I understand mistakes happen but it how you respond that matters. I went in for a oil change on my 2020 Chevy 2500 Duramax and left happy. Later on the same day I saw a puddle of oil under my truck in my driveway. I called Valvoline to tell them the issue and was told it was to late today because I was a hour away and they were closing soon. I was asked to drive over the next day and they would see what happened. Who in there right mind would drive a $70k truck a hour away with oil pouring out?? I was also told the manager would call and guess what a week later no call. Bottom line I fixed the problem and filled the oil to the correct capacity. The workers are not at fault it's management that received this 1 star.

Great customer service! I appreciated the honesty of what services they recommended and what services weren t necessary at this time. Trust is very important. Logan helped explain everything and he and the team did a great job. I was in and out very fast.

I am going to have an amazing summer, my car has been excellently serviced, you do an amazing service at highly discounted rate. I don't always have money to spare but i will come to Valvoline because i will have more than my money's worth. Thank you for all you do. Oil change was quick. Maybe too quick since my car was smoking on the highway after the change. A car even pulled beside me to let me know. Fifteen minutes back to the shop and currently waiting more than fifteen minutes for them to see why my car is smoking. (What happened to that speedy service I got?) Will be asking for a refund and getting my car looked at by Fuller Ford to make sure they didn't damage anything. Where it goes from there, we will see.Edit: oil change completed around 3:15pm 3/21/24. Got back to shop around 3:45pm and spoke to employee about smoke. It is currently 4:15pm and I am still waiting for them to check my car. (I'm also the 7th caller in queue for their customer service line, which I called as soon as I arrived back at the shop.)Edit2: Finally got into the bay by 4:20pm. The guy I talked to apparently didn't say anything to the other employees, so I had to explain myself all over again. They refused a refund. Look at the other reviews. This place just isn't trustworthy and damaged the entire brand for Cincinnati.

Every time I go here not only do I receive great, timely service, but everyone is so kind to their customers. Definitely makes getting an oil change a more pleasant experience. Your guys are GREAT!

Very sloppy work they basically poured oil all over the engine bay. They didn t clean up after everything they did I have hand prints all over the engine cover. Oil all over my air box and air filters. For the price you should take care of the cars better I will not be doing business here again.

Had excellent service at the Valvoline on Union Cemetary Rd in Cincinnati. I went there for an oil change & the usual maintenance. The manager Nick spoke to me about my car. He was very kind & professional & I felt he was very honest in telling me what services needed to be done, while also telling me what services could wait. I didn t feel like he was trying to charge me for anything my cardidn t actually need. They also noticed a gasket that needed to be replaced by the oil pan. As they didn t have that particular part, Nick actually left the garage to get one. It was then replaced at no charge. All the other technicians seemed professional & efficient too.This is definitely my new go to for oil changes. Good bye to Jiffy Lube which always seemed to have technicians who lacked professionalism & customer service skills.

Needed to get my oil changed and only had my lunch break to do this so called Valvoline help desk to see how busy they were. The receptionist I received was both prompt and polite with me. Advised of this locations current wait time and when their least busiest times were. She even sent me a coupon code to use for my visit today. 10/10It didn t stop there. During my visit I was greatly impressed by the teamwork and energy every employee had. You could tell just by looking they enjoyed their job. Lexi was who I interacted the most with and again 10/10.Thanks for the great visit!

Service was excellent! I have using this location for several years. This time a couple of days ago I was told upon completing the service that I would receive an accounting via email...I don't have an email. Now I can't get a printout of my services. Why? As a senior I want a printed copy of the services provided. I'm very upset about this. Today I've been on hold for almost 30min.

I've been going to this place for many years, and they never failed my high expectations of the level of service.I was just there yesterday and could not be more pleased of the young attendant from Zimbabwe. Four months in this country and Timadi has a great command of English and excellent customer service!They seem to have different people serving us, but the service stays exceptional. Thank you.

