The whole crew is just absolutely amazing! Went in 20 minutes before close and everyone was so polite and friendly. I have been here numerous times and it's quality service every time. I believe the guy I spoke with was Damion. He is very knowledgeable, as is the entire staff. I highly recommend this location!

Great experience. Definitely better than what I anticipated. The mechanics talk you through each service they provide for your vehicle while you stay inside your vehicle. Interesting!

I got an oil change, headlight and new wiper blades from this location 2/27. 3/5 I m in a entirely different state and had an issue with one of the blades. I immediately called and spoke to the Brittany the mgr in Indy. She apologized and called the location I m currently in line with. The mgr here immediately came out and switched to a new blade for me with no problem.

Very good and thorough. Only problem was the guys have been asking the same questions for so long, they speed thru them. Each sentence was just one really long, multi-syllable word.

This Valvoline location has always given us fast, efficient service.Employees have always been friendly, easy to talk with.Don't ticked at 4 vs 5 stars.... in my world, this is just about perfect & we nobody is perfect!

Had a great time here the other day. Everyone was on top of things and professional as expected, but it was Donshawnte that really made it an experience. Having a good oil change is one thing, but he had me laughing and engaged the whole time until everything was done - honestly a bit disappointed I couldn't say bye (he was helping the next people coming up behind me). If the owner/manager hasn't recognized this guy, you absolutely need to!Services: Battery, Oil change

Happened to come at a very busy day & time. But staff was respectful & communicative throughout process. Tre did most of my carside interactions for data gathering & reviewed recommendations for service with me. When it was my turn, the process ran quickly & smoothly. Hutch was working topside under the hood. Plenty of time to observe team dynamics & communication seems to be working well here. Very professional service!!

Today was my first time visiting Valvoline. I went there for a full service oil change and a fuel system cleaning while there I added on new wind shield wipers and a new air filter. The manager was nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. The best part was that we were able to stay in the car during the service. I got there early so the wait wasn't long. The only downside was I had to pull out to the side to get my wipers put on because they were starting to get busy. All in all it was a good experience. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience. The team worked very efficiently and Lee especially was helpful and pleasant to talk to. They thoroughly but quickly explained different options and services, but didn t push when I declined the add-ons, which I appreciated. I even made it out in 15 minutes! This valvoline location is by far the best location I have been to! Rico, Andrew, Zachary and Sol were an amazing crew. I showed up with 20 minutes until close and they continued to have a positive attitude and smile on their face, and treated me like I was their very first customer of the day. My fleet vendor was having some issues with approving my oil change, and they went above and beyond to ensure it got approved after hours. They always provide great recommendations and lead you in the right direction if you ever have a question about your car. I would recommend this location over and over again - thank you Rico and team for always providing a great experience!Service: Oil change

Great service. They work fast! (But not too fast that they overlook important details.) They inform you on areas they can serve you but are never pushy with sales tactics. We come here for every oil change. They also have a timer and a CarCam that gives you clear video of exactly what they're doing under your hood AND under your car. Definitely recommend.

I had to wait for about an hour here but the service was wonderful. The guys were all constantly checking in on me and were very efficient. I was having car problems and pulled on here hoping they could fix it. Turns out it was a bigger problem than what could be fixed there but they filled my tires and topped off my coolant at no charge. Extremely nice people, I will be coming here again!

Like so many other people have stated, this is the best Valvoline location I've been to and I've been to a few others. Been going here for several years and have no plans to go elsewhere. Service is quick about 15 min but wait time is also about 15-20 min. Price is average as most of the service stations if you have a discount offer or coupon. Ask for only what you need else you will end up paying more.

Even at the end of the day, when it was super hot and humid out, everyone was very polite, fast, and humerous! Would come again for sure. Though just a heads up, they get busy around 5:30 on a week day.

I went in for a routine oil change and left having to pay hundreds of dollars for repair due to their staff's negligence. On top of the inconvenience my family experienced from not having a vehicle for 2 days while my vehicle was being repaired (at another shop), I am now having to jump through hoops with Valvoline's legal department in order to get the reimbursement for the repair. Avoid this shop if you value your vehicle, time and money.Service: Oil change
