It was quick and speedy, Great timing. But my left front turn lamp was comprimised after my oil change at the store, and I will now have to go home and work on that after this change, but I understand accidents happen and only want to provide feedback to help.

Being a woman I feel pressured to converse with certain employees. One being the manager, he has a bald head african American. If the store manager would conduct just business and maintain professional I can see the store being ran better. I m sure he s asking other women for their numbers, but it s uncomfortable. Maybe putting up cameras would be a good idea to monitor this and ensure professionalism.

These comments are fake. This place should be investigated... I took my Honda and caught fire as soon as I left... Few months go by thinking they got better took another car and the car stopped running after leaving... They literally screw your car up... People stop lying in the comments. These guys are uneducated about cars and need to be stopped!

I usually always get my oil changed at the glenway store but never again I got home and looked at the front of my car and it had oil all over the front bumper so I popped the hood and they spilled oil all over the engine cover and the air intake I get it accidents happen but at least clean up your mess I drive a really nice car and I like to keep it clean... Sloppy lazy work I will not be back...

Terrible service! They drained the oil from my car and "forgot" to add the new one.That could wreck my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek engine. I had to take the car to an authorized dealer for an assesment of the damage.

Start what I thought about this is that is that every time I see a hotel I feel like that the only hotel I have ever seen is Holiday inn but it happened to Springdale another hotels this hotel can conclude the worst it's cool

Even the most basic of technician would remember to completely lock in the dipstick. Thanks to the 'geniuses' that are employed there, we've been driving around while oil & water have been mixing for about two weeks after we had to have them do an oil change for us...hopefully our car isn't f*cked...

This time around experience was not good.. waited 40min two cars got ahead of me while I'm still waiting in line..didn't receive the service took more then 15min.. been coming here for 10yrs and I think I'm start going somewhere else.. I was first in line they allowed 3cars to go ahead while I wait 40min to get services

The staff was friendly and courteous, no doubt about it. However, I had my oil and rear differential fluid changed on 3/18/17 at 40698 miles. On Monday 3/20/17 I left for work at 5:30 AM and at 40705 miles the rear end sounded like a meat grinder. So here I am at 40709 miles after limping my car back to my house and crawling underneath, pulling the plug on the read diff. They didn't put enough gear oil back in. Outstanding.Went out and drained the rear diff. They didn't put any gear oil back in!

I took my car in to get an oil change, new headlight bulb, and to look at my power steering. The staff was frIendly but I was passed around to 4 different people. The first guy told me everything would be taken care of for me and did not make me aware of any issues. When my oil change was completed the staff began waving me out without doing any of the other fixes. I was later told they did not have the headlight bulb. I had to ask if the other services were done but they were not. The transition to multiple people presented a lack of communication in the services requested. The whole process was fast which was good but the interaction of getting my car serviced was minimal especially from a customer interaction model that tries to up sell services.

The employees were nice. However, Went for a radiator flush. Got coolant all over my truck and cracked my radiator. Don t recommend for flushes.**btw contacted the below comment with zero replies back.

Always polite, speedy and helpful! My go to spot for oil changes, tire rotation, serpentine belt and radiator flush. I used to go to this location to get my oil changed every time. They USED to be relatively quick and affordable, however this last visit will be my last. The staff seemed uncoordinated and didn't know what they were doing. I waited about 30 minutes in line waiting behind 2 cars and it took almost another 30 to get my oil changed and a new air filter. I specifically went to get my tires pumped up as my front left was so low it was triggering the low pressure sensor. After I waited a whole hour I drove away and the sensor was still indicating low pressure. They claimed it would go away once I drove a bit. While that was true for the other 3 tires, the ONE tire I was mostly wanted pumped hadn't changed. Now, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe I had a hole in my tire and it was leaking, however, I pumped my tires at home once I got there, and after 4 days the pressure hasn't budged. This means they didn't even pump my one tire. I am disappointed that I spent $130 and a whole hour to not even get my issue fixed. They charge higher prices for the benefit of having a fast oil change, so now that it takes more than an hour to get my oil changed I'm going to just take my car to my mechanic for half the price. This is honestly ridiculous and I'm very disappointed.

I received an instant oil change, filter and break lights replacement today and the service was great. There was 3 cars ahead of me but the service was still fast. Mike, the manager, was friendly and had a great personally. Service Technician - Tameron/ Manager - Bob / Assistant Manager - Shannon provided me with the most exceptional customer servicing that I haven't had in years. Definitely, won a new customer. Jeff Wyler Nissian Kings Auto Mall who normally does my oil changes lost a once faithful customer. There prices are more for less service and more waiting time . Valvoline has the best prices, service, employees and most importantly to working professionals like myself time management. They are quick and convenient. There service comes with many great benefits. Again, I appreciate you guys. I love you guys working relationships. You all are really like a family, very respectable, funny and most of all professional. Keep up with the great service!

The only complaint I have is I waited for almost 2 hrs. for an oil change. I've never waited so long. They talk to each other more than worked. When i pulled up i was 4th in line. Super nice once I got to my turn.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had the wrong wiper blade sold and installed on my Chevy Equinox at this location. When I realized it was the wrong one I went back without a receipt and the manager (Shannon) stopped what he was doing, drove to a car parts store, bought the correct one and installed it for me. The world needs more men like him. Thank you sir. Much appreciated!

Put to much oil in my Nissan Pathfinder! Left after a hour could not drive our car over 5 mph! Got car towed to mechanic. Paid 750$ to get fixed for it too find our oil is leaking on motor due to be over filled! Manager an corporate is TRASH! Tried to tell me he watched the video an they put the exact amount in! CSR told me it was low an needed to put more oil in! He watched video with out the recording! Never called me back an denied claim with my wife! Not me! Lied to her about what was said an everything is recorded over the phone! They aren t about the customer an please do not go here! They do not deserve any business! They are ruining peoples vehicles an not handling things in a proper manner! Worse customer service experience I dealt with the manager Stephen is a CLOWN!Service: Oil change

I was there for 55 minutes in the bay but it was at no fault of the workers. They didn t have the right filter for my car so they drove all the way to the other location to get the right part. After reading some of these reviews sounds like ppl wit POS r trying to scam this place I have been coming here for years and hundreds of thousands of miles and have never experienced an issue. I've had them change filters and fluids on cars I don't even own anymore and still see rolling around the nati. Keep up the great work.
