The people that work here are super kind and VERY understanding! They really go above and beyond. They helped us get vehicles towed an just tacked it on to our bill. 2x's we had no idea what was wrong with our vehicle and they didn't stop as busy as they were, they did not stop untill they figured it out! Great place, busy, but really great hard working people!!!

I had a problem that came from an Oil Change business, they put in a permanent plug and then tells me I need a new oil pan!!! I figured an oil change you can get anywhere. No, take it to your mechanic!I took my car to Village Auto who took care of my issue. Our family has trusted Village Auto for over 20 years, they are trustworthy and explains everything in detailed. Not only did they fix my oil pan issue they also gave me a Great price on 4 new tires that included a front end alignment! Very courteous and willing to help. I've been able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up same day and never once felt misinformed or lied to. They've even helped me pull a few check engine codes for simple repairs myself. Wish they were closer to home so I could use them for every needed Repair.

Village Auto is a true gem! They offer amazing, honest, upfront service and stay in communication with you. I ve used them once in a very frazzled situation and was surprised at the results. I had a strange noise coming from underneath my car so I stopped in to see if they could handle it and they put aside another vehicle they were working on pulled mine into the bay and in less than an hour it was fixed. Only charged me $30! Without question this was one of the best vehicle service experiences I have ever had. I will return and highly recommend this garage for your automotive repair needs. These guys are amazing! My daughter's car broke down not only did they fix it within the day but when they found out her air conditioner was out they went back out and fixed it too! Great service and the nicest guys ever . If you have a car problem I would highly recommend you call them!

Above and Beyond!!I purchased new tires through Goodyear website and scheduled an appointment with Village Auto to have them put on. Drop off was extremely easy, and they started on my car right away. When I came back I was so overwhelmed with who I believe his name was Steve! I pulled in and the first thing I noticed on my tires was how clean my rims looked. Not only did they take their time to clean them, they also painted them! I am blown away with Village Auto and their employees drive to make me happy as a customer. I can t thank you all enough!

After the complete rebuild of this vehicle , Village aligned all 4 wheels . Super smooth now and Steve has always been the unflappable capable front man .

I just needed a tire plugs and they said they couldn't get me in unless I dropped my car off I mean I'm sure that's normal but I still had errands to run and I just needed a quick plug no biggie I'm sure they're good guys I just haven't got to use them yet

Can't beat Steve and crew at Village Auto. They fix what is broken, charge fair prices and don't try to sell you on complicated and expensive repairs you don't need. I love having a local business that's on our side!

I would never bring a Tonka toy for them to touch..I will not take my car there ever....so Steve...Steve is the owner...should I include pictures???...what do you think????let's just say one star is the lowest I could go and leave it at that....

Took a day and a half just to tell me what I already knew, that my car had a fuel leak. Go somewhere else if you d like to get your car repaired in a reasonable timeframe
