I cannot say enough good about Ron. His professionalism, knowledge, communication, and character is truly top shelf. I could not ask for a better experience every time I go in. I trust him 100%. He is the best in the business and I genuinely look forward to getting my car serviced. Having an advisor who has these amazing qualities makes a world of a difference. Highly recommend!!

I have yet to have good service. 3 or 4 times I've been there - for things as simple as oil change - takes was longer than the tell me, no loaner car when it was requested, not all services that I asked for were done, and one time they could not find the keys to my car (for 20 minutes). Unfortunate, since there are few others in town who service Volvos. nice people; poor service

Great professional, friendly, courteous service. We came to get our first service done for our Volvo and it was a wonderful experience, thanks to Ron Powell. We live kind of far from the dealer and the drive was horrible due to highway construction. We arrived stressed out and tired but Ron just made it better almost instantly. He remembered us from before although it's been a year since we last visited. He treated us to lunch across the street while we waited. There is absolutely nobody better than Ron. You earned a customer for life.

Terrible service. Came in for an alignment which resulted in the vehicle pulling one way even worse (extremely worse!) than it originally had before getting the service done.