They did a great job today. Got me right in, applied every discount they had and were thorough. Love being able to see every step and noticed they verify every step with a second person so nothing is missed or damaged. Great job.

Great guys work in this location but the company is absolute BE LEARY TAKING YOUR VEHICLES HERE AND PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON GROUPON BLENDED OIL CHANGES. I ve got a Hyundai, Volkswagen, BMW, Cadillac, and Chevy, this location claims that it s their company policy to only put full synthetic and they refuse to put blended. My BMW and Cadillac are old and had conventional oil in them for years so why now???? My cars respective dealerships will put blended in and they made the cars. Scam!!!!

Worst service I have seen in a while. Let start with when you say you open at 8am, it actually means the employees show up at 8am and the doors stay locked till 830. Second they didn t correctly reinstall the undercarriage and I made it home only to find it hanging and skipping on the ground the whole way. Do better Valvoline.

From the time I pulled into the parking lot, the service was incredible. The first young man that addressed me was courteous and welcomed me. Pulled into the bay, and you could immediately hear the collective team attitude. Clearly a team atmosphere. Jordan, the manager, was so friendly. She showed me an air filter inside my RAV4 cabin I didn't know existed.From beginning to end, excellent customer service. This is officially my go-to for oil changes.

long wait and they messed up my car, it was driving perfectly fine before the oil change now it is making a weird noise and driving funny so I have to take it to dealership, also they did not fill my oil completely ( I have a feature to check once I reset the oil ), I don't understand how you can mess up on an oil change, say they couldn't send receipt because my "email was incorrect" I'm glad I recorded myself being there because I'm for sure calling my legal team if the dealership tells me they put in the wrong oil, I pray they didn't purposely mess something up because I declined the "recommendation" services , this is very much an inconvenience I use my car for work seeing multiple patients per day, I will never use valvoline again after being a loyal customer for 8 years !

A person with gauges and tattoos wanted to check my cabin air filter. I didn't want to but I allowed it and he proceeded to break the tray in my glove compartment, but then lied about doing so. I know it wasn't that loose. Bad people here.

I used this place for years for time saving and without costing too much. Takes so much longer now and so much more expensive. They tell me I need a new battery and wipers on one trip and I declined. The next 2 services they both check out fine. I never replaced either. I guess they fixed themselves.

Went at about 6:20PM. Got out at about 7. Staff was incredibly friendly for a bunch of folks working past closing time, as there were a couple cars behind me.Definitely the friendliest service that I've had at a Valvoline anywhere, and they didn't even ask if I wanted 5 extra services besides what I asked for. Maybe that's because it was late, but I think they also weren't told by their managers to be pushy, which I appreciate. Good job yall!

Put my oil filter on incorrectly which will now cost $1,000 to repair. Manager said he would visit the location where car was but told corporate he would not. Glad I didn t wait. Do not go here

Just had oil changed in one of our three cars like we have done for the last twenty years at Valvoline, but this is the last time. The crew were professional and courteous, as they have always been. The problem (for me) is how they are now extracting the oil. They are now using a vacuum extraction method (through the dip stick tube) versus pulling the drain plug and letting gravity do its work. Nobody brought this to my attention before the service was provided; perhaps because they don't believe anyone would care enough. When I asked if there was an option for the plug to be pulled, the lead tech indicated that "there was not an option". There are pros and cons to both methods, but the 'pros' (my opinion) are more greatly realized by the service provider than they are those being provided the service. Do your homework on this issue and decide if this is the method you want used to change your oil; particularly if you plan on driving your vehicle until the wheels fall off.

Instead of trying to upsell u and take all your money , why don't you put all the parts back on my car that you have taken off , stripped my bolt for my license plate so I can't change my bulb and didn't tell me , missing and lose bolts on my air reservoir from checking my air filter that u put in backwards !!!! , also found u lost valve stems of my wifes kona so thanks valvoline superb job as always. Also put engine filter in backwards as well and it tells u whichside to put it on absolutely unreal. !
