Purchased a controller March 3. Stated it would be sent out within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, nothing. Follow up email after contacting customer service stated it would be sent out within 1 week. 6 weeks later and no controller and no emails from them advising of delay. Could have purchased same elsewhere if I had known it was going to take this long. POOR customer relations and poor communication. Buyer beware!!!

I can t give zero stars. Stay far away from this company. Ordered a simple bracket in December of 2023. Guess what. It s now April 13th. No bracket. Called always got it s on the way . Never received my bracket. Got a refund. Stay away from these scammers. Complete scam.

I purchased on march 3 2024. My item has yet to come in still says awaiting processing, you can't ever get a hold of anyone, and days later if someone calls you back they make excuses that it's a distributors fault, but yet I order same item from another company they used same distributor and i had no problem receiving it within a weeks time. I called my bank about a refund process of my order with valor and after 7 days of no contact with my banks attempts to valor my moneys owed from valor was refunded to me by my bank and now my bank is going after valor for fraud and fraudulent business practices. Valor is no good stay away

Zero stars. Ordered a laptop mount part from their site. Paid in full. They pulled the funds from my bank. Order showed "processing." 11 days later emailed them with no response. 4 days later emailed again with no response. Status never changed. A week later emailed again with no response. No option to cancel the order and no response from the vendor. Disputed the charge with my bank and waiting on their response. 30 years in the business Ive never had an experience like this. Sadly I also should have read the reviews first.

Placed order over two months ago it s been saying in processing for the last month been sending multiple emails asking for any kind of update none of which have been answered. Poor communication, long process still waiting for my order(Edit) still awaiting my order as of 4-16-24

Poor customer service. Ordered an item that was in-stock. Didn t show up after a week with no correspondence. Called and said it was on back order. Later they lied and said it was in stock and would ship out the next day. Which was a lie! I had to contact them to check status on my order when they knew good and well it wasn t going to ship.

Place 3 orders about 7 weeks ago. Sent emails an called multiple times and took them days or a week to answer. Every week was a different excuse that contradicted the previous one. Ordered to cancelled and a week later still waiting for any update and refund. They blame the distributor and when I contacted the distributor the story was far from the true. Can t speak with a supervisor and it looks like Jason Warren is the only one working in this company. Stay away from them. Bad business.

I guess maybe I should have read the reviews on this place before I placed an order I placed an order on October 5, 2023 and was told it was shipped out of Texas at third Texas location on October 8. We are now on October 25 and no one ever answers or responds back to emails nor phone calls. I've called and gone through every extension on the phone that they have and no one answers. This place is a big fail ... buyers beware do not purchase from this place

I submitted my order in December and received nothing. I have checked in with them many times over the months and at first they were helpful telling me that UPS shipping had made some sort of mistake and that they would correct it. It is now the middle of March and they have not responded to my last three emails nor have I received the product. Very frustrating! Would recommend just purchasing with someone else.

It's been exactly 1 month since I bought a pushbar and I can't talk to anyone, I have no response either by email or by phone!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!! TRAP!!

I should have listened to the reviews.Terrible 17 days still nothing shipped.Telling weeks of back ordered meanwhile no such back order from the manufacturer.I want my money back and I ll go somewhere else

These guys were great! Excellent pricing and everything was delivered fast! The customer service was stellar, too - always a plus, and sadly lacking in many businesses in this day and age. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

My bar for my Explorer still didn't ship. I was lied to about getting a replacement bar sent out. Wonder if I'll get the bar by Christmas of next year!

Made an order for some havis equipment was told they were in stock, waited a week and nothing come to find out their on back order they said they would ship out a couple days later it's been 3 weeks and nothing no customer service no apology no clue where my stuff is and refund either will be telling other agency's not to use this place
