism what so ever

We had a flat tire and arrived just 15 minutes before the auto care center closes, but the manager and staff were so kind and helped us out right away! Five-star service!!

I recently got my oil changed at the Evendale Ohio Walmart. It was the pit crew special oil change for $24.88. When I arrived I was immediately met by someone who took my order. About 10 minutes later the lady mechanic took my car into the garage and 15 minutes later she was done.I feel like I got great service at a great price and it's very close to my home. I have used other services from this Walmart garage and was very happy with their service. I purchased the set of four tires and the price was very competitive.Do yourself a favor and visit the Walmart and Evendale Ohio for an oil change and other automotive services. You'll be glad you did.

The manager Robbie and his crew are great, I came in with no idea what the hell was wrong with my car turns out it was just a tire issue and he gave a great deal and set the balance.

Got my oil changed and a headlight restoration. The person who restored my headlights angled their buffer to where is was on my bumper so now I have to get it repaired cause of the marks it left. Which will cost me $300 when you call the store it rings then says the line has been disconnected. Will be going up there today to talk to store managerService: Auto body & trim repair

If I could give no stars I would. I bought 2 tires online and when they got dropped off to the store. One was picked and not the other basically saying they didn t find it. They then refunded me the money and expected me to swipe my card again for their mess up. THEY TIRE WAS HERE THE WHOLE TIME! The workers were not helpful at all they barely acknowledged me when I first walked in. Don t come here they have terrible customer service and seems very unorganized.

Replaced a front right tire , four weeks later had an issue with the tire that was replaced . The guy who was working said he thought it was something with the suspension . He had about as much of a clue as my two month old grandson . Never had a problem until they replaced the tire . Stay away from here .Service: TiresService: Tires

It was great.Couldn't find an item that was supposed to be in stock, so I asked a manager for help.Next thing I know we have half the store looking for our.It was never found, but the effort was 100%.I'll be back again

Do NOT trust the hours posted on-line, which are 7 am-7 pm (seven days a wk). So much for that, as it is 10:10 a.m. on Monday morn, 8/1...and still not open! ZERO signs of life.Update: Approached Walmart from the back to do some grocery shopping today, Saturday afternoon 8/27. It was 5:20 p.m., and all the bay doors were shut, but still saw employee cars. By 6:00 p.m. when I left? ZERO signs of life. Again.Cannot make heads or tails of this AT ALL. Utterly unprofessional.

Store hours states close at 7pm, showed up at 5pm and it was closed. Have tried to call numerous time with no answer. I ordered tires on line and scheduled the installation on line but for some reason my appointment no longer exist. Order 200010948824691

Unless you have a whole day to spend here go somewhere else. I went to have a tire fixed something that should have taken maybe 30 minutes I was there 3 hours only to be told I needed a new tire that had to be order. Fine tire is ordered I come back to have it put on another 3 hrs. I will go somewhere else from here on.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Decent service, excellent prices. No appointments are accepted here. If there are many vehicles in front of you, leave your car, and get a ride home. You can find some nice, low priced, off brand tires on Walmart.com

Bought 2 tires and had them installed. At 830am when I made the appointment, the tires were 47.00. When I went back to the appointment at 200pm, the tires cost 53.00. The service tech was excellent, professional and courteous.

Female service rep knew her job, but had zero customer care attitude. Signed up for oil change, gave all info, she took my key and done. So I asked how long wait 1.5 hours... for only 2 before me. Whole time both oil change guys are just standing there with no car being worked on. When I came in an oil change just finished. It took at least 10 minutes to check in then cancel and leave. As I drove off they pulled another car into the bay. They also tried to upcharge because they ran out of the bulk oil so had to pull from shelf. Really? Wow

Fast, and very friendly. Changed my battery, and when my starter went out, got me started right back up! ( Donovan's said I needed a battery, and wanted $221.00 ) Walmart only charged $107.00.

When my own Toyota dealership, where I have been a customer for 15 years, could not service my vehicle for a month, I called Walmart and they got me in the next day. They were understaffed that day and I had to wait a few hours but they did a great job.

Under staffed busy and nobody to answer the phone. Not sure how they have no appt and never answer the phone . Young man was friendly both times I came in tires where reasonable but 108 added to cover the tires and have them installed ..

Could be COVID related but this was the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. Purchased my times online and schedule a appointment for install, waited an hour in line for them to tell me they don't get appointments when I got up the desk and wouldnt let me leave my keys with them and walked away from the counter and didn't return for 20 minutes until I flagged him down through the window. I asked if I could just pick up my tires and take them somewhere else and they said I had to wait for them to finish the car they're currently working on but didn't know how long that would take so I wasn't able to get my tires at all. I had to get a refund for my tires and buy from somewhere else.

3 hours to wait for tires that we're purchased here about 5 months ago to be rotated and balanced. When the vehicle was ready I got the keys and headed out to the car only to notice that the brake dust covered wheels that were on the front, were still on the front. Back inside to question and they are assured me that they were balanced and rotated. It was them I asked to speak to the tech that did the work. That's when who I assumed was the supervisor said the tech declined to do it because they're light would crush the exhaust. The same exhaust that has been on it since it was new. The same exhaust that was on it when they put the tires on 5 months ago at this exact location. What a joke! Save yourself the headache and wasted time and get your tires at an actual tire store.

For a second time, I waited over 20 minutes to get to the Auto Center register, only to be told that there was a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait for a simple oil change. Either the Auto Center is understaffed, mis-managed or both?! Please investigate the management of this Auto Center and determine what the root problem is. The reviews are atrocious and the management needs to be made aware, so the problem(s) can be corrected. The store location is: 2801 Cunningham Rd., Cin. OH 45241Ron

I got a flat tire and needed a new one fast. I went to walmart, found my tire (cheaper than anywhere else) and was back on the road in 30 min. Thanks walmart auto!!

I waited forever for 2 front tires. The lady that checked me in was beyond rude to not only me, but others as well. I watched the guys pull my car in, one was putting blocks under it. Another was lifting my car with his hands above the wheel wells. Not sure what that was all about, I was angry and hollered to him that the metal would bend. He rolled his eyes and kept lifting. Was charged for lifetime wheel balancing, even after declining it. Will not be going back for anything.

AWFUL SERVICE. Had a warranty for tires. Tire blew while driving 70mph in expressway while out of town. They refused to honor the warranty I called customer service hotline and they tried to call the store. STEVE the manager REFUSED. When corporate was calling they were picking up the phone and hanging up until I walked up on Steve and informed him that corporate wanted to talk to him. He tried to tell me they were not calling as they listened. AWFUL experience and I will tell everyone to not use them for tires!!

They were trying to sell me tires I did not want and said they didn't have my size or the brand (Goodyear) I wanted. I saw them on the rack, but was told the label was wrong, and They only had my size in the tires on the floor.
